Then it wouldn't be a UFO but a FO, maybe it's classified, has no serials, some dude made a weird shaped gyrocopter and has no pilot's license, but it's no longer unidentified if it has "confirmation".

Unless the entire world, and all their intelligence communities agree that it's unidentified, then that more subverts my world view and unidentifies world politics more than aircraft.
