Should I move out or address landlord?

She’s constantly complaining I’m loud (I’m not loud) I wake up early do my homework in dining table and in less than 10 mins she comes out telling me I’m loud she’s trying to sleep) all I’m doing is my homework typing it’s happening every week on weekend I leave house return Sunday evening

It sounds like your landlord is trying to drive you out. If your lease is up, yeah maybe find another place because it sucks to live somewhere with constant aggravation. Some people would rather stand up and fight but even if you're right, the landlord will make it unpleasant.

It’s not my landlord it’s my roommate that is complaining constantly landlord has no issue with me (they have even reduced my rent is past)

Maybe she's the type of person that any little noise bothers her. Is there a way to go to a coffee shop when you do your HW?

I have class online at home I use headphones sometimes to but it’s homework it like she stays up hearing me (I’ve noticed) I feel she part racist has I’m black and she’s white (last roommate and her boyfriend were)

Try and talk to her andif nothing gets solve then yes I'd def move out. It's best to be alone then in bad company
