Could you ever eat another person (cannibalism)?

As the title states, could you ever eat another persons flesh?

Contrary to some stories, its actually perfectly safe to eat the vast majority of a persons body (the brain, liver, and bone marrow however could pose a threat, but even then it'd be very unlikely to have any side effects if the person is healthy).

Would you refuse to out of a moral obligation, could you only if your life depended on it, or would you do it willingly given the chance?

Never, I'd rather starve to death
Only under extreme circumstances, where it is the only sustenance
If I legally could, I'd try it tomorrow
