Will the air force become obsolete?

In the 20th century air support was critical in invading a countries shores, now with advancements in anti air vehicles and long range powerful howitzer and MLRS artillery it appears that military jets and planes could play lesser roles in combat with the only option I can imagine would be transportation of troops and logistics.

Long range missiles aren't going to protect air force one. I heard that Joe went to Ukraine. Can you imagine how many fighter jets came with him?

With what? The space force? , air supremacy is key to actually win a modern war. So unless you actually hit from even higher orbits, I see no replacement. And most countries has no space industry.
