And lots of high paying jobs.
Asker+1 yCalifornia still has decent places to visit like San Diego. New York is definitely the worst state, NYC, snobby Long Island, and upstate New York is depressing and poor like Ohio.
Asker+1 y@pterodon The homeless population is due to the relaxed drug laws, they attract addicts due to things like safe injection sites, thousands of cheap cannabis stores whether that’s the black market or dispensaries.
Asker+1 yMost homeless people in NYC and California likely aren’t from there. They went there because it’s tolerant to homelessness and drug abuse. Same with Oregon and Washington State.
Asker+1 yMost New Yorkers and Californians live with their parents till they are 30+ due to the high prices. Yes NY is with taxpayer money.
Asker+1 yCompletely normal in LA. Of course Biden already caused a mild recession as it is.
Asker+1 yOf course that’s common knowledge. Definitely not the case in places like Texas outside of maybe Austin.
Asker+1 yDefinitely not caused by right wing policies.
Asker+1 yWho’s gonna pay for Ukraine? We need that tax money jk.

Then tell your fuckup to stop sending them shit. Tell your fuckup to stop spending money on this green energy bullshit. For every coal power plant he shuts down China and India build two. For every EV he makes you buy it just makes us more dependent on China plus China and india by two gas powered cars. You’re an idiot
- +1 y
Your fuckup doesn’t send them enough to actually win he only sends enough to keep the killing going which is inline with the democrats culture of death. Look at the deaths from the open border and fentanyl, late term abortions, pullout from Afghanistan, Ukraine, nursing homes, a culture of death. If Trump was in office Putin would’ve never invaded. Putin invaded Ukraine twice with a pussy limp dick weakling fuck up democrat in office
Asker+1 yEV means electric vehicle? I’m joking by the way.
Asker+1 yHey he was smart to shut down the Keystone Pipeline and make us dependent on it jk. JK means just kidding.
Asker+1 yI’m joking. That’s what I mean by jk, I’m not actually retarded.

There are quite a few people who are paid very well - despite the extremely high prices, most of the housing is occupied. The problem is that there is a huge range of incomes, so there are a lot of people who can't afford to live there.
I live in a very high priced area, but over the years my income has risen enough to afford it. - +1 y
I did say - there is a huge range of income, so while some people can afford to live there, others can't.
Homelessness is always difficult because its not a single problem, its a single symptom of many different problems.
So far, when people flee, more arrive. (except maybe In San Francisco, which is on its way to being a failed city - but its a special case) - +1 y
@richardcory the only ones that arrive are illegals and criminals because of your soft on crime policies. You also put illegals in hotels, feed them and give them phones at taxpayer expense while American citizens many of them veterans sleep in the streets and go hungry. Typical shithole democrat city

A lot of highly trained professionals move to the big liberal cities for jobs.
I'll agree our immigration policy sucks, but what is the alternative? Stealing people's children when they arrive at the border? How would you stop illegal immigration? - +1 y
@richardcory he didn’t steal. He was trying to find out if that was really their parents the children were with to stop child trafficking. Your fuckup since opening the border has lost. That’s right lost 85,000 migrant children. They have no idea where they are or who who they’re with. Want to guess where they are? They’re slaves. What do you think of your fuckup now? As far as people moving to your state for jobs? No they’re not. You’re so out of touch you need to be institutionalized for your own safety
- +1 y
Close it how? Many of the people in the US illegally came here on LEGAL visas. The border is also very long and its expensive to patrol. Then what do you do when a family shows up at the border - let them stave / die of thirst?
- +1 y
@richardcory I’m talking about the border. You finish the wall and rehire the border patrol agents that have quit or were fired under your fuckup and you round up the illegals that are in here and deport them. Yes it is expensive. National security is but you have nothing to say about the 8 million your fuckup has allowed in and the costs associated with that. They get free housing and medical care that taxpayers have to pay for at the expense of American citizens

Would you stop all immigration for refugee status?
They are only our problem because we are a nation of people who don't want to see others in the world suffer.
But also, how much do you think it would help. A lot of illegal immigrants work harder than average americans. You see them as farm laborers and contract workers doing jobs that Americans won't take. That is a problem for other reasons, but I believe illegal immigrants contribute significantly to the economy.
At least in my area, the homeless you talk about don't look like they are predominantly immigrants, though its difficult to tell from apperances
- +1 y
We have different information sources on this. The ones I"ve seen said that it was done intentionally to discourage immigration. But in any case, losing track of the children was inexcusable.
