To be clear when he was married, he had no business being around these women... they know how to manipulate men and in essence, destroy them. As for the impeachments; the first one... that might be true. But he was accused of the second impeachment because he wasn't in office at the time of the alleged offense.

It's simply not true that there has to be an underlying crime, let alone the person doing the obstruction is suspected of it. You can be convicted of obstruction of justice if you've impeded an investigation, even if it finally decides there was no crime committed.

There were 10 separate cases of potential obstruction of justice listed in Mueller's report.

In the second impeachment result, that was simply a cover for voting against impeachment. 57 senators voted to impeach.

Which crime are we talking about? The obstruction of justice in the Mueller report? The porn star payoff? The interference with state election officials doing their jobs? The fake slates of electors? The knowingly sending an armed mob to the Capitol? The dereliction of duty in not stopping the Jan 6 attack, as everyone knew he could with a tweet? The stealing of government documents? The obstruction of justice in not returning those documents? The mishandling of classified documents including having a staffer almost certainly without security clearance copy and upload to the cloud classified documents?

That's not even considering the whole employing his family in the White House. That includes Jared Kushner, who shouldn't have had security clearance and is now receiving income from $2b (billion, with a B) of "investment" by the Saudis in his brand new "investment company". Ivanka, who magically got 40+ trademarks in China, and so on.

So the rules are; it has to be an on-going thing where Trump's guilt is still in the process of being determined by a court of law, and among those controversies, pick whichever one you think has the worst outlook for Trump.

On the other hand, there are recordings of a couple of phone calls of Trump interfering with state election officials. The fake slates of electors are hard to dispute, since they signed them; perhaps one of them would be willing to testify against Trump. Everybody knows he incited the armed attack on the Capitol to illegally stay in power.

Probably the stealing, hiding, copying, and otherwise mishandling of government documents is the most watertight of all of them.

One other thing: if an acquittal is a result of jury nullification (one or two rabid Trump supporters refusing to accept the evidence and convict), it doesn't count.
