I love you right wingers. Complain about “prosecuting political enemies” out of one side of your mouth and then cheer for Biden getting impeached on…. what evidence? Oh you got nothing.

I love you right wingers. Complain about “prosecuting political enemies” out of one side of your mouth and then cheer for Biden getting impeached on…. what evidence? Oh you got nothing.

It’s premature. Do the full and in impeded investigation into Hunter Biden’s Ukraine business dealings and find concrete evidence that Joe was directly involved and profiting from it. The evidence is already mounting up from this but do a thorough inquiry. Then impeach.
I know all you democrats out there just want all of that to blow over. Just close your eyes and pretend it’s all republican conspiracy theory. Well that’s not going to happen. No. Not after you spent $200 million of taxpayer money on the mueller investigation and 3 long years obsessing over it (while the mass media propagated every conspiracy theory they could about that). And it turned up nothing.
That doesn’t mean I think Trump is beyond reproach. Although I think most of his indictments are heinous bs from Biden’s DOJ I have to admit he f’d up big time with the Florida mishandling of info case.
But if it’s true that Biden was making money off corrupt Ukraine dealing using his son Hunter while he was a sitting VP then that without doubt worse than virtually anything Trump has been accused of.
Yes I know the mass media is doing all they can to misdirect negative attention off Biden by fixating on Trump. But if Joe really is “the big guy” he is going to be in big trouble. Impeach and INDICT him if that’s true.
*unimpeded investigation
I can’t disagree with that above. That’s why I say this is premature. But Biden needs to be scrutinized just as thoroughly as Trump was during the Mueller investigation.
Also I really do NOT want Trump to get the nomination. Yes lots of republicans are reactively protecting him (which is making me groan). This is the Biden DOJ which is filing indictments against his chief opponent. So why didn’t they come earlier? Why now? If Trump gets indicted and sentenced how’s that going to look?
Anyway even if I agree with the angry sentiment about the indictments I really don’t want the whole ugly circus of Trump vs Biden again. God no. It’s going to be the biggest shit sandwich vs. a giant douche (remember the old South Park episode) election in American history.
I want DeSantis. I figure you probably hate his policy. Alright. But at least the guy knows how to think before he speaks. But too many people (right and left) want to be “entertained” by blowhard politicians nowadays. I’m SICK of it. Just fed up with it.
"This is the Biden DOJ which is filing indictments against his chief opponent."
No. As soon as Trump announced his run to stay out of prison, the DoJ appointed a special counsel, which is what they do to eliminate political interference.
Should they have stopped investigating all the stolen documents or the Jan 6 insurrection?
@goaded This IS Biden’s DOJ. Does that make me believe that everything Trump did was hunky dory? Hell no. But most of this crap really IS “trumped up” charges. How convenient that it puts Trump in the spotlight again. How convenient that gives the mass media an excuse to flood the headlines about Trump and off Biden. How convenient that gives core republicans reactively get angry gut reaction to support Trump in the primaries (I’m not voting for him in the primaries). How convenient that Trump is now forced to spend money/time on legal fees and attending court proceedings vs focusing on his campaign trail.
This is no coincidence. The idea is to boost Trump up in the primaries and have him lose in the general election. This helped the democrats avoid the true threat to the election: Ron DeSantis. Kill him in the cradle as they say. This is very clever and heinous political manipulation. The leftist elitists have finally figured out the method behind Trump’s madness and used it against him.
But I can’t make up excuses for some of Trump’s actions. His mishandling of classified info in the Florida case was completely unnecessary, asinine and preventable. It’s like he wanted to get indicted on that one. I don’t know what the hell he was thinking.
Who I am really angry at is the Trump core base who is getting all blindly riled up with pushing Trump through the primaries. These people are so short sighted, loyal and stupid they have no idea what’s really going on. There is no substitute for victory. Getting angry about “stolen elections” and all the other crap is NOT going to win over independents. Even if there was some truth to it (and I don’t think there was mass election fraud) it’s still not going to help Trump win.
So I can’t make up excuses for the republicans self sabotaging themselves. They swallowing this master plan hook, line and sinker.
"But most of this crap really IS “trumped up” charges." Oh, come on. Which ones, specifically? Manhattan? Maybe. The documents, stealing the presidency, Georgia election interference, no, they're 100% valid.
Trump put himself in the spotlight by running again, Republican politicians are running scared of him and his base, hoping he'll be removed as a candidate by the authorities so they can paint him as a martyr, rather than the criminal he is. All of that behaviour undermines the rule of law they used to profess belief in.
Yes, the DoJ is theoretically "Biden's", but the whole government is. Apart from the AGs, the department is independent of political appointees, and special counsel are independent of them, that's the whole point. Don't you think Clinton would have shut down the nonsense against him in the 1990s, if he possibly could?
Smith is following the evidence. There's speculation that the next shoe to drop will be that raising money by lying about election fraud is itself fraud and they might have to give back all the money raised. Of course, since Trump is a billionaire, he won't have any problem paying for lawyers himself (and I expect he can set up a GoFundMe for legal fees, as long as he doesn't lie about why he wants the money).
@goaded the Alan Bragg case about the Stormy Daniels campaign hush money was beyond ridiculous. It happened 7 YEARS ago.
