1 Trump rhetoric did add fuel the the fire by saying he won the 2020 election and acted egregiously with specious legal arguments about how Pence had the power to refuse to survive the 2020 elect yes he did call many people asking them to FIND more vote he wasn’t saying make up vote out of whole cloth.

2. nothing he did was illegal. Was it immoral yes did it had fuel to the fire yes. Was it’s illegal incitement NO. Why way democrats have written up the indictment basically claims you cannot bring up a species legal argument under any circumstances. This would include the idea of Jerry rigging which both sides are guilty of and let’s not pretend the democratic aren’t guilty of jury rigging, and let’s not pretend that Republicans are not guilty of Jerry rigging. Both sides are guilty but in the case of the Democrats are bringing forth right now, it basically means you cannot argue against Jerry rigging, because that is the people who are filing the lawsuit are trying to obstruct a vote.

The Democrats are playing right now and if they want to break the rules this way Republicans will use the rules that they rigged against the Democrats because there’s so many things we could give them on, but under the constitution and freedom of speech Republicans cannot do that if you want to get rid of the person I am and I look forward to prosecuting AOC, Hillary Clinton, Bernie Sanders, Maxine waters, Rashida, Talib, Ilhan, Omar, Joe Biden, Kamala Harris on inciting the 2020 BLM and antifa riots.

By the way, this undermines the complete legitimacy of the department of justice, there will be no more rule of law, because if you Trump is what undermined the spring court in the view of the left, because it just means that these are Trump appointed judges without any non bias at all. If the Supreme Court uphold the charges test also under minds the first amendment and rule of law. Which means the government becomes a gun. Whom Even the political gun is aimed at at the time goes to jail and obviously it’s going to aimed after whatever party isn’t in charge at the time.
