There currently isn't a draft, but that could very easily change. If the draft is deemed necessary, the selective services will begin drafting men 18 to 25. This will be based on a lottery system. If chosen, you'll be asked to fight in Ukraine. Also, just because you're over the age of 25 doesn't mean you'll be exempt. I don't believe you're off the hook until age 35.

If Ukraine winning the war was contingent upon Biden and Congress reinstating the draft, would you be for or against it?
First, the reason that NCFM vs the SS was rejected by the Supreme Court was that Biden promised them that they would "resolve it" which meant once again sneaking a provision ending the SS's sexism into a bill thicker than a phone book, relying on the Republicans to kill it. That's exactly what happened, but had Trump been reelected, or Marc Angelucci not been murdered, it would've gone through to the SC anyway. The reason the matter had to be settled by a court ruling rather than a law is that the outrage would've killed it dead- society is simply NOT WILLING to put its women at risk the way it does its men, and admitting that is anathema, since it obliterates any ability to claim that women are victimized by laws. A law, especially in a bigger bill, would simply be socially ignored. Battle slavery would neither start nor end without women, not this time.
Second, the SS does indeed delete your file once you turn 26; short of passing another law, those of us above that age would be safe.
Third, you would not be "asked" to fight in Ukraine; you would be FORCED, under penalty of imprisonment.
None of that, however, answers your question; my reply to that is "Hell, no!". The thirteenth amendment didn't nationalize slavery, it outlawed it; the court's failure to realize this in both 1919 and later is a mark of shame on the country, not a "reasonable interpretation of the law".
Likewise, this Ukraine's war, not ours; they failed to protect themselves, and failed to plan ahead, even AFTER Russian seized Crimea in 2014. The existence of your unpleasant neighbors does not mean you're entitled to American money and blood. Putin's evils don't justify Zelensky's.
Against. Part of the reason our military is so effective is that we are a volunteer force. People who are willing to go to battle tend to be more effective than those forced on the battlefield. As for me, I would not be drafted since I am already a veteran.

I am against the draft, period. The draft in effect declares that the people belong to the politicians, who are free to use them and dispose of them as they see fit.

You're right that everything this administration does benefits its CCP masters; however, a reinstatement of the draft for Ukraine when we don't even protect our own borders will bring out every Mama Bear and the scale of that resistance will keep Congress from reinstating a draft. Besides, Ukraine is just about money laundering bribes and kickbacks.
