@exitseven Well, about 8 years ago, mom noticed they were stealing from her! Before she died about a year later, she changed her Will to give me a 50% share of the house and a life estate because she didn't want the house sold or me thrown out onto the street. The original Will said we each get a third. Those cunts contested it after she died claiming it wasn't valid and won! I lost the house and possibly a million dollars worth of my stuff and all of my band memorabilia and life memorabilia (for lack of the correct term). And then they stole well over another $37,000 from her bank account that I was supposed to have and then refused to pay for her headstone! They insisted I pay for it while I was nearly flat broke!! She STILL doesn't have one!! They sold the house out from under me!! I was told I could buy them out so, I went to the bank for a loan and, even though they kept saying I could get one, they never came across! I ended up staying here at what used to be my grandmother's house. When she died, she left it to my aunt. When she died 2.5 years ago, she left it to me BUT, there's NO WILL!! NOW, at least one of my cousins (all 3 of which already have houses!!) want to take me to court over who gets THIS house!! And, to make matters worse, my stupid aunt mortgaged the house 3 months before she died to give more money to her scammer buddies!! The bank refuses to let me pay it back and are now foreclosing on it!! I went to the bank 2 years ago to see how I COULD start paying them back and, at that point, was ready to pay them $1000 a month and, would've had the whole thing paid off by now but, because they refused, they kept tacking on interest and legal and late fees and I've had to pay several tax bills and, they now want twice as much money as I have!! And I have nowhere else I can go!! I get almost $480 a month in SSDI and I have to give $460 of it to the storage unit where I'm keeping the stuff I DID manage to get out of the house!!

Probably but, in most cases, no one knows the contents of a Will except the person it's made out for and their lawyer until after they're dead.
Also, in this case, mom was confined to bed the last month or so of her life and didn't sign it until about 3 weeks before she died.
Those bitches stole the old Will and had no idea there was a new one only giving them @ a 25% share of the house! Mom also put me in charge of her funeral and then bitch 1 found out and took charge of it herself without even telling me about and the undertaker never said a word about it to me, either!!
And, thanks to those two cunts, even the funeral was a fiasco!! One decided to start a fight with a long time family friend right there AT the coffin and the other threatened to call the police to have mom's only living sister removed from the funeral home!! My aunt was the ONLY person that was helping me out with mom the last few months of her life!!
