So I was watching the video and he started talking about the Ohio river so i did a quick search for Ohio river water testing hoping to find an independent person with some information but I came across a news article from 8 years ago claiming that the river is the most polluted body of water in America so maybe that's why this isn't considered to be newsworthy? By the way, there was a Obama era regulation that required longer high-hazard flammable trains (like the one in Ohio) have electronically controlled pneumatic brakes by 2023 (that was after the industry fought tooth and nail against requiring them on all trains).

The regulation was rolled back entirely in 2018, under Trump.
