According to people who have worked for her in the past, they are accusing her of fat shaming and sexually harassing staff who worked for her backstage. This really seems hypocritical as she is supposed to be seen as a positive influence in the body positivity movement. I'm not a fan, but I find it shocking someone who is supposed to be a "role model" is acting in this manner.
From what I saw from the actual documents, the fat shaming isn’t Lizzo but her production team alongside her head choreographer. Lizzo specifically is accused of creating a hostile work environment that didn’t respect her dancer’s preferences as well as an assault charge

the more important question is why haven't the MeToo movement or the cancel culture mob come after her yet the moment these allegations were made public?
They are shocking but I believe them. I know there are two sides to a story though.
I am happy that people are now starting to wake up and see that women can sexually harass others instead just letting them off scotch free.
Heard she said her backup dancers should be in shape and not overweight. Is this harassment?
It wouldn't surprise me. But keep in mind we're talking about women. Odds are they're both distorting the truth.
