every weapon we give to Russia's enemy is a weapon Russia will give to our enemies, as well as makes necessary measures by Russia attack the source of Ukrainians ability to make war. Supplying an enemy in war is in fact an act of war.,

People think Russia will never use nukes against us because that risks everything, but Russia doesn't have to use nukes.
* Russia could deploy bio weapons and we would never know. Just like COVID-19 and yes Russia is one of the few countries on earth that can do this.
* Russia could as suggested probably will give similar weapons to our less than stable enemies to be used against us.
* Russia could even 'lose' one of its nukes to a terrorist with an understanding to blow up one of our cities, and given how much we have 'hurt' Prussia we could never prove it was intentional.

Indeed given that Russia may already be planing to cause other ecological disasters who would be shocked if they did just that?

To be fair, The USA has nothing on Russian rocketry.

It's why even Nasa bought its rockets from Russia, but is now having to rely on Bezos and Musk "maybe" producing something.

As for the proxy war in Ukraine. the USA did the same to the Soviets in Afghanistan and look how that ended up.

Ukraine will end up as bad as Iraq, regardless of what it gets from the USA.

The situation in Afghanistan may not be ideal but it's better than the blood bath that was the Soviet occupation (the Red Army killed 10% of the Afghan population). But this brings me to another major difference between the two: while we all expected the Ukrainian military to disintegrate and the conflict to evolve in a protracted Guerilla war, Zelensky said "I need ammo, not a ride" and the Ukrainian army remained a coordinated force and in 8 weeks the Russian army lost more soldiers than the USSR lost in 8 years and kept the Russian army away from the major population centers. So if the US continues to supply arms to Ukraine, the less land the Russian army gets occupied and fewer Ukrainian civilians killed, the less damage their is to infrastructure and the less likely it is to devolve into a bloody quagmire like Afghanistan.
