The voice is too coherent. Real Joe would have slurred every word.
Morgan has an identifiable accent and tenor like James Earl Jones, who have both referred to the other as "that voice". The CG is good, but Morgan does not talk like that.

But I don't have identifiable speech. They could create a CG and put any word in my mouth and be convincing. So this is scary. The fake news media would present anything as real.
