Why do middle eastern people treat foreigners better than their own people, have you noticed this?

I know this isn't just specific countries like Iraq. I know many middle eastern countries are like this. They are so hospitable with foreigners but when it comes to their own kind or other Arabs, Persians, or Kurds just like them they treat them like shit.

Middle Easterners treat all their own, and guests as are their customs. Westerners don't give a shit about anyone.

The exact opposite. Countries like Dubai, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait treat working foreigners badly but good to their own people. The state of Qatar gives its citizens a monthly salary of 30,000 dollars, even if they do not work at all. The only country in the world that does this.

Exactly and most of them will basically kiss Americans ass. To the point they let Americans take advantage of them. They'll even send money in foreign counties but never send money to their own country and people.
