False. Hilary Clinton will NEVER be President of the United States, and rightfully so. That makes me very happy. She also still hasn't answered for what she did to Bernie Sanders and Tulsi Gabbard in 2015 and 2016, during the 2016 primaries, and ahead of the 2016 Democratic convention.
The GaG algorithm is smarter than liberals again. 😂
Vindicated. Revenge would consist of Putin swinging from a tree.

Maybe when he's locked up. (No doubt you're aware that Trump's now claiming he never said "lock her up".)
And they say Biden is forgetful.
Nope, sadly Hillary will never be avenged for giving us 4 years of Trump.
We could of had President Sanders, but no, "her turn" was more important. So in the end we got Trump, who by the way is/was a DNC/Clinton plant, to no only give Hillary a cake walk win in 2016, but to fracture the Republican party.
Basically Hillary bought the Democratic nomination, at the time fund raising was down and the DNC was headed towards bankruptcy due to poor management, Hillary comes along and essentially bails out the DNC in exchange for a rigged primary. DNC didn't just tip the scale in Hillary's favor they outright rigged so it was impossible for her to lose. I remember clearly Chicago board of election officials being caught red handed when they were auditing the voting machines, erasing Sanders votes and adding Hillary votes so the hand counted audit matched the voting machine results. When when doing an audit, you don't change the audit results to match the machine results, that's straight up election fraud.
DNC did the same thing this election essentially giving the presidency to Trump like they did in 2016.
Yes they are, weather you Blue-MAGA's like it or not, the truth is the DNC is handing Trump the win, Biden has a worse approval rating then the Trump. Biden's 2020 win wasn't cause he's a good, well liked candidate, he won cause a majority of his votes were anti-Trump votes. These past few years under Biden have been worse then they were under then they were Trump which will cost the election. Had Democrats held a legit primary, Kennedy would have won the nomination to go on to beat Trump in a land slide victory, but no, Democrats would rather lose to Trump with an establishment hack then win with an anti-establishment candidate.
Blue-MAGA's are democratic voters who blindly follow and believe every thing Biden/Democrats say and do. Any valid criticism of Biden, and Blue-MAGA's default to but but Trump just like Red-MAGA's do with valid criticism of Trump.
Wanna start with how Democrats falsely believe Democrats are protecting democracy by keeping 3rd party candidates off ballots so voters have no choice but to either stay home or vote for the corrupt Uniparty. Just a few months ago, on social media I criticized "genocide Joe" for supporting Genocide in Gaza, my post was flooded with Democrats bringing up Trump's corruption, like his corruption gives Biden a free pass to support genocide. Trump and Biden can bot go fuck their corrupt asses, better yet they can go fuck each other.
RFK Jr is not crazy, and it's not up to one party who people can and cannot vote for. If the DNC is that afraid 3 party candidates could cost Biden the election, then they shouldn't be rigging their primaries for shitty candidates no one wants to vote for. Yes that true, a majority of Biden supporters aren't supporting him cause they like him as a candidate, they are supporting him cause they hate Trump more.
The Green Party puts in their ballot every year…
And rfk jr is crazy as fuuuuuccckkkkk
https://youtu.be/cRxVFVEHnwE?si=s3Yvud-0JAEZu7SG
OK if you say so, go right on ahead and believe your nonsense, I'm out of here.
No, it's things that should have been worded differently being taken out of context. I'm sure your going to call out Biden, who shows signs of dementia for not wording things better then he should have.
I'm not the only one who liberal who agrees Biden is showing signs of dementia, found this nice little reply from another liberal GaGer who's has a degree in psychology.
