Asuming you are correct and putting all other concerns aside, in this case its the developers who are "biased"

An AI just slams all infos together it has access to and comes to a conclusion.

So in most cases its not biased it just recognices a pattern in the infos it had acces to.

I didn’t say I do believe it, just that I would given that bias exists in every nook and cranny that it shouldn’t be. As @Astarlessnightsky mentioned, the software learns and is developed by humans, so there’s no question that any kind of AI will have this issue. Let alone other AI softwares have run into this issue, including racism.

What a load of shit. Data is classified in so many different ways, and based on how the designer tweaks the parameter weight, there can easily be a bias towards returning certain types of results, and THERE IS a bias towards the left
