Per the answer from @guardian45 below, the question is problematic. Leadership must be defined in some empirical way.

To be sure, the figures cited above can each make a claim to being called the "strongest" leader. ("Strongest" ought also be defined.) Each has made it, each in their own way, to the top of their national governments. Yet insofar as skill is a determinant of - or may be synonymous with - "strength," each has made some serious blunders and more to the point, with the exception of Mr. Biden, most used brute force in some sense to get to where they are.

None is secure in their position and could be toppled by the same methods by which they came to power. Each has made some serious blunders that could result in their overthrow by the same methods by which they came to power.

Now insofar as they have not been toppled to this point, it may be argued that this is illustrative of their "strength." However, that is a de minimus standard of strength. Basically each rose to the top and then sat there - arguably like corks on an active volcano. That is the strength of brute force, but it is not the skill of negotiation and compromise and deft maneuvering that governance - true governance - requires.

As to the exception - Mr. Biden - his strength, such as it is, comes mostly from the absence of skill in his opponents. He has no mandate and was basically selected by a public that said, in effect, "Eh, you'll do." In this, it may be said, that Mr. Biden's is the strength of the least common denominator.

Suffice to say that his tenure in office has been unremarkable where it has not been flat out poor. His greatest accomplishment to date was his recent trip to Ukraine. Great publicity and some fine photo moments, but it hardly advanced US interests in any concrete way - or if it did, then buying an airline ticket could be defined as "strength."

Bottom line, the strongest leaders in history - think Churchill, think Lincoln, the two men a survey of historians some years back chose as the two greatest leaders in Western history - are those who navigate the rule of law and persuade their fellow citizens of the need to go where they might not otherwise have gone. Who "climbed to the top of the greasy pole" and stayed and accomplished their intended goals through a deft exercise of persuasion, policy and action, all the while operating within the constraints - and some times pushing the envelope to be sure - of their time tested and established political and social systems.

India is going to rocket into a position of power soon and they will play a third party act between "the west" and China/Russia. They are in the position Turkey wish they were in and more or less gets to decide their own fate as well as the fate of the world as a whole in the coming decades.

It is none of those guys. Politicians usually have the skills to get elected but are ill equipped to lead. There are business leaders who know how to solve problems and facilitate growth. They are the real leaders. Ot maybe Bill Belichick.

Well Russia has been stopped dead by a country 1/3 the population and 1/30 the size, and Turkey isn’t even a blip on the radar of the western world. Biden is a just a puppet on a string.
China is well on their way to becoming the dominant economic and political force in record time so I’d say their leader

Oddly whenever I watch non-Western videos from the war all I see are:

Cold, dead Ukrainians lying in a trench
Scared Ukrainians hiding in a trench, cowering
Russians tanks blowing the shit out of buildings and troops
and Lancet drones wiping out Ukrainian cannons, howitzers, tanks, and firing positions.

Russia hasn’t even started their real offensive yet. THEY HAVEN’T EVEN STARTED.

They just mobilized 750,000 men for the front.

Over half a million doing nothing but killing Ukrainians.

And you seriously think your average Ukrainians soldier, with no experience ( the NY Times ran a sad, pathetic article about a husband and wife who volunteered—and both were killed in a trench) can defeat half a million men?

But but the Americans are sending tanks!