"Sweetie, I REALLY dislike Trump, but he was the one who asked for them BOTH to be tested before the debate. We can dislike a guy who cheats on his wife with a porn actress right after she gave birth to his son, and who is just a gross human being, but still acknowledge that there's definitely something terribly wrong with Biden’s mental state, and Yes, I have a degree in psychology, and I’m just finishing up my externship for my masters degree. So I do know when someone is cognitively impaired. This is why I despise politics, nobody can just make it about the issues, it HAS to be personal. I’m a life long liberal, so are my parents, so are my grandparents. My grandmother was a hippie at Berkley, we’re no conservatives. But there is definitely something wrong with Biden, sweetie. He can’t make a cogent impromptu speech without mumbling incoherently, and ending with “you know the thing”, wandering off, trying to shake hands with people who are not there, trying to sit in a chair that does not exist, or falling down. Then he suddenly delivered a FLAWLESS State of The Union speech? It is not medically possible without serious neurological medications and stimulants. I’m voting RFK! Fck ‘em both!"
He said he could make the argument that bio weapons could be made to be ethnically targeted, he even referenced a study that was conducted to see how COVID affected different ethnicity's. If this was Joe Biden who said this, there's no doubt you'd be defending him.
You're one of the most corrupt motherfuckers alive if you have any positive feelings towards Hillary Clinton whatsoever.
The trial is complete bullshit and you knew I thought that the entire time lol.
Turning expired misdemeanors into felonies, telling the juniors they don't even have to agree on a crime.. setting this all up in advance to make something stick so they can have these pre-made billboards claiming Trump is a felon and hope that is enough to Biden to win..
It's disgusting.
Man it’s like you line em up and I deconstruct it.
www.usatoday.com/.../
You guys don't know the first thing you are talking about this. The whole thing is a damn sham and he didn't even default on any payments so nobody was frauded.
Not to mention the misdemeanors were past the limits of the statute of limitations and the jury was given faulty instructions so they didn't even have to unanimously reach the same verdict.
And Trump was actively being extorted by Stormy Daniels as her last legal counsel even said.
But you guys are going to ignore all this information because it's inconvenient and you just want to wave around the label of "felon", hoping it will be enough to prop up your decrepit candidate Joe Biden.
@NYCQuestions1976 tell them about how Trump didn't default on any of the payments.
@Juxtapose You mean how Trump paid the business loans back on time, with interest, and they all made money? Sure, but only if you rub it in @goaded 's smug face about how numerous voters in countries in Europe (and in Argentina earlier this year) are finally waking up and invoking common sense into their everyday lives, as all of their latest elections show. I love how all of the leftists in the media and government are shitting all over themselves and calling the results "far-right", when all the results are is anti-far-left, anti-stupidity, and pro-common sense. The United States and Canada are next.
"You guys don't know the first thing you are talking about this." says @Juxtapose, before getting two completely different Trump trials mixed up.
If "the misdemeanors were past the limits of the statute of limitations" (they weren't, there was a 2020 extension for the pandemic, nothing to do with Trump) or "the jury was given faulty instructions" (in fact, they were agreed to by both prosecution and defence teams), the case would correctly have been thrown out. And yes, the jury did "unanimously reach the same verdict" of guilty on all counts, with very little deliberation needed. Because Trump was obviously guilty.
@Juxtapose The more and more they push and obsess over false and/or unimportant nonsense, the more and more they're handing the 2024 election to Trump on a platinum platter. It's fun to witness. It should be an Olympic event.
@NYCQuestions1976 You guys really don't like facts, do you?
@goaded It depends on whether or not they're facts (reality) or if they're "facts" (dumb shit you believe). For example, I absolutely LOVE the fact that more and more people in numerous European countries are sick and tired of dumb people being in charge of them who believe in nonsensical leftist bullshit like yourself. That FACT makes me thrilled and hopeful for the future. The United States and Canada are next.
@NYCQuestions1976 Why don't you support the rule of law, the constitution? Normal citizens, tasked with the solemn duty of passing judgement on a peer according to the evidence presented to them in an adversarial trial decided that Trump was GUILTY. On all 34 counts.
He obviously is of every other crime he's been indicted for, and many more.
That's reality.
