He claims the documents were "inadvertantly l" put in his house and other places where they found them. I can see maybe, and I mean maybe, that it could have happened once, but not four or five times!
One thing for sure, they cannot arrest a sitting president which he is. They can arrest Try. p though because he's a private citizen.
Ever since he became our president the Dems think they rule everything! Doesn't matter what the people of America want, they do what they want and ignore everything else that's going on.
Dems do believe they are in charge, and the way America has changed for the worse, I have to say they get away with everything they can do to make America worse again.

Special counsel has been appointed to look into the Biden situation as is proper, and as has been done with Trump. The big difference is that Biden reported these findings to the archives immediately and is cooperating. Trump had over 300 documents, he knew he had 'em, and tried to hide from inquiries and refused to return the documents claiming that they are "mine". He went so far as to have one of his attourneys sign a document stating that they had conducted an exhaustive search and that all documents had been returned when they clearly had not. FBI was forced to get a search warrant because of Trump's refusal to cooperate. It's an apples to bowling balls comparison but supporters of the orange orangutan are either so ignorant, or so desperate to make their pumpkin king look anything close to normal that they will adopt any lie no matter how large.

It’s not even close to the same thing. Presidents like Trump have Q level clearance. They are constitutionally entitled to view the most secret of all information as the leader of the free world and declassify anything they choose to. Additionally, Trump was in communication with and in compliance with all document storage requirements with additional security that went above and beyond the legal standard. What Trump did was absolutely legal and acceptable.
In contrast, Biden was only a Vice President when he took the classified documents. They were discovered over five years ago and are just now being reported upon. He had no legal authority to view said documents as a former Vice President or to remove or retain them. Even if he hypothetically had access to view them them legal, which he couldn’t have, he also stored them improperly which in itself is a criminal office. The two situations are completely different based on the office that was held, and the manner in which the documents were treated.
Ah, but you see the difference here is that the FBI asked Trump to hand them over. Trump did not hand them over. Bidens team however contacted the FBI and handed it over without having to be told. What is the point of raiding someone for the stuff they had already given you?
Pretty much the whole shitshow with Trump and the documents comes not from the documents themselves but his obstruction of the FBI in retrieving them.

What Biden did is much worse, because he was the vice president. There are two tiers of justice in the country, and Dems are above the law. The good news is, I believe this is about the Dems trying to throw Biden out of office. Why else would they even have reported these documents?
What I find is very suspicious. Why are Biden's Lawyers doing the searching for these Top Secret documents? When they do not have the security clearances to be viewing them. I would guess that mysteriously, there will not be anymore found. Just like the FBI raid on Trump. How many of those agents had the proper security clearances to be handling or viewing those documents if or when they found them?
I agree with you. Judge Piero on Fox, said the Dems are terrified of Biden again in 2024, and that perhaps the Dems themselves have uncovered the docs hoping to undermine Biden so he won't become the Albatross for their party.
A key difference is one is president and has the documents, while the other wasn't. Also one is not refusing to hand them over. Biden's houses aren't being raided, because he's not preventing the FBI from entering them.
