Oh God, where do I start?
First off, I'll say I agree with Chris Rock that there's "Black People" and there's "N Worders". That being said, here's how I see it...

Prior to the slave trade, blacks used to live very primitive lives. Their culture never extended beyond the African continent, like other cultures did. Then FF to things like colonialism and Apartheid. Blacks thought they could just overthrow their White rulers and create their own countries/communities with ZERO knowledge on how to successfully lead a large scale society. They eventually figured this out, yet, they STILL wanted to self-govern free of White rule, as doing otherwise would compromise their ego and everything they've fought for. So, throughout their entire history, blacks have had to rely on handouts, investment and assistance from other groups, mostly Whites and Asians to survive. This in turn made blacks lazy, and they never had any incentive or initiative to learn how to be self-reliant. They developed this notion that the world owes them something for all the wrongs they've experienced in the past. FF to today, and many blacks have realized that they can "survive" by getting handouts or hustling, and that they can make a proper name an income for themselves by getting into sports, entertainment, and unfortunately, illegal activities. Black people don't have the same views on career as Asians, Arabs and Scandinavians do. Black people are all about easy money. Making as much as possible without having to work too hard, and they also don't put any emphasis on career or education. Black people grow up in environments where your reputation on the streets will get you more respect then a college degree. And respect is extremely important to them. A lot of them are also unfortunately taught from a young age to distrust police and other races, especially White people. And they view crime not as crime, but as a means of surviving and earning respect. A lot of them also don't have fathers or roll models that can steer them in the "right" direction. When you ask them why they say, their father is in jail. Okay, well where was HIS father?

If I'm completely honest, black people are a lost cause. They're the only societies that haven't progressed, and it's almost as if they stopped evolving. And the way I look at it, is black people have only TWO options.

ONE, get off their asses and actually start working towards self-sufficience.

TWO, swallow their pride and admit they're incapable of functioning without White people holding their hand.

It's no accident that the only successful and prosperous black territories are the ones that chose to remain colonies/territories of European countries.

You may call Arabs lazy and say they got lucky because they struck oil. But they used that oil money to turn barren desert in luxory cities. Tell me, what are the blacks doing with all that Western aid money. We send millions of dollars to Haiti and Africa, and they're still living in shacks and shitting on the streets. And the ones who migrate to Western countries as "refugees", just wanna hustle. Ah roll your sleeves up and do some work. There is more than enough people in Africa to build proper roads and houses, but you'll never see a black roll up his sleeves and grab a shovel. They just sit back and wait for others to come build shit for them.

Depends on what kind of black people:

ADOS black people tend to do poorly because their women wrecked their homes and have kids out of wedlock by thugs with multiple baby mommas. They then blame all their problems on white people and their supposed racism.

More recent African immigrants by contrast tend to do really well, better on average than white people in fact. They keep their families together and think the ADOS blacks are whiny losers.

you shouldn't have an opinion on black people that different than your opinion on everyone else in the world. We are individuals who should be judged individually

They are people. Each with their own thoughts, feelings, goals and personal interests. The overwhelming majority are good some are evil, just like people of any other race.
