I've realized just how privileged I am when I was very young, but I feel bad because there are billions of people who aren't so lucky. Is this normal?

My dad has a good, stable job that was never affected by the great recession or pandemic, I have a roof over my head with loving parents who could support me if things went wrong, have never had to skip a meal because of money, etc. I live around people who weren't as lucky and I've felt bad because of this. Is this normal or is it just me?