But I can’t disagree about Trump putting himself in the spotlight. Can’t disagree about his ego, narcissism and vindictiveness. Also as I mentioned earlier I can’t disagree about the Florida mishandling of classified info case. Trump was knowingly recorded saying “These are classified. I could of declassified these as president but I didn’t.” Just because he’s getting unjustly prosecuted on other charges doesn’t mean it’s “okay” to commit crimes doing other crap.
I’m not covering for his bs on that one. He gave his opposition exactly what they wanted. On a silver platter. He knew they were coming from him yet he did it anyway.
If Trump gets the ticket and loses it’s the Republican base which are 100% to blame. People pushing him through the primaries. I know better but a lot of people don’t.
We could easily beat Biden if the energy, momentum
Got behind DeSantis. But Trump is going to destroy any chance of that.
I bet you hate DeSantis and want Biden re-elected. Alright that’s your purview and of course I don’t want that. But I am looking from an objective POV. It’s really the republicans fault and yes diehard “Trump supporters” if we lose 2024. There is no substitute for victory.
Well, the crime was 7 years ago, his lawyer went to prison for it, but Trump was untouchable for 4 of those years. It's the weakest indictment of the lot, but it was still a crime.
"Just because he’s getting unjustly prosecuted on other charges doesn’t mean it’s “okay” to commit crimes doing other crap."
I'm sorry, you seem a reasonable person, but you've yet to say what he's being "unjustly prosecuted" for, what are the "trumped up charges"?
I don't think DeSantis is a winner with anyone who respects education, history, science, equal rights, abortion rights, and using a spoon to eat pudding with! (Yes, the last one's a joke, but the others absolutely are not.) I hope the US electorate respect at least some of those.
@goaded I could go off on a 5000* word diatribe on what I think of the Biden administration. But I didn’t. Didn’t get into that did I? So please spare me all your leftist ranting about DeSantis.
In reality Trump is a God send for Biden. Again the left NEEDS him more than the right. This isn’t 2016. He’s a giant liability for republicans. But the fact that so many conservatives won’t accept that is beyond exasperating.
Seriously? You think a six week abortion ban is desired by the country as a whole? Or teaching that slavery wasn't that bad? I suppose the covid deaths thing is in the rear-view mirror, now, but Florida has now had 150 deaths per million more than New York (despite only counting Floridians and nobody else who died of it there), and most of those deaths were since vaccines were available for everyone (August 2021).
I'd be happy to talk about what Trump's being "unjustly prosecuted" for, instead. What are the "trumped up charges"?
Ironically, if there's a speedy trial and conviction, that would be good for Republicans (who will paint him as a martyr). Trump doesn't seem to be going along with that. The documents case is only expected to last two weeks, once it starts.
@goaded although I am pro life I do admit that the pro life activists are going way too fast and too soon on the changes they want. I think it should be left up to the states to decide. California shouldn’t be telling Texas what to do or vice versa.
This push is riling up democrats and it’s one of the reasons why republicans got a nasty surprise in 2022 midterms.
But absolute #1 thing I care about is the ECONOMY. Biden couldn’t of fucked up inflation anymore if he tried. I’ve already gotten badly hurt by this and I’m worried about my job. I work in the tech sector.
Biden’s senile, incompetent and corrupt. He’s also spineless and keep changing his positions to please the radical left. And of course you are going to disagree with that. But you don’t do a complete 180 of everything Trump did and magically expect that’s a great idea.
And believe it or not I rather have Trump disqualified early and gone. But knowing him he will tell his supporters to not vote for other Republican nominee
This set up is advantageous to democrats at almost every angle. But again Biden’s old ass is going to be hot water if he doesn’t get re-elected in 2024. The republican president will turn his DOJ against Biden when it comes to all the corruption allegations. He’s not only fighting for his second term but also fighting to avoid being criminally charged himself.
But either way this isn’t good for our country. Sure I know how much you hate Trumps guts. I don’t want him to get nominated. But if he goes to prison then it’s very BAD for optics for our country. More and more banana republic. Same goes for what could happen to Biden.
I'm getting a bit frustrated by your claims that Trump's being "unjustly prosecuted" without specifying which prosecutions you're referring to. All of them seem to me to be well grounded in law.
Annual inflation is down from over 9% last Spring to 2.4% this month, which is pretty much back to normal. The tech sector is probably one of the easiest to find new jobs, you often don't even have to be local.
As to all of DeSantis' terrible policies, what's popular in Florida (and red states) is not necessarily popular nationwide.
I believe you want Trump gone, but I'm sure you're not pressuring Republicans to explain to their supporters that he is a criminal. That's for the same reason they're not doing it. As you say "he will tell his supporters to not vote for other Republican nominee", or run as a third party.
This is not a Democratic party plan, this is what the GOP is doing to itself, starting with Reagan's "welfare queens". Enpowering the worst elements of society and, finally, not even accepting the results of elections has created a monster that now controls the Republican party.
You say it yourself: "The republican president will turn his DOJ against Biden..."
Unlike all Trump's indictments, there is no serious evidence of Biden misbehaviour.
@goaded I just wish we had a recording of Trumps call to Georgia.
www.youtube.com/watch?v=o3hrN0cP58Y&themeRefresh=1
@goaded ah there is definitely mounting evidence that Joe was the “big guy” with all the Hunter Biden investigations. Joe already lied about saying “he knew nothing about Hunters business dealings”. It’s already confirmed that Joe was on the phone talking to hunters “associates”. Really curious how he became a millionaire with multiple properties on a senator’s salary. He’s no smooth talker or book publisher like the Obama’s and Clinton’s either.
