I’m glad people are testifying about this. The Biden administration is arguably the most corrupt administration we’ve ever had.

It is abundantly clear the majority of the media acts as a public relations agency for Democrats, that not only do they spin and twist things in addition to outright lying, but they intentionally keep people ignorant by not showing this type of information…if it’s against a Democrat.

Glad someone is reporting on this and glad you shared this info, as I was also unaware of this.

Keep spreading the news and educating people on these matters. Wokeness must be destroyed if we are to have any sanity in our society along with those who enable it and spread it.

And what our lefty friends forget is that the issue IS regulations. The corporations bribe the politicians to write regulations that harm that corporation's competitors.

Absolutely! I was wondering what was going to be the greatest threat to America when I was younger. Would it be the warhawks from the Bush era? Or radical Muslims immigrating in huge numbers?

No, it's the party that was supposed to be the war hating, corporation hating hippies. Now they want to pin you down, jam a medicine inside of you, force you to go to a war that nobody wants and have corporations rule over every aspect of your life in 15 minutes cities.

The woke left is especially dangerous because it destroys leftism and old school leftism is incredibly important in opposing authority. The right wing has traditionally been the guardians of authority.

Agreed. Until 2003 I was a Democrat. At that point I saw that they absolutely do not represent me and switched to being a conservative because at that time (Ben wasn’t active yet) people like Ben were making a lot of sense.

The Democrats are now the biggest tyrants in America. I’m not saying there aren’t piss poor Republicans either. However, I simply cannot and will not align with Woke culture. Not only do I see it as being against my religious views, if I believed in no God I still would not be on board as what they espouse is completely irrational and frankly dangerous. I see them as absolute tyrants. I have no major issue with the classical liberal or the Democrat with views like the party had prior to the Clinton era, but I do take major exception to the Democrats of today. Frankly they are very dangerous people who must be stopped at all cost along with their ideologies.

I think many people who were once Democrats have been alienated by these people. I know many who are now conservatives and were life long Democrats but they’re seeing what you and I are seeing with this and also view it all as very dangerous and tyranny.

Completely agree. We want laws passed we have to write our congressman. They want laws passed they lobby, make campaign contributions and play golf with their representatives.

This must change at all costs. There is no way to survive as a nation otherwise and we are on life support as a nation now.

He used to be good, back in his Unclaimed Territory, Salon, and Intercept days, but he's gone to where the money is; using his left-wing history to give right-wing tropes gravitas. Other examples being Tim Pool, Jonathon Turley, and Jimmy Dore. (OK, that last one's not so good at the grift.)

ICYMI, this "news" was nearly a month ago, and the Trump appointed prosecutor (U. S. Attorney David Weiss, who was not replaced by a Biden appointee, which is what usually happens to U. S. Attorneys when a new president comes into office) denies he was pressured, but can't say much more until the court appearance on the 26th.

"Attorney General Merrick Garland testified under oath that Weiss, the Trump-appointed U. S. attorney in Delaware, had the authority to bring charges against Hunter Biden and the investigation was free of political influence. Garland added at the time that Weiss had never asked to be made a special counsel."

"U. S. Attorney David Weiss says he has not requested special counsel status as part of the years-long investigation into Hunter Biden. “To clarify an apparent misperception and to avoid future confusion, I wish to make one point clear: in this case, I have not requested Special Counsel designation pursuant to” the statue for appointing a special counsel, Weiss wrote in the letter to Sen. Lindsey Graham, first obtained by POLITICO."

The letters and quotes are real, so is the fact that the prosecutor is a Trump appointee, complaining about who's reporting them is just ad hominem. And yes, Greenwald is far worse now than he was.

"We have the greatest respect for the journalist Glenn Greenwald used to be, and we remain proud of much of the work we did with him over the past six years. It is Glenn who has strayed from his original journalistic roots, not The Intercept."

My thoughts are... The usual mix of "I knew it/told you so" and "nothing is going to change." Soundbytes from these hearings will resurface during the general election to smear the democrats, and that'll basically be all that comes of it. Maybe a few people get fired.

Between this story and the cocaine in the Whitehouse investigation getting buried though, it's getting really hard to not rope in the Secret Service in the same category as the FBI and IRS for irredeemable levels of corruption, acting as shields rather than weapons though.

I don’t hold out any hope that any justice will happen, but the assumed corruption of the Biden family is crystal clear, now. Fauci’s part in murdering a million Americans is crystal clear now. But the Republicans won’t do anything and the leftists will deny all of the truth in front of their face.

That’s not true. I have even told you myself that I am anti cooperation. Multiple times. Granted my views don’t represent most right wingers but I feel anyone is a fool if they think cooperations are benevolent and secretly or not so secretly controlling politics in America along with the bankers and big pharma.

To be clear I am not one of these occupy Wall St. types who are entitled and think someone owes me a living. No one owes anyone a living.

But I am completely aware of the corruption and immorality most corporations are involved with at oh so many levels and their exploitation of American and foreign workers. This is also why I’m pro labor union, because if anyone thinks they don’t need an advocate when working for most corporations they’re out of their minds. Workers need protection from unfair business practices and someone to advocate for fair wages and benefits.

That’s not to say there isn’t a lot of corruption in labor unions also, but what I can tell you is almost any blue collar job I’ve seen, union jobs pay more and have better working conditions and better benefits then the alternative.

I am inclined to agree. I must thank @Juxtapose for turning me on to a number of conspiracy theories regarding the deep state.

About 10 years ago I did a very thorough investigation into NWO conspiracies, and the Illuminati, Freemasons, Builderberg Group and all the like. I came away from it thinking there may be a shred of truth to some of the things I investigated, but dismissed most of it as crack pot conspiracy theories. Qanon type stuff.

Since then I’ve dismissed any conspiracy theories I’ve heard as just more of the same. Including the deep state. I mean sure, the wealthy have always influenced laws and societies to make more money. This is no hidden secret.

However thanks to Juxtaopse I do believe big pharma, cooperations, bankers, media moguls and a hand full of wealthy individuals are in fact really running the show. They compose the deep state.

As for the Illuminati stuff, I still don’t believe it or most of the theories concerning that and the Freemasons and all these other “secret” societies.

I do absolutely believe in the deep state and agree with you that Rhino Republicans are undoubtedly a part of it.

Thanks Juxtaopse for turning me on to Jimmy Dore. I agree with a lot of what he says.

You really are going crazy with this. But ironically Glenn was best when he was employed by corporations. He started by writing for Salon. Com (a personal fave site of mine), then the Guardian and finally the Intercept where he published Snowdens stuff.

Now he’s a shit-tuber not doing anything important but just bitching about media like you are. Fair enough. But get what I’m meant about having to have ethics at accredited orginizations?
