Plus most will have a clause you cannot run any sort of business from from their property.
So you're rather stupid to show a businesses statement, from a personal property. It's not going to inspire trust you won't do the same again.

Doesn't matter. I've never seen a landlord or property manager use a BUSINESS account information for someone's personal domicile. It isn't for the business, it's for you, and thus not relevant