Nah you can’t conveniently brush all the Hunter Biden and daddy connections under the rug. Now if a full (and unimpeded) investigation turns up nothing just like the mueller investigation that’s one thing. But Biden does NOT get a pass on this bullshit no matter how much democrats wished it would all go away.
As for Trump. Is he a blowhard who just reactively days/does stupid things or is he a sinister long thinker/schemer? Democrats keep trying to paint up as either or depending when it’s convenient for them. I go with the former. Doesn’t mean he doesn’t do stupid and yes arguably criminal actions in the heat of the moment. But there is a difference there. I highly doubt a long term conspiring criminal.
I never argued Trump is squeaky clean. But don’t brush off Biden’s bullshit as Republican conspiracy of some nonesense. More and more evidence is piling up that he may of very well profited from Hunters business dealing when he was a SITTING VP.
But yes I want Trump gone. I am sick of the circus. Sick of all the crap. Sick of him stepping on rakes just because he thrives on negative attention.
But no way in hell I want Biden re-elected in 2024. Maybe if there is a “no labels” candidate who has an actual chance I’ll vote for him.
But I recall large swathes of democrats voting for Biden for one reason and one reason only: he’s not Trump. Nobody was excited about Biden.
Now it’s my turn to say that when it comes to Biden. I HATE what his administration has done.
“Never underestimate Joe Biden’s ability to f*ck things up.”
- Barack Obama
“It’s about the economy stupid.”
- Bill Clinton.
What has Trump been unreasonably indicted for? This is the third time of asking.
Of course Joe's "the big guy", the question is is whether "the big guy" was in on the scams. There's no evidence that he was apart from a single unconfirmed tip to the FBI from Ukraine when Trump and Giuliani were trying to get Ukraine to make up investigations into Biden.
There's no more "mounting evidence" than there is increasing inflation. Hunter got his dad on the phone to have a chat in order to sell the illusion that he had control (according to his business partner testifying to Congress).
Why don't you search "joe biden wealth"?
"The story of how Biden became a wealthy man in the wake of his vice presidency, leveraging his fame to sell books and deliver speeches, has been told many times. But a closer look at the math prompts a question that hasn’t been asked: Why isn’t Biden even richer? If someone starts with a $2.5 million net worth and earns $17.3 million while the markets are raging, you’d expect him to be worth more than $8 million. So what happened to Biden’s money? Well, $7 million of it covered taxes, another $1.3 million went to charity, $180,000 paid for household staff and an estimated $80,000 went toward interest on mortgages. Take those items out, though, and you’re still a few million above Biden’s estimated net worth."
www.forbes.com/.../
Hunter's being investigated and indicted by a special counsel, just like Trump, and for the same reason: to avoid political interference.
@goaded Forbes is wondering why he ain’t richer…
www.forbes.com/.../?sh=70ba2f3b461b
I highly doubt neither of you will agree with me. But the stormy Daniel’s campaign hush month under leftist DA Alan Bragg is utterly insane.
EVEN IF he really committed a crime that statute of limitations has passed and Bragg and to do gold medalist legal gymnastics to file that indictment. He will be tried in front of a Manhattan jury which is in a deep blue area.
You are not going to turn me into a Democrat. Hell will have to freeze over before I’ll ever vote for Democrat again considering what the DNC has become today and what it’s done to our country. The only time I ever voted Democrat was way back in 2008 because I thought Obama would heal the racial divide in our country. I don’t want to go off on a tangent about race but boy was I wrong on that one. Especially how things got during his second term. He was a Trojan horse for radical policy too.
It’s like you guys want me to automatically believe that Trump is guilty of everything he’s accused of. I already owned up to Trump f’ing up big time with the Florida mishandling of documents. However just because he is likely guilty there doesn’t mean he’s guilty of everything else. Either way the democrats win. His trials will be covered 24/7 by the mass media (taking negative attention off Biden), he will be forced to focus on trials and won’t be able to focus on campaigning, core republicans are going to back him saying that system is out to get him (which is often true) and it’s going to turn off independent/swing voters. And I truly believe that all of this is no accident. Democratic elitists like Alan Bragg knew this would happen.
In Manhattan, Trump's being accused of the cover up of the crime that Michael Cohen went to prison for, and people who should know say it's a solid charge www.nytimes.com/.../...agg-indictment-charges.html . It is probably the weakest of the lot, but it's also far from being "most of" the charges.
I don't want you to become a Democrat, I want Republicans to stop standing behind Trump's lies and run on actual policies. Republicans standing up for Trump against the rule of law is damaging the institutions that keep the country together. Have you heard any Republican leader say the process should be allowed to run its course and if Trump is innocent he will be found innocent?
The reason I think Trump is guilty of everything he's being accused of is the evidence that shows it, in all the cases. There was a conspiracy to overturn the results of the election on Jan 6, only part of which was the violent armed mob. Like you agree, he really did steal the documents, hide them from the authorities after they'd been subpoenaed, and try to cover that crime up. We've all heard the Raffensperger phone call that was a clear case of election interference, and that was repeated across multiple states.
