I'd be neutral. This is why I could never be a police officer. Its like a mistake I would make.
Last year I was kinda flustered rushing around at Easter trying to get everything ready for the big family dinner and I was driving my husband's Lincoln because my car is in the garage. I'm kinda short so generally only like to drive my Toyota yaris as I have trouble sometimes seeing over the steering wheel. Anyway I'm pulling out of a parking space to go home and I side swipe the front of a mercedes amg and I panic and decide to reverse back into the space which makes things worse and I stop the owner sees and starts shouting and I stop to get out to see the damage and talk to him but I've left it in reverse gear with the driver door open and the car goes back into the car directly behind and the door bends back damaging the car beside it so now that's 3 cars and my husband's thats wrecked. and I nearly got hit by my husband's car and I finally get the ignition turned off. Anyway this guy continues to hurl abuse at me and I'm crying hysterically and in shock and my 3 week old baby is crying so I pick her up and start walking away from the scene trying to call my husband as the guy pursues me and I start running with my baby and the guy grabs hold of my collar. Luckily my father in law who's an older gentleman happens to be driving jumps out of his truck walks over to the guy and knocks him on his ass. Anyway my husband and i ended up making the damage right to the cars. The other two car owners were happy enough to take theirs to the garage and send us the bill. The Mercedes owner tried to take get my father in law charged with assault but was told to by the officers that going by some of the witnesses there's a good chance that he would be charged. I didn't charge him but he was insisting I write a check for an insane amount of money to fix his Mercedes and my father in law told him that he had the insurance details deal with them.
Anyway what I was saying was that some people shouldn't be police officers, I know if that was me I genuinely would have shot that guy in a panic thinking it was my taser and possibly an innocent bystander

I don't know. Not as a cop or anyone with access to guns. She made a mistake but I think she was quick on the draw because of the anti black culture in police stations.

I think she was pmsing. lost count # times I've seen women pmsing reverse things.

Yeah I keep trying with that excuse with my wife but find my anger issues totally outweigh.

it doesn't absolve her of the accident, but it's my first assumption on root cause. We never find root causes. and we never look to the deeper societal changes that must occur before life is improved for black people. its a legit issue that could be dealt with
No doubt, the reality the cops face with whom is committing violent crimes, whom just committed a crime, and whom had an outstanding warrant... I believe on a gun offense, it changes the relationship. The relationship (cultural) needs changed to change the outcomes, and that is rarely talked about, Chris Rock made joking video about it.
no doubt the stress and reaction is different when the threat is different.
If you ran in to a kitten in an ally... is your respond different than if you ran into a 500lb lion?

and the other angle on this... if he and his wife/girlfriend had received substantial cash for reparations and/or family support... would he have not felt the stress to carry a gun, rob store (I thought that was the case not sure), etc.. The real issue is people get into situations of life that's expensive, that can drive people to the edge. The dude flipped out and ran from the thought of going to jail... stress. The stress needs fixed in the cculture.

I'm not negating to zero your point. Other non-black people get the bad end of police as well. I'm n oting another possible root cause, that was never evaulated... not publicly. The other root cause may be "stress" or just being tired, but we will never know because they don't look. Brains make errors! She did not intend to kill him, I'm confident of that.
Another root cause you noted is the "inner city black culture" which promotes and applauds crime... which by color association, takes down other black people not in that culture, which is what you described as "anti black". Dude had a record and warrant. Our brains work off of context and prior experience.
Thus, if we change the future of black people so that they are viewed as peaceful, patient, considerate, compliant people...99% of them... like Hissidic Jews, Muslims, Buddhists... their world will change.
I'm blown away at the # of "good cop shows" I grew up with, that set the tone for my response to cops vs what kids, especially "black kids", would grow up with today via media. Their view is so negative, no wonder the response to cops is so negative.
