Will someone can kick us out of our house if they have our landdeed?

Our land deed is nowhere in the house? My mom once told me she pawn it to someone and she paid the pawn but she said the original land deed is still on pawners hands. I heard he's dead by now but how can we get the land deed if the person my mom pawn our land deed to is already dead plus is there a chance his children can kick us out in our house because they have our original land deed? What should I do?

It depends on local property laws but if your house has been standing for a significant number of years, they can’t force you out to tear it down.

She is very dumb. She didn't graduate elementary thats why. She just studied 2nd grade or 3rd grade.
