It is a quote from Mr. Krabs in the SpongeBob Squarepants episode "Krusty Towers."

As a former cook and upcoming hotel/ vacation company employee, it is an accurate quote. Even if you think it's absurd, you should do it to make the guest happy, as long as its within reason and legal.