Investigate both Bidens as much as you like, but remember Hunter has never been a government official, and that the evidence shows that he was profiting off his name, which isn't illegal. There's no evidence of an actual bribe other than an unconfirmed hearsay tip to the FBI from Ukraine at the time Trump was trying to get dirt on Biden manufactured there. On the other hand, there really was Russian interference in the 2016 election, that's simply a documented fact, and Mueller found a lot, including a lot of obstruction of justice by Trump and people he later pardoned. Mueller was told not to perform a counter-intelligence investigation, being led to believe it would be taken care of (it wasn't), and Barr basically lied about the findings.
It's a petty and pathetic attempt to get back at Dems for Donald being impeached twice. But the facts are that Biden has not committed any crimes and he has not been indicted once. Donnie on the other hand is likely to get a fourth indictment pretty soon.
I don't think MAGAs actually still support him. I think it's more likely that don't want to admit to being so horribly wrong and they don't want to be seen as stupid for supporting him. If we just let them think they were innocent they might actually admit that Donald is not a good president or not even a good human being. Many MAGA rallies admit they'd rather vote for someone else besides Biden and Donald, but they just don't want to admit they were so horribly wrong.
@John_Doesnt
You can indict a ham sandwich which is why it doesn't mean anything beyond the fact that your going after someone.
Joe Biden did however sell out this country both as vice president and now as president to the highest bidder. Ironically Democrats impeached Trump for actually looking into one instance where we know this happened.
"the facts are that Biden has not committed any crimes"
yeah lay down that crack pipe buddy. and stop watching CNN while you are at it
aside from being caught being a pedophile numerous of times infront of cameras,
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DAUOurZIVfI&t=36s
he obviously has done illegal businesses with China
right now he's ruining our economy because he's working for China
who the fuck you think supports his son's junky lifestyle
who the fuck you think let cocaine in the white house
and the list goes on. but unfortunately I can't site any of that for you cause the news that your political party runs does not want any of Biden's crimes to be known to the public.
till then why dont you cite Trump's crime yourself without using anything that relates to the news
yeah, no shit. its something that your political party is hiding at the moment in order to keep Biden looking innocent, like Hunter Biden's laptop filled with videos of him smoking crack and fucking teen bimbos. along with all the transaction his father has made with the Chinese government
@monorprise unfortunately demonrats dont believe actual evidence. the only thing that's actual evidence to them is the propaganda that their fake news networks feeds them
@monorprise you've been repeating that ham sandwich line a lot. I'm guessing it was on Fox News or OAN or some other right wing media. Try thinking of your own ideas instead of repeating the same talking points over and over.
@Filthy_Immigrant of course "Biden's laptop", and "her emails!". Don't you ever get tired of regurgitating the same claims over and over?
@John_Doesnt
Actually its a very old saying from decades ago that I learned from my father. The fact that you can in deed indict a ham sandwich is simply a product of the fact that the indictment process doesn't include any adversarial information.
Therefore a dishonest prosecutor need not mention anything that would make his case look absurd. Such as in this case the fact that the defendant isn't even human. Many prospectors don't even need to tell the truth in practice.
@John_Doesnt You want evidence its right there where we pointed at it. Althou Biden also has audio recordings, flights, and bank records
@monorprise you cannot indict a ham sandwich because in America you need sufficient evidence to indict anybody. I cannot be indicted because there is no evidence I have committed a crime. The fact they indicted him means they have sufficient evidence to charge him with.
@John_Doesnt or really? yet its not a crime when you and you whiny leftists/democrats bitch about indictment
also you are one stupid fuck if you think you cannot be indicted if there are no evidence against you. seriously, try opposing the global elites and all of the corrupted folks who run our government at the moment just to see if RANDOM/FAKE evidence won't start to suddenly appear against you
@John_Doesnt
If I don't have anyone questioning what I say, i can pretent an plenty of 'evidence' anyone including you commit ed a crime. Indeed today in many states we don't even have to prove a crime took place at all.
So sorry it would be nice if that were true but its not even close to being true simply because there is no one to question what is and is not evidence.
@monorprise now you're just sounding like a Fox News conspiracy nut. You think the DOJ is targeting Donald. The truth is that he has a list of crimes with evidence to support it, but you don't want to admit it because you don't want to seem stupid for supporting Donald all these years. It's okay to admit you were wrong for voting for him. Just admit it. You know he's horrible.
@John_Doesnt
Fox must be on to something then.
Every last one of us has a list of federal 'crimes' the never expiring legal code is soo long and broad. If anyone bothered to look they would find plenty of evidence of said 'crimes', so your really not making any point there.
That said the main 'crimes' Biden has chosen to persecute and spy on his political opponent are themselfs quite petty and frankly impossible for Trump to have committed.
A president can't mishandle classified information, simply because they ARE the head of the executive branch.
Nobody can legitimately commit a federal speech crime simply because Congress has no written power to make any.
Trump was a great president despite being personalty not so great a man, he proved most of our politicians were lying when they said things like the border wall, ingratiation, and regulations could not be controlled. Trump set a new bar for presidents, and gave us 3+ years of prosperity because of it.
I don't really need to say it but it was obviously a very big mistake not reelecting him as the disasters and that followed demonstrated. Maybe you can ignore the price of everything but most of us can't.
Maybe you have a bunker to protect you and your family from the greatest threat of nuclear war in history but most of us don't.
