If someone is 20 percent African American ancestry can you tell it?

Unless the skin is black or the hair is like typical African hair, I would have no idea somebody is part black. I’ve met half black girls that look whiter than Europeans and nobody would know they were African unless they asked.

With some you can tell and some not, depends how what traits show up in the person.
