Do you think you would do well under interrogation?

I am a woman of strong emotions but also strong will, so I genuinely have no idea. I'm either way tougher than I think or way weaker. I'm just talking regular U. S. police interrogation, no torture involved.

Many years ago I did polygraph work which involved extensive interview/interrogation. A good interrogator can wear you down over the course of many hours, catch you in your lies, play on your emotions and fears, and get right to what's most important to you.

The question becomes one of leverage, how much knowledge does the interrogator have going into the session (what he suspects vs knows , or just taking a shot in the dark).

There are many subtle speech and body language clues that become evident over time and can encourage the interrogator to increase or decrease pressure. It's all about placing your mind in a place where you make at least partial admissions of guilt or criminal knowledge.

Police interrogation is pretty kid's gloves. People get comfortable and friendly and just don't know when to shut up. I've had counterinterrogation and interrogation resistance training. Pretty much zero of that is needed in the U. S. where you can just sit there and shut up.

Probably not. If I truly cared about the person, and they have done things to be there for me and support me, I'd probably keep my mouth shut and lie for them. If they are someone I hate, I'd be opening my mouth and dobing on them.

I might feel nervous at first but will answer all there question in logical way. I mean think before you speak specially if its interrogation. Some words might be use against you so might as well use it for your own good right.

US police interrogators are trained using techniques known to cause false confessions.
So I honestly don't know.
I think that I'd do better in my own country as I believe they're better at getting at the truth rather then just getting a confession.

I hate being yelled at. If its a cop, i’d go into to this sunken place and probablywant to cry. I’d definitely mever make it in the military. In regards to anyone else yelling at me, i’d yell back.

People in the US dont know what real interrogation is. When you are strapped down and amateur dentistry is being practiced on you, then you will say anything to get out. Remember their job is not to get the truth, but a confession.

No torture, no problem. Just stay quiet. I don't intimidate easily so if I've not done anything I'm not going to say anything.

Anything you say will be taken out of context and twisted to use against you in a court.

If I have no information to give and actually "know nothing", I think it would be boring as fuck and I'd doze off. LOL Or, I'll just keep repeating " lawyer", and they will doze off. LOL

Yes I've been interrogated several times, for others and my own crimes, I've never seen the inside of a cell 😂

The only way anyone would know is if they have been in this situation before. Ideally you should just be answering "not answering without a lawyer" to everything no matter how simple but many people don't know this.

I've watched enough crime investigation interrogations to know you simply don't talk and ask to speak to your attorney.

I probably wouldn't do well because it is in my nature to want to be cooperative.
