1. They judge you non stop.
2. They only look out for themselves and their own family and loved ones or friends.
3. Many many other instances I can name.
4. I don't know if God wanted people to act like that (if God really does or did exist).

We all have friends or family that do all these type of things and basically they're there to teach us who we don't want to be I wouldn't look down at it I would thank them for being who they are it's their choice in the long run they will be the ones that either suffer or not have a friend when they really need one
I say keep being you they are in your life to remind you who you are and who you want to be
I look at things like this any buddy that judges me I don't care because if they are judge me they don't know me.. and I don't let people bother me. That talk about me. * not unless what they are saying might be true*
But then I have to thank them for that because. I didn't see it and now I do
People are people some are happy some are sad. Some are just angry. So they go out of there way to do the same to you..
Don't let them
You are the only person within that can make you feel anything happy or sad it's your choice
People are basically selfish. It is baked into our DNA. Even Mother Teresa was selfish. I never could understand about the cruelty part. I have seen people be mean just for the hell of it. I try not to be cruel.

1 I judge because well people give me a reason to. Things they say or do makes it pretty easy to judge them. For example some people here keep asking how they look. On repeat. Like your opinion doesn't matter. My judgement, they're either mad insecure or attention whore trolls.
2. Me, my friends and family have my priority. But the stronger the bond, the bigger things in life we went through together, the more selfish I am in that regard yes. Why? Because I know them as people, and they don't take my help and gestures for granted. Some people get used by others. Some people even call those "friends", they're not as selfish as me, but they're suffering because of it.
3. Eh whatever.
4. I think God's just a spectator and lets us do whatever. Hence all the bloodshed.
Nope. He didn't. But in order for anything between him and us to ever be authentic, we had to be allowed to make a choice, and for a time. And the Devil took advantage. So that our ancestors chose rebellion over paradise from almost the very beginning. As such, life is suffering now. And amidst that, amidst panic to survive the grind, many become blind to certain realities. Refusal to rise above that blindness leads to ignorance. Combined with fear, it can drive many to be cruel.
And then there are some, when the path is plain, who due to pride and stubbornness, still refuse to course-correct. The mere sight of those who have, is a source of irritation.
There has been a great decay of character, morality, and ethics in our society. In the past few years, we have seen it reach critical levels. People do not realize or acknowledge it has become the social norm, so they perceive themselves as normal. Most are pieces of shit and do not even realize it.
Judging is an evolutionary trait used to assess danger or health which is an incredibly useful trait to have.
Caring for your tribe before others is also a trait that's part of us. Family and friends always come before a stranger because you they'd do the same for you before a stranger would
Many, many other instances you can name.
If we are an engineered species then we're also a product of our environment which has only recently become as safe as it is. Being able to judge danger, health and caring for your own was the surest way to ensure your own safety and the safety of those who look out for you. People aren't cruel and selfish as a whole.
"Judging is an evolutionary trait used to assess danger or health which is an incredibly useful trait to have." I'm not talking about judging in life and death scenarios. More like judging because you want to APPEAR BETTER than another person.
"Caring for your tribe before others is also a trait that's part of us. Family and friends always come before a stranger because you they'd do the same for you before a stranger would" Yeah okay, that makes sense. You have that responsibilitiy toward family. Sometimes it's original/automatic family. Other times, it's "family" you chose out of your own accord.
"People aren't cruel and selfish as a whole." Depends. Why do you think certain goverments are corrupt and cruel? ! I say it still depends. You really don't know who or what you are going to get. Bad or good and sometimes it's even relative! That is how complicated life and other's morals can be.
If we're judging on appearance base then I guess you mean being attractive. Because we are competing with others for the chance of companionship and possibly raising a family. If you want that then it comes a lot easier if you look good, have a decent personality and are capable of providing.
First off #4 God does exist. God made us with free will. God wants us to love him and eachother. But God gave us free will to make that choice. Think of God kind of like a parent (except he's a parent that's infallible 😆). A parent wants thier children to love them and each of thier siblings. But they're not going to force thier child to. At the same point the parent isn't going to ever stop loving them.
Nominal Hero? it make sense to care more about a loved one than about some stranger.
1. To some, even their own family is toxic sadly.
2. Some people can have different priorities and have a bigger, more altruistic heart? Not so focused only on their blood relatives, but for the good of humanity.
"caring about family is not purely selfish." ? ? ? It's to ensure your genetic line survives into the next generation and beyond really, so how is that not selfish.
Letting your genetic line die is usually more selfish, being a good parent is not easy.

The saddest tragedy in our society is that people see truly kind people as just someone to use
Well, I read that some people like being needed, even if it is a fake kind of need. Strangely enough.
Ma’am you are sick.
@AnusNdaPainus why would you say that. It was something I READ! Lol, that wasn't necessary.
@AnusNdaPainus And I wasn't really talking about myself but thanks for your opinion of me.
Welcome to reality, your free trial of life has now expired.
