I'm going to speak for myself here and why I have a bias. My only contact with Indians is them calling me and trying to convince me they are the police, the IRS (taxes), or anything official and trying to scam me. It's like as soon as I hear that fucking accent on the phone, I know what's coming.

I start trolling back and oh boy do they get really mad. I don't know why they get so mad, I mean they're calling me with lies and deception with the intention of parting me from some money.

And that's about it... my only real interaction with that community always seems to be the same shit. There's this Indian guy on this site that messages me... says he's a midget and lives with midgets... and tries to talk sexually to me. It's just fucking weird shit like that all the time.

Now this is just me and I know it's just what I've been exposed to. It's like black people... when I was in the military and had many friends that were black, I lived with one for years, we are cool. But a random black dude on the street is not some bullshit I want to be fucking around with. Life, in general, has taught me what that guy on the street is most likely going to end up in prison for, But, I know that all of them are not like that... just the ones out in the street are. I'm sure it's the same for Indians... not all of you are out to scam people or talk about weird sex stuff for no reason.

But the ones that feel it necessary to get my attention... always the same shit.

I don't. Two of the best people I have ever met in my life are Indian. Really, really good, honest, sweet people.

I also had clients were were Indian and they treated me so well in their home. Very nice family.

I only realized, after being on gag, that they have a negative reputation. They tend to act desperate and creepy sexually online. In business they can be kind of untrustworthy sometimes, bullshitters. I think it comes from being in a highly, highly populated country, where you have to be scrappy and not too sensitive, just to survive.

There's some negative biases rooted in globalization, work outsourcing, scam companies, and immigration (and probably other issues as well) that some people just never thought about enough to move past the racism.

India's contact with the world comes in two major ways. 1) Indians work in call centers and read script like robots in annoying accents and are often less helpful than automated voice recognition call recordings. When you try to resolve problems with them, they are unable to think about the problem and can only continue repeating script options off the page. 2) India is one of the largest scam call centers in the world always trying to do criminal shit to defraud old people of their basic money to feed themselves when they are often living on fixed income in poverty. In the first case they are annoying, dumb, and tend to waste everyone's time for product or service issues that should have never occurred in the first place. They give the run around to people for corporations that are doing bad business. In the second case, they are blatant criminals trying to hurt the weakest people in society.

I have new friendly neighbors who are Indian.

Probably because you place yourselves in high positions within Big Tech and social media, then moderate and censor everyone, subverting freedom of speech because you never had it in your country.

I think East Indians are fantastic -- they're generally highly intelligent and in their culture, having a personal servant is widely accepted, practiced and viewed as a status symbol.
