Why do conservatives act like they care about the dignity of minorities when they say white liberals should not be offended for minorities?

you always see and hear conservatives get mad at liberals for getting offended for minorities. and the conversation usually goes like this:

"As a conservative I don't like how white women and white liberals are speaking for minorities about racism when its humiliating for minorities suffering from racism."

what the conservative really means.

"I don't understand why this white person is betraying me and calling me a racist for pointing out I am a racist, this white liberal hates himself for being white but I can't call him a race traitor because that makes me a racist."

You speaking "for minorities", as if they can't speak, is an insult to minorities.

Lets see the protest at the reservation "stop calling us indians" it never happened. So stop pretending to speak for them.

Stop complaining about sport team names: red skins football, aNd indian baseball etc.
