Why do conservatives think white liberals do not have a right to condemn racist?

Literally I get two or three of the same answer like this one "You don't believe women and POC's can think for themselves? Classic white liberal thinking." Yet when women and poc speak out against bigotry conservatives still want them to shut up so it doesn't matter who condemns racism, conservatives just don't want anyone talking about racism.
