However I will happily inform you that not a single country on earth allows that without special circumstances. Nada. None. Zero.
The vast majority of countries realize that the real discussion is not if abortion should be allowed or not but up until which point it should be allowed. Most of these countries, actually probably all, then allow exceptions with therapist counseling and alike.

Generally 20 or so weeks is the cut-off point where most countries agree you need to actually state a reason.

I imagine that stating the 2 minutes before birth is meant to evoke a discussion of how long before birth can be okay - as opposed to just if the act itself is. Its a bartering technique. Not a serious request.

Their "2 minutes before birth" is actually exactly what I said. Not an indefinite ban past 20 week. It also is not called the on-demand-bill but women's protection act.

That's too far along the pregnancy. Give the child to the state, don't kill it. Two minutes before birth is much different than a few weeks into the pregnancy. The child at that point can survive outside of the womb. No point in watching the video. If you can't explain your point in your post.
