Fun fact, African Americans are significantly taller than Africans because white slave owners selectively bred the tallest and strongest black men, referring to them as "the bull" because they treated them like animals.

There is a huge amount of diversity within races, especially in Africa, so to group people into such large categories isn't very useful- imagine the difference in average heights of Bushmen and Masai, just to give one example.

Caucasian are the tallest. There's one country in Europe if I remember correctly the average height for a male is '6 "3 and for women '5 10"

Bosnians have historically been poor, therefore their poor diet did not allow them to reach their full height. The Dutch are already rich, so they reached their full height long ago. Americans are getting smaller because of Mexican immigration, American whites are stupid and prefer to marry 159cm Mexican dwarfs.

The statistics say it, the Dutch have not grown for years, in fact, the height of the Dutch is due to a Gene that is in 25% of the population, curiously, this same Gene was only found in 5% of the population in the 1940s, which means that Dutch men are not inherently tall, but that Dutch women of the last century became obsessed with reproducing with the tallest men, and the shortest were left with no offspring. That same gene is present in 75% of the Bosnian population, which explains their stature and why they will continue to grow.
