Why do people hate Indians?

Irrational hatred everywhere. An American woman tried to even scam me to steal my money.

It could be because America is outsourcing jobs to India, and when a person calls customer service for almost any company now, they get someone in India who is extremely rude and ignorant. Scammers from India had been calling me for a while and one day one of them posed as someone at customs and said a "suspicious package" was in my name and I was going to prison, and I was waiting for a lung doctor to call me back with some important test results, and after 50 some calls (Not exaggerating), the next Indian guy that called me about the "suspicious package", I shamed the hell out of him, lol, telling him he should be ashamed of himself and he needed god, and he should pray for forgiveness because stealing people's hard earned money is disgraceful, lol.

The dude got so pissed, he started threating to call the cops, and then I drew out the big guns... I said, "I'm Agent Grooms (The first name I could think of. I think this was the name of an FBI agent from that show "Monk"), and I AM the cops. We've been tracking you people for a long time, and this is a sting operation, and I have your phone number as... " and as soon I started reading off the phone number, he said something like "they've got us" to someone else on the other end in a panicky voice and hung up. I never heard back from them ever again.

I don't hate people from India, but people that display that kind of behavior, trying to rip others off, I wouldn't sympathize for them if God struck them down. People should naturally have morals and know the difference between right and wrong, no matter what their parents teach them. My parents were the rudest people and I have the upmost respect for others and know the difference between right and wrong.

Blame your men. And it's not even about the pervertness, scamming and hygiene stuff. But a lot of Indian people have met have been extremely nationalistic and arrogant. They think having Bollywood and the Taj Mahal cancels out all the bad stuff. And the men especially when they go to foreign countries, they keep a tight leash on their daughters and expect everyone to kiss their feet. They wouldn't bother anyone if they were humble, but they think so highly of themselves, yet they don't walk the talk. I'll admit, a lot of Indian women are like this too, but your men are worse. The ones who are already second, third generation are fine. It's the first generation immigrants that are the worst.

That American woman was probably scammed by an Indian and wanted to even the score. I'm sorry that happened to you. How did you even end up in that situation?

If Indians want to be respected, they need to start acknowledging and fixing their problems, instead of getting mad when they're brought up. "India will be super power" is not a response. They need to start walking the talk.

Half of the people who hate are some dumb americans and now the indian unhygienic food videos all over the net now. And i don't blame cause the hygiene in those videos were fucked literally looked like diarrhea.

About the poverty, there's nothing to blame either because they hold population of whopping 1.4 billion or something. Theh need to reduce that shit

And I actually ate Indian food and it was pretty good, at least better than British or American food

i think it's not indian girls that people have a problem with, its indian guys. mainly cos online a lot of them are pretty creepy and very sexual. but also there's the stereotypes that indian guys in general are rapey, hate women, and then there's the whole 'ugly' indian dude stereotype too (like short, chubby, etc), and that they flirt bizarrely and then just negative stereotype about india that reflect worse on dudes like the poverty thing

Because Indians from India are extremely racist, sexist, evil, dirty and unhygienic to a point that we can't co-exist with them.

I'm Black British UK- Caribbean and I have Jamaican heritage with latin/chinese ancestry. We were the first people to immigrate to the UK since the late 1940's and early 50's and we had to work so hard and make a lot of sacrifices to earn the white British trust so that our generation today could have a life.

It was only until 1975 that Indians from India would move to the UK for the first time and still to this day they can't fit in and function like black and white people can, some of them are illegal immigrants, they are extremely racist to black people especially black females because they believe that people and women should be white to be seen more positively and less of a threat, they keep stealing our jobs and money, some of them are scammers, they're liars, some Indian men are rapist and very rude, they can be violent, they smell like curry or extremely bad odour due to lack of showering, they are dirty and very unhygienic, their food is horrible to the point that most of us just want to vomit! or end up getting food poisoning, some of them are scared and inferior little shots, Indian women just like white women think they are more desirable yo a white man than pure black women to avoid discrimination- colourist, they keep selling cheap stuff and only God knows what they are made out of, they are not the most nicest or attractive people in the world, I've been bullied a lot by Indian people as well as black people since school and the ship they say about black people especially black females is pure ignorant-lies and negative- so very hurtful, they are harsh and they think black people are unattractive (unless we are mix race) and uneducated.

As a black woman I know my worth and to be honest I would never date an Indian/Asian as long as I live on this earth.

Most black and white people just can't co-exist with them.

I am 100% in love with white men because of their down to earth personality and some of their handsome good looks- but that's a bonus.

It is usually the Indian/Pakistani men who give you guys a bad name in the western world. People just tend to avoid Indians because it is so hard to hold up a conversation with one. Look at the example above, I am a guy and even I got harrased by Indian men using a woman's profile to get more attention. On the other hand, I have chatted to so many Indian women before and have never faced such problems.😄😄

We have Sikhs and a Sikh temple where I live. Very beautiful building. They behave a lot better and much more refined and courteous. The only real discrimination is that they stink. Which they do and it’s usually only the 1st gen immigrants. Indians that are 2nd generation usually have assimilated to the wests standard of hygiene. In America Arabs are much more hated than Indians, due to their religion which even at 2nd and 3rd generations, they think that rape and sexual abuse is okay. Islam is a cancer.

I hate them because I dated one and he was such an abusive freak. Constantly controlling, we didn't live together but was together for 8 years and if I went out like to my mum's or somewhere to visit he would then start a fight with me because he wanted me to stay home, I wasn't allowed to have friends either whether male or female. I don't hate Indians but I don't trust them, just like I don't trust anyone else who hasn't earned my trust. However, if I am called and they're Indian. . . whether they're male or female, I am immediately going to think they're a scammer because that is my experience.

Still, I like Indian girls. They're sweet and kind and polite. Indian guys are just guys but their ideas about consent need a lot of work.

Its the place of cheap labor so its exploited a lot for scam call centers, terrible customer service and job replacements. So most westerners have negative experiences with India.

I do not believe that. They (we) are often venerated. I have Cherokee blood. We name sports teams and off road vehicles after them. Red Indians do not give others any reasons to hate them.
