In companies researching vaccine dangers they put insiders in to accuse the owners of rape. Luckily in Europe you cannot publicise anything until proven guilty.

I think the bigger problem is what you just said in your updates.

When someone is accused of a crime the media goes straight to making a decision do we believe the accusation or do we not. And they begin to destroy that person's life and reputation. So even if they are found innocent, they have convinced the public of how evil and vial that person is and nobody sees them as anything else than a monster.

I don't believe it is too easy to accuse someone of rape, but I think the punishment for lying about it, is too soft.

I also believe a person is found guilty of rape, with not enough evidence.

This is the only crime that barely anything more than someone going they raped me, is enough to send them to jail.

Even murder needs solid evidence linking them to the crime

It’s easy to claim rape but prosecuting it is another story. Most rape claims never make it to a courtroom. It’s notoriously difficult to get a rape conviction unless you have strong physical evidence. There aren’t lots of innocent men going to jail.

Women can say whatever they want and people will blindly believe them (this includes men... Which is funny because this could easily happen to any one of them) It's almost like a superpower they have. I don't know how many men go to jail because of false rape allegations (a lot of rape cases never make it past the investigation phase for lack of evidence) but many will lose their jobs and their reputations will be damaged forever.

in European countries you will be sued if you make a claim about anyone UNTIL THE CASE IS FINISHED AND THEY ARE PROVEN GUILTY. You can never name someone till the case is finished. This needs to be brought worldwide.

No, it needs to be easy to claim someone has raped you, regardless of gender. But there also need to be much higher punishments for falsely made claims.
