It is relative. If we for example created a whole world and put a single human into it he would have the freedom to do anything, but at the same time be incredibly limited in what he can actually do. For example, he will not have access to the internet nor have access to shops and restaurants. His realistic freedom, the options he has available to himself will be fairly intimidate survival tasks.
While that is definitely a kind of freedom, its not a kind I would want for myself. I am not super interested in the hypothetical freedom such a person would have, rather I am interested in what options are available.
In a modern society you are much more limited in what freedoms you have compared to my previous example, however you have much more and much better options in my opinion. The freedom to go buy ice cream whenever I want within my financial means and kick back and watch a movie. I have a much higher freedom to control my life in meaningful ways and to spend time for myself in ways a lone person in the wilderness just can't.
Ultimately, it boils down to how you want to view it as to what freedom actually means.

Its a complicated concept because many things people would want to do with their freedom, will impact others. I see it as being able to do those things that do not significantly impact others.
Being allowed to live your life as you see fit, so long as your freedom doesn't infringe on the freedoms of another.
