Can landlords know where you move to with the personal information they once had of you?

Is there a chance that they could of followed me to another city I moved to, because I think I got set up.

I didn’t leave unpaid money. I left a company review. After that they started harassing me

I'm guessing you left a place that was unpaid? If so, if you left a place with anything derogatory your ability to get to another place or pay rent depends on it regardless of another city. If you didn't pay something as agreed and then move, they could track you. It's similar to a credit card if you miss payments or are lackadaisical to your agreement with the bank/company, go to another card as if nothing happened with the other one. After a while, they will give you derogatory marks which negatively impact you, which will be handed off to other higher legal people resulting in a judgment or garnishment against you.

Yes they can... And they will likely find you. And it is more likely that you will have judgment on your record for money owed. And it will affect your future ability to rent.