@monorprise we didn't make that mistake of not reelecting him. remember this election was rigged and there are lots of way you can tell. remember not a lot of people when out to vote in person like we normally do. thanks to the pandemic a lot of people decided to mail in their votes instead and if you think about it if mailed in votes are easier to manipulate because once you mail it you never know if it actually made to its destination.
it also can be a coincindece that this election lasted more than 24 hours. if you remember Trump was dominating the first batch of the election, Biden picked up the victory at the last minute of the election, that right there sounds shady
@Filthy_Immigrant We really don't have any idea what or who cast thoses votes that arrived by mail and as such we don't know who won in those states.
This is the first American presidential election decided without both parties being able to verify the process, which is why its outcome can never be trusted or really known.
Biden committed actual felonies and was involved in conspiracies while vice-president and president, some with life sentences and some with the death penalty, and then lied about them, including in the presidential debates themselves. He can claim not guilty by reason of insanity, but then he's admitting he was knowingly never competent to serve as president, yet another crime against the United States.
Felonies with zero evidence. Just like your claims of election fraud. All you people do is lie. Shameful.
That is of zero importance. A vote to impeach is worthless without a conviction by the senate. And, a conviction is impossible.
Opinion
30Opinion
just payback. how do we know? they've literally said they were going to impeach him even before he was in office
I love you man you keep proving me correct,
YES! OF COURSE IT’S POLITICAL YOU DID THE SAME THING TO TRUMP. Impeachment is a political process, Removal from office is is a criminal process. Again Hilary Clinton didn’t get criminally processed in regards to her CLASSIFIED EMAIL UNDER THE OBAMA ADMINISTRATION which Trump did a similar thing even though he was the PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES. There is a difference here. With Clinton vs Trump in the exact same situation except she was the secretary of state versus Trump was the president.
Biden not it’s actually serious, very clearly he was involved in bribery, which falls under the misdemeanors clause of the constitution, which makes it right for impeachment. Bill Clinton was less in town for impeachment what did he do get his dick sucked and lied about it? Yes lying on the stand is a crime but who cares. Biden I way more corrupt then any American president corruption combined. That’s the criminal case here.
But you know what fuck it let’s have these old codgers battle out again, tobut you know what fuck it let’s have these old codgers battle out again in 2024 drop all political and criminal charges and see who the American people want president let’s do it get over this stupid prosecutions. Even though I think of Joe Biden should be impeached let’s not do it, and what the American people deicide.
Keep telling yourselves "very clearly he was involved in bribery", if you like, but it's bullshit. Very clearly he's being accused of bribery daily by the right, but what's that based on? One unconfirmed tip to the FBI from the same time and country as Trump's first impeachment (for trying to get Ukraine to manufacture dirt on Biden) which just happens to have "dirt" on Biden.
@goaded you mean the dirt the proved to be correct? Why was Andrew Biden on the board? When he is a crack addict derelict. What did he know about energy? What about him making 20 phone calls when he was at dinner to Joe Biden. The defense was he was talking about the weather. Do you know how the Mob works? Don Corleone gets a phone call from Michael Corleone at a bar to force a bar tender or restaurant owner to pay them 10,000$ to “keep them safe” or the bar is destroyed. Like hell Joe wasn’t involved. That’s how extortion works. With text messages from hunter speaking with Naomi Biden taking about paying Joe Biden bills for year www.dailymail.co.uk/.../...-paying-Joes-bills.html the evidence is extremely clear Joe got rich from his son profiting off of the Biden name
His own business partner explained that Hunter was selling the illusion of access to his father, when they had no chance of affecting Joe's behaviour in office.
"$190-a-month"? "Thousands" on "new walls, paint and AC fixes". OMG! No son would ever do that for their father! It couldn't possibly be that Hunter was living in the place or had use of it and was paying the bills.
"The payments were described in a 2010 email... Hunter, ... joined Ukrainian gas company Burisma Holdings on its board in 2014."
Have you any idea how much annual income you can get from "investing" $2 billion of someone else's money? Tens if not hundreds of millions a year.
@goaded yeah because Michael Corleone has an access to Don Corleone is totally an Illusion. You notice the time time 2010-2014 who was VP with direct access to the President of the United States? Oh wait that’s Joe Biden, sons would do that for a farther if they knew the had protection. My farther had direct access to the Japanese nuclear industry guess what I don’t have direct access to the Japanese nuclear industry all I did when I was helping him was under stand Japanese culture as a young 18 year old who loved and (to this day loves japan) it’s is the 2nd best country in the world in my opinion they would never hire me 1 because I don't know much about nuclear investment and I don’t have a degree in nuclear energy. I’m a historian no a nuclear physicist. Even though I have a basic understanding of nuclear physics and have the business and historic understanding of the Japanese people (and not to bad with there women either.). Also, who do you think that money came from God last time I checked you’re an atheist the only way that money and power could’ve come from is because Joe Biden was vice president second and command of the United States most powerful nation on earth is Kim family type shit the Clintons were corrupt or my foot prints in the snow all off outside my front porch to smoke a cigarette. Am I stupid? Should I be the secret Hunter Biden or should I be honest without my daddy‘s influence?
@Juxtapose It's not at all illegal, it probably should be, but Hunter (a) wasn't selling access to the (vice) president, and (b) wasn't in government.
