So my question is , could I get evicted if I pay rent the 12th? And can my old landlord sell a house without notifying me in a decent amount of time?

My landlord sold the house and let me know that she officially sold it three days after sealing the deal and l had to get the contact information too my new Landlord to talk to her about the rent and I told her is it possible if I can pay at the end of the month or at least on the twelfth when I get paid she said no so she say she wants it by the seventh after the seventh there will be a extra $50 late fee

As for the rent part, if it is in your contract that you will pay on a particular date, they unfortunately do have the right to charge you a late fee. Remember the owner likely has a mortgage they need to pay. Banks don't give people extension.

I'm not worried about the late fee. I'm worried about getting kicked out on the 7th if I don't come up with rent. People in Georgia do illegal shit every day and this previous landlord worked with me and also these new people seem to be the type of people who don't care... so now if I do pay the full 650.00 on the 12 I'm wondering if that will save me or I can still get kicked out.

Remember the new owners don't know you or anything about you, so they probably dont trust your word. Since you only mentioned they are only going to charge you a late fee, maybe they won't evict you. Speak with the new owners and ask them if you pay on the 12th and you pay the late fee, ask if you will be allowed to still stay. If they say yes, remember next time to make sure you pay the rent on the agreed upon date, otherwise if they do allow you to stay, they might kick you out next time.

Depends on where you live. If I don't get paid on the 6th I can start eviction proceedings, which would be finalized by the 6th of the following month and the locks changed on the 7th, whether you pay me on the 12th or not. Like @NotInterestedSorry said, there's still a mortgage and bills to pay and none of them care about your reason for nonpayment to the landlord.

Depends where they live. Where I live. A home owner has to give notice to the tenant that they have intentions of selling before they put the house up for sale, so that the tenant can look for another place to live.

As long as it's paid you're good. They have to start a process against you at least 30 days out and when you pay the rent the time starts over again. If you keep doing it, they'll find another reason to evict you, but again, you'll still have some time to get out. It's usually around 45 days until your stuff is out on the lawn.
