In star wars, do u like tha clones better as heroes/allies or as anti heroes or as villains?

They were better as indoctrinated soldiers who accepted Order 66 without question and became the first generation of stormtroopers rather than Filoni's stupid biochip compulsion followed by rapid replacement with random moustache-twirling villains crap.

Im also dissapointed by it, I like them as fully choice beings that just get indoctrinated like others, by republic or empire. They have good will and can be heroes, and help jedi, but also be corrupted as they are for the Sith.

This way they can be heroes during clone wars and be used as storm troopers and they aren't like robots who just do there programming then they can be real characters and can have complex motivations and can do there own thing dont have to necessarily be republic or empire

then it adds sadness and tension when they are used for order 66 and knightfall. and we can see them as evil while not seeing them as just robot victims.

i like them as fully free will beings. not have to be completely good or bad.

but I understand why they did it nad palpatine would probably do that because he woudlnt want the clones to not betray the jedi as they would get attached throughout the clone wars

sure if we go by the perspective that the Galactic Republic are the "good guys" and the Separatist Alliance are the "bad guys" as the portrayal intended but the Galactic Republic isn't as "good" as its made out to be and the Separatist Alliance isn't as "bad" as its made out to be

the jedi and clones protaganis do severa heroic acts throughoust the series, even if the war was orchestrated
