Do you think men’s movements are rational?

So, I’m ashamed to say, I used to be firmly on the left side of the politics when younger.

More and more as I grew up, I realized something: both political parties suck. Liberals refuse a moral standards and gaslight you. Conservatives have morals but deny other shit.

You disagree with a liberal the slightest bit, you’re a “sexist, misogynistic, transphobic, bigoted Nazi.”

I also seen how acceptable misandry is to them. Misandrists comments are perfectly fine.

I have never seen a mens rights movement that actually cared about mens rights. This is understandable since since mens rights is just a reactionary movement that is specifically about attacking feminism under the guise of having the moral high ground of supporting the rights of men. What basically happened is the people who feminism crushed previously recognized that it was no longer socially acceptable to hate on and suppress women so to continue doing it they took the playbook from feminism and tried to start their own social movements that they could use as a shield and continue doing the same pathetic attacks against them.

As such, anytime I have seen something like a court case or a political decision that is important for the rights of men I have never once seen representation from mens rights movements there to support their side. The only group I have consistently seen supporting the rights of men when it actually matter is feminists themselves. Take from that what you will.

Being a liberal is understanding power dynamics. We are bad at explaining it because the right are looking at excuses to hunt us as sport.

That’s nothing to be ashamed of. We are very impressionable when we are young and you have become open-minded enough to challenge your own beliefs. My question is, if you believe both parties suck, are you saying that you support men’s movements. That is a little hypocritical if so.
