Will neighbor be evicted?

In May 2024 the judge said he'll give her another date to determine if she's evicted or not in June 2024. However she's still been making noise and I've been complaining to management and their attorney. Will she likely be evicted because she's still making noise? I was told by management attorney that the judge will not be pleased she's still making noise because he's expecting her to stop hence he gave her another date.