I'd take you more seriously if you were even slightly upset about Jared Kushner, who's sitting on the income from $2 billion courtesy of the Saudis and his father in law who overrode the intelligence agencies to give him a security clearance and a place in government from which to extort other countries.
@goaded bullshit, he was clearly selling access to the vice president. Joe Biden willingly participated so that among other things is going to be used against him in court.
Oh anything to distract from Biden, huh? And I would take you more seriously if you got rid of that Ukrainian flag and stopped supporting the deep state.
@Juxtapose Let me know when they think they've got enough evidence to even start an impeachment investigation into Biden. One five year old piece of paper is unlikely to cut it, even with the idiot House Republicans.
You're not wrong that impeachment is political, but it used to be taken seriously.
I don't think there is enough evidence to start an impeachment investigation into Biden, or it would have happened already.
What's the current "investigation" called, the one with Comer? When pressed even slightly he has to admit there's no evidence President Biden did anything wrong. Of course, he doesn't get pressed on right-wing media, so they get their viewers to believe nonsense.
Even MTG is back-pedalling on talk of impeachment. Republican representatives know it will hurt them at the polls to impeach a president for nothing.
Can you imagine what would have happened in Trump's first impeachment, if they'd have been able to play the recording? It has to have sounded like the call to Brad Raffensperger, or worse.
@goaded I doubt it would hurt the republicans given what a disaster this president has been. Most people even democrats want him out, Trump is likely to win given the polls right now. The big one is him not recognizing his 7th grade child. Democratic are trying to throw him under the bus. Even Obama came out and told Joe he really need to step it up or will get another 4 years of trump
There evidence that hunter has been basically been making his daddy rich by playing off the Biden name in Ukraine and China he called his father in the middle of business dinners at least 20 time. The question is for what? I doubt it was to talk about the weather.
They’re Hunter saying he’s been half his money to his dad for years. For what?
The mob boss is never implicated in the crime it’s always the lower level guys who get convicted. Joe says I want you to take care of this guy, He doesn’t say how he just says take care of him. So mobster A goes to a third party and has the guy killed or assaulted there’s the connection is never made to the mob boss legally speaking doesn’t mean the mob boss did have the guy killed or beaten
@Juxtapose actually no, bc it’s not true
www.cnn.com/.../factcheck_3fae078e-8724-4c28-9340-2c154688af43
@Juxtapose says who?
@Juxtapose actually no, they and MSNBC get between 60-70% of the stories correct. Fox and Newsmax are in the low teens. Lol
@Juxtapose you're a right winger.
@monorprise What kind of money? A few million? The Saudis have "invested" $2 billion with Jared Kushner, giving him an income of tens of millions a year for life, Oman bought 666 Fifth Avenue off him for hundreds of millions to avoid sanctions from the US that Kushner threatened them with while he was WORKING for the GOVERNMENT. A few million on the off-chance that he might be able and willing to influence his father is nothing.
@Juxtapose Oh, FFS, Shokin WASN'T investigating Burisma. Having an investigation "open" is not the same thing at all. He was amazingly corrupt, which is why the US government (State Department), the EU, and the International Bank all wanted him out of his position of power in Ukraine.
"I doubt it would hurt the republicans given what a disaster this president has been."
I'd be interested in knowing why you think that? What bad thing happened to the US that didn't happen to all other advanced democracies around the world? Inflation? Everywere, but back down to 3% in the US. Unemployment? Everywhere, but back down consistently under 4% in the US for the longest period since the 1960s.
Democrats and young voters want someone more progressive than Biden, not a Republican.
Trump is finally facing consequences for his crimes against the country. Nobody who is paying attention thinks he's innocent.
"The question is for what? I doubt it was to talk about the weather."
If only there was someone we could ask. Oh, wait, Congress asked his business partner who was there over the ten years when those 20 calls were made. He said they talked about the weather, and that they were to sell the illusion of access to his father. There's also evidence that Hunter avoided promising he could get his father to do anything because he knew he couldn't.
"They’re Hunter saying he’s been half his money to his dad for years. For what?"
Paying the bills for a house, back in 2010, you mean? Maybe he was living there?
I thought Biden was supposed to be senile and incompetent, now he's a mob boss? Trump fits that mold far, far better. (A thousand or more Trump foot soldiers have been convicted for their roles in Jan 6, now they're coming after the boss who set it on foot.)
I hate to say it, being a conservative, but this WHOLE THING has become my worst nightmare! I used to watch Sean Hannity a lot, but most of what comes from Fox (IT USED TO BE MY GO-TO SHOW) now makes my head spin and gives me a headache.
It use to be RUSSIA, RUSSIA, RUSSIA, RUSSIA, when Donald Trump was president and NOW... it's 'HUNTER, HUNTER, HUNTER, HUNTER, and IMPEACH, IMPEACH, IMPEACH!!!1 WTF!!!
I think I will become a registered 'INDEPENDENT' This whole damned mess has twisted us into something very ugly.
Isn’t becoming a “registered independent” an oxymoronic statement?
Either way, we’re a solidly two party govt, so throw your vote away.

In a way, yes. But I think it would be more accurate to say that impeachment has become a political tool used by both sides.
I think to some degree Biden is payback for Trump, and Trump is payback for Clinton. And Clinton was payback for decades of abuse in Congress by Democrats - so when the Reps took over Congress for the first time in forever, they were out for revenge.
