Why don’t Americans and Iranians/Palestine’s like each other?

I’m an American who loves Iran and Palestine. What the hell is the drama about?

Israel has strong support from American Jews, the American conservative right wing "hawks," and a very powerful group of lobbyists. This support makes Israel powerful in the U. S.

Each of these groups has their own reason for supporting Israel:

American Jews support Israel because they see it as an ancestral homeland. It is often home to extended family of American Jews. These Americans don't want their family members to die and they often believe Palestinian neighbors will make this happen. They also don't want their homes to be taken away if their family members live in an area that might be given away to a future state of Palestine. Because of very bloody fighting over the last 60 years or so, Israeli Jews and their American relatives are often skeptical of the Palestinian neighbors' intentions.

American conservatives believe Israel has all the same enemies and friends as the U. S. has. When these conservatives are "hawks," they believe America should show its strength by never being scared of war. This makes the U. S. military fight more often. These hawks believe this will make America safer and its enemies scared of it.

Israel's military is also extremely powerful and sees things the same way as American hawks would if they were Israeli. Both the U. S. military and the Israeli military like to cooperate and share information, often to help secure both countries and to help kill common enemies. Because of this, American conservatives like to support Israel. Israel's military does not trust Palestine's civilians or military members because of the fighting over the last 60 years. It also is much like American hawks. For this reason, Israel's military does not want to give up land to Palestine. That often means American conservatives would rather Palestine not have statehood if the Israeli military believes this too.

The United States' military has lots of companies that must make things for it, like bullets, tanks and airplanes. These companies like the United States to keep its military powerful, because it allows them to keep making money. These companies will buy lobbyists, which are people who are paid to persuade the government to do things. They often persuade the government to be hawkish, the same way American conservatives and Israel's military are hawkish. This lets these companies keep making money.

Israel has supporters in the United States that will hire their own lobbyists. These lobbyists will persuade the government to support Israel, which often means to "not support Palestine."

All of these groups have a lot of power in the U. S. and don't want Israel to give up land to make a new country of Palestine. They make the U. S. not want Palestine to gain statehood, even if it doesn't make too much sense.

The Palestinians because of our all-too-often unquestioning backing of Israel, which leads to obvious problems, and the Iranians because we not only backed a coup to overthrow their legitimately elected government, but then sold weapons to Saddam to prop up his invasion of them- then to THEM, to keep the war going as long as we possibly could.

They are Muslim countries and family oriented. Both threaten Israeli security which is hilarious.

And Iran is weeks if not days away from refining weapons grade uranium, and Russia is going to sell them the ICBMs that can hit any target on Earth. I expect any day now that Israel is going to turn Iran into molten glass.

If it were up to me, the US would offer citizenship to all non-criminals in Israel. Then we would carpet bomb the infrastructure of Israel. Then the Iranians and Palestinians could flip a coin to see who gets the sand and rubble. But we need to stop sending them money. The Palestinians would be screwed without the Israelis, but that seems to be what they want, so let's give them their wish.

The reason why is after WWII the United Nations decided the Jews needed their own land and granted it to them. The Arab world was pissed over the decision and has been fighting over it ever since

The UN felt the Palestinians being Muslim Arabs would be absorbed by their Arab brothers in Egypt, Syria, Jordan etc but they weren’t. Their Arab brothers didn’t want the Palestinians either

The Jews tried to accommodate them but the Palestinians didn’t think they had a right to exist and the land was theirs. So fights broke out. The Jews finally had enough of it and forced all the Palestinians into the West Bank and basically said “you want your own land here it is” what’s amazing is the West Bank has a border with Egypt but the Egyptians keep the border closed to the Palestinians

The reason the UN gave the Jews their land is because of the holocaust in WWII. An event that many Arabs refuse to admit ever happened in spite of photos, videos, written records, sworn testimony and archeological evidence

I’m Christian and love Muslims. I don’t really get Hinduism and I dislike Judaism and atheism.

I have had many friends of all those persuasions over the years. Pretty much all have agreed it's extremists in some of the religions that cause the problems. The run of the mill followers want peace.
