Can I be evicted if?

I had an eviction 4 years ago and since then I moved into another apartment and I’ve been here 3 years now. I was wondering if I could be evicted from my current apartment if the apartment manager didn’t know about my eviction from 4 years ago and he finds out now? The reason I ask is because I’m about to get an attorney over some issues with the current apartment. There are things that are not being repaired and maintenance calls are ignored. I plan to contact an attorney because one issue is affecting my health. I am just afraid of retaliation from the apartment manager.

Surely he would only have reason to evict you if you are in breach of any terms agreed to when you started renting?