This is the reason why I was so against the impeachment of Clinton. I said then that the Democrats would turn around and do the same thing as soon as they got a chance. And it would be a never ending abuse of impeachment which should be a rare tool available for extreme cases.
So, just to be clear, Republicans chose to use impeachment as a political tool with the Clinton impeachment for a lie about his personal life, Democrats only waited 25 years to use it against a president who was using his position to extort non-existant dirt on his political opponent from a foreign country (there's no way the "perfect" phone call didn't sound like the Georgia vote rigging one).
Now Republicans are talking about impeachment on the basis of an unconfirmed tip to the FBI from the same time and country as Trump's first impeachment (for trying to get Ukraine to manufacture dirt on Biden) which just happens to have "dirt" on Biden.
But it's totally both sides being using impeachment as a political tool.
but what if a president actualy did crimes? just kuz dnc misused doesn't mean stop using.
@strateguy632 Clinton's real crime was lying to congress which is a bit of a problem, in a presidential system where congress has be able to trust what the executive is saying.
The fact that he also committed adultery, in a time when marriage still existed was at least a Misdemeanor, for which he was not impeached.
Democrats would point out therefore Clinton's impeachment was a process crime in that it would not have happened if Congress were not looking into his sexual indiscretions regarding other goverment employees.
That Clinton had a moral right to lie to congress about how he was treating other goverment employees.
I think the fact that monica lewinsky was in fact an executive branch employee thou intern does make the issue somewhat relevant in that congress is the only one to whom a President can answer.
@monorprise I did say "for a lie about his personal life". The verdict was a verdict on how the whole investigation into Clinton's real-estate deals were handled. They found no evidence of crimes in that regard and went off on a tangent about his sex life instead, using something that most people would lie about to impeach a president (bear in mind that's the same party that's complaining about an ex-president being indicted for attempting a coup against the United States, right now).
Yes, he lied, yes, it was a crime, maybe it would have been better had they voted to convict and had six or ten years of President Gore which could have possibly avoided 9/11, certainly would avoided the Iraq war, and would have pushed global warming to the forefront of policy a generation ago. The impeachment was very unpopular with the voters for its unreasonableness, even Republican senators voted against conviction.
Why not democrats already impeached Trump for simply looking into the crime why not the guy who actually committed the crime and accepted large amounts of money in compensation for it?
Still Joe Biden may be short on honesty and ability to actually govern even himself but having run for office for the last 53 years he is quite good at the art of politics which is to say lying and manipulation.
In that time he has similarly become quite accustom to the abuse of said office even openly supporting it in proclaiming nothing wrong with taking money to "hear other people's opinions".
@oddbeme Mostly process crimes (IE would not exist without "investigation" to create them), pretty much the same sort of things most everyone in politics would go to jail for if they were subject to endless investigation and a special console.
@oddbeme That depends upon what your being paid to do, if it is influence peddling that's a problem, but really that is the least's of Joe Biden's problem. Joe Biden sold out this country along with his forign policy to the highest bidder.
@oddbeme
Why would anyone bother passing public information? For that matter why would you even investigate where someone got something everyone could literally get for free on well known websites?
Such a charge should make you laugh at the person acting like its some kind of crime.
Regardless Trump had no reason to deal with The Russian and there is no evidence he ever did, unlike the Clintion's, Joe Biden, and apparently even the FBI agent's investigating Trump, who had quite a lot of dealings. The Biden and said FBI agents were actually on the payroll.
God I hope its legit. Forget Trump for a few minutes, Biden has got to go.
He doesn't know what planet he's on.
He can't string a full sentence together.
He advocates for Big Tech sensorship.
He is staunchly opposed to the 2nd amendment but enjoys personal security armed with the weapons he wants banned while simultaniously giving out cluster bombs, M1 Abrahms Main Battle Tanks, and F-16 Fighting Falcon jet fighters to Ukraine like they're candy. All at the taxpayers' expense.
He goes out of his way to prioritize illegal aliens over American citizens (be it natural born or legal immagrant)
He is complicit with the Illegal dealings his son is involved in with the Chinese COMMUNIST Party.
He personally axed the Keystone XL pipeline in favor of imported oil from the OPEC cartel, yes that's right: cartel, who produces oil using child slave labor over supporting domestic energy independence.
He. Has. To. Go.
I literally did 2 mytakes on that subject. Trust me brother, there's PLENTY of safety regs.
Ohhhhh so NOW you don't like the Court's getting involved eh? It's just Biden facing his day in court, you have nothing to fear since everyone looking at the evidence is surely going to be on the up and up.. riiigggghht? Don't you have faith in all these authorities? If there's really nothing against Biden then he should be fine!
😂
yes and it is payback.
anyone involved in politics that long as some skeletons in the closet.
how can you look at the various data points and conclude there is nothing is beyond me. maybe change your news dial for a while?
That we have other candidates running for President is amazing... whomever signs up is going to go through the ringer as well.
@lightbulb27
Everyone of us is guilty of violating at least 3 laws a day. politicians particularly dirty ones have accumulated quite a few questionable choices. This despite being supposedly watched the closest of everyone, at least the ones the press and the State have an interest in watching.
That said Joe Biden has make quite a few very disadvantageous policy choice in regard to countries which his family received quite a lot of money from. Such as China and the Ukraine.
Sure he can claim any number of other excuses for theses policy references, but there really was no justification for being paid as much as he was from the few people who did benefit from them.
