In light of cocain being found at the white house, should U. S prosecutors force Hunter to be tested for drugs?

Hunter has reached a tentative agreement with US prosecutors to avoid criminal charges. However, as part of that agreement, Hunter must remain drug free for two years. Hunter seems to have free run of the white house, so wouldn't it be reasonable to have him submit a drug test?

Since the area it was found in was accessible to tour groups and Hunter visited the White House 2 days after it was found, on what grounds could you even suspect it was his?

It is NOT accessible to tour groups. Only staff members and guests travel that area. There are cameras everywhere as well as secret service agents. With that level of security present and the fact that the president, at times, travels that route, I find it very hard to believe they don't already know who's coke it is. Also, Hunter has agreed to stay off drugs, as part of his plea. He doesn't need to be suspected of using before being tested. Of course, that depends on what type of agreement they have at this time. Which it would be criminal if he's not subject to random drug tests.

You need to check your facts again. It was found in a guest lobby where private tours are ushered through. Visitors secure their cell phones in this area. You’re flat out wrong. Also, a man should be drug tested specially because he made an appearance 2 days AFTER drugs were discovered? Drugs that he couldn’t possibly have had access to? The premise of what you’re saying is ridiculous. I’m sure he has to submit to regular testing per his plea agreement. You’re going down the right wing disinformation rabbit hole here and trying to imply a correlation between Hunter and these drugs that were found. There is no connection and no evidence to lead anyone to believe a deviation from his plea agreement is necessary. Nice try though.

Say cigarettes are illegal, and you used to do them a lot. If years later you visited your dad's house and someone saw a random cigarette butt, would that be sufficient evidence to order you a drug test?

Not in that case but he has a tenitave agreement not to use drugs. Most agreements are written in a way that you can't be around drugs. He has full access of the white house and now drugs were found. Yes, in this case, his history does matter.
