What will pro birthers do when the majority of states use their states right to make abortion legal?

They used the same argument when the Supreme Court recognized same sex marriage, the majority of the states were using their right to recognize same sex marriage and the Republicans freaked out and sued in the Supreme Court to stop it only to find out the Supreme Court took the states side and recognize same sex marriage. Mark my words they will do the same when the states recognize abortion, they will try to use the Supreme Court again to nullify the states right to keep abortion. Their whole goal is not about states rights, it's about control of women and the population they deem sinners.

First they will try to limit the ability of the people to force a referendum. They will also try to pass a national ban. I'm hoping the Democrats campaign hard on abortion on 2024 and flip a lot is seats. It could happen -- look at Kansas and Wisconsin.

It would be pointless even with the current conservative majority. Thomas and perhaps Alito would be on board, but the others would point to Dobbs as the precedent and would reject the argument.