You're ignoring a huge amount of evidence against Joe Biden:
There are a lot of valid reasons to wanting him out of office and removed. I just don't think impeachment would be a valid or correct way of doing it.
If it were to happen you'd have a stronger case for him being removed due to incompetency and mental instability then you would impeaching him.
Regardless of anything Trump, Grandpa Badfinger needs to go for the good of the nation's future. If DJT decides to sit the election out or they find a way to block him, we have a pretty good bench. I would like to see Ramaswamy vs JFH Jr in November,
no there are REAL reasons why Biden should be impeach. his whole term as president has been the epitome of treason. he stole the election, makes money off wars, made money from China, allowed coke in the white house and the list goes on.
Demonrats in other hand just along with the global elites just wanted to impeach Trump because they saw him as a threat and wanted to get rid of him in any way possible
yeah why dont you tell the folks who run your news sources to stop hiding these proof from the public and then we can talk
what happens in the political arena is much like the arena in ancient rome. a play to distract the masses from the fact that they don't have the say in what is actually happening.
yes we get votes. we get to choose the face of representants. but we don't get to choose what the representants do and who informs their actions.
also "payback" is not one of the necesary reasons to start an impeachment process.
It is mostly a legit impeachment. We have a president who is compromised and serves the wishes of our adversaries.. We are stuck in Ukraine and do nothing to keep China in check because Biden has taken in millions from both these countries.
@Juxtapose As long as everything is out in the open fou all people to see so they won't make shecsame mistake and vote for Biden
Politics is similar to the mating of elephants. It is very Noisy, The action occurs way above you head, and it is best not not to let any of it spattering on you. Watch me dance so your not watching my hands steal you blind.
Trick question as Republicans view payback as a legitimate reason to impose consequences. Indeed, they think payback is a better reason for consequences than someone actually violating a law..
No, we have a lot of reasons to believe that Biden has committed a crime worthy of impeachment.
Trump during his quid pro quo Ukraine scandal was not the same thing because the claim was that he was trying to imprison a political rival but that makes no sense because Biden was not running at the time so where do they get off saying that Biden was a rival?
Biden isn't going to be impeached. McCarthy just likes the sound of his own voice.
It's just timewasting. The dimwits need to do something more productive. Just shows they are out of ideas.
Impeachment, in my opinion, should be limited to provable offenses that impede the ability to perform the duties of the office. Making it political will mean impeachment as the norm any time the opposition holds the House.
see my reply to wind, here applied to you too.
@strateguy632 No sure how it applies to me.
I have come to learn that both right and left are all talk and no action. Makes me wonder when California has it's next major earthquake separating the San Andreas Fault would that be considered climate change 😁
about climate change you will like my recent mytake about night temperatures
Republicans just desperately want their power back. Tough chance their. maybe stop being fascist and it may happen.
only the harmful characteristics of fascism warrant opposition but having the good parts of fascism like tradition is good fascism.
@strateguy632 seriously? Good fascism?
@strateguy632 lol 😂
There are lot of great reasons to impeach Biden, but the border issues the Republicans are talking about aren't among those reasons.
yeah, just casual conversation with hunter’s business partners about the weather.
@Juxtapose We see several on this site who do buy it. So yeah. And quite frankly they don't care if you believe it. They are rubbing your nose in their lawlessness.
You're right, just bragging on camera that you threatened to withhold aid to a country unless they fired a prosecutor who was investigating corruption in a company your son was on the board of directors of.
So I didn’t see what I saw or was Biden lying on camera?
I don't know, I just read the news and Shotkin was a Putin puppet layover that was corrupt af. All our nato allies agreed with Biden to withhold aid to get him out. And the investigation had wrapped at that point.
I would imagine whatever clip that plays on a loop in your head is a joke. You guys have problems discerning….
The corrupt one is Biden who got put on speaker 20 times to discuss business dealings for his son in an abuse of his office. The entire reason we are in Ukraine is because of the Biden family and their corruption and we are letting Chinese secret police conduct their business on us soil because of the Biden family's connection to China.
Convenient that every person you dems don’t like is a “Putin puppet” That’s mighty coincidental.
@Juxtapose please list Biden’s crimes and cite with evidence, please.
@Juxtapose That’s the part that drives them the craziest. The more bullshit charges they throw at trump, the more money he raises and the higher he goes in the polls. I wasn’t even really keen on voting for trump in 24, but now that I see the lengths the deep state is willing to go, I’ll gladly vote for him.
@Juxtapose you started with nothing substantive. I asked for evidence against trump and I get a Daily Wire video.
I think it’s fairly obvious Biden is involved in some pretty shady deals. I honestly think he will eventually resign.
Just clean-housing
Trump will face similar
Question was who gets assassinated and who gets 'natural causes'
This rate they'll be cellies in San Quinton
What impeachment? It's all empty talk like everything you hear from the MAGA losers.
How many times are you guys gonna let yourselves be strung along?
Its BOTH legit and a well desserved payback!!!
No it's more Democrat do them charged Republicans for it
It's republicans try to distract us
It seems like payback.
He deserves it 10 times over.
He left Americans behind enemy lines in Afghanistan.
Immigrate to America where they were born? Stop lying to people. Just be honest for once in your life. He left AMERICANS behind enemy lines.
FDT!!!