@goaded Expired state misdemeanors don't get to become federal felonies in a state court prosecuted by a local/county prosecutor. That's the RULE OF LAW and the CONSTITUTION. All of that in itself are grounds for the case to be overturned, and that's just the tip of the iceberg. Nice try, attempting to socialism-splain actual reality.
@NYCQuestions1976 Like I said before:
@NYCQuestions1976 No. There's a slight move to the right, but since it's a proportional representation system, the parliament can ignore the radicals. Once more:
If "the misdemeanors were past the limits of the statute of limitations" (they weren't, there was a 2020 extension for the pandemic, nothing to do with Trump) or "the jury was given faulty instructions" (in fact, they were agreed to by both prosecution and defence teams), the case would correctly have been thrown out. And yes, the jury did "unanimously reach the same verdict" of guilty on all counts, with very little deliberation needed. Because Trump was obviously guilty.
@NYCQuestions1976 WTF are you talking about? Trump's lawyers haven't claimed the bullshit you're spouting, so why do you think they're completely incompetent?
@OddBeMe It has nothing to do with Trump as an individual person. I'm just against far-left idiots ruining the United States with their support of illegal immigration over citizens, their DEI (Didn't Earn It) woke bullshit, their support for unconstitutional mandates, their inflation destroying the value of our financial prowess, their support of criminals over police departments, their support of albatross in-your-face government, their support for a current Commander-In-Chief who doesn't have command of his large intestines, and their love of censorship for anyone who dares oppose their stupidity. Since all of you foaming-at-the-mouth lunatics can't stand Trump, that tells me he's PERFECT for job of being President of the United States again. The the equation solves itself. Start stockpiling your tissues now for November.
@NYCQuestions1976 feel better to get that all out?
@NYCQuestions1976 You really have nothing better than cutting off your nose to spite your face, do you?
Biden policies:
Banning medical debt from credit reports.
Cracking down on junk fees.
Banning non-competes.
Capping credit card fees.
Negotiating drug prices.
Expanding OT pay.
@NYCQuestions1976 OK, we're on to the baseless personal attacks, now? You have fun with that.
In response, I'll ask you some very simple on-topic questions.
Was Trump found guilty of all counts in his recent criminal trial or not?
@NYCQuestions1976 It's a good job there hasn't been any, then. I'll take that as a yes, Trump was found guilty of all counts in his recent criminal trial.
But you think it's mean and unfair. Wah wah wah.
@NYCQuestions1976 By the way, your clinging to the Statute of Limitations as a reason Trump should not have been found GUILTY (as he was) is as good as admitting he committed the crimes (which he did).
@NYCQuestions1976 Spending money to help a campaign without declaring it is illegal. Hiding the purpose of a payment in business records is illegal. Doing the latter to hide the former is a felony. Which is why Trump was found GUILTY by a jury who saw all your arguments and reached the only reasonable conclusion.
@goaded No, Dipshit. That's why the case is a farce. The state of New York and/or the county of New York (Manhattan) doesn't get to decide what does or doesn't qualify as federal election interference. That's up to the Department Of Justice, and Merrick Garland declined to prosecute the case, because there is no legitimate case. It's no different than the morons in Colorado and Maine trying to take Trump off the ballot. They were embarrassed by the Supreme Court, 9-0. The same thing will happen here.
@NYCQuestions1976 Then how was Trump found GUILTY on all 34 counts?
Oh, yes, it's because the underlying crime doesn't have to be proven, it's enough to prove the cover-up, which they did. 34 times over.
@goaded How? In a jurisdiction that's already nearly 90% Democrats, the judge allowed the prosecution to object to as many potential jurors as they wanted, but only allowed the defense to object a limited number of times. In case you're keeping score (and I know you're not, because you can't count), that's one of at least a dozen reversible legal, procedural, and/or Constitutional errors.
There has to be a crime for there to a cover-up, Dingleberry. Hush money isn't a crime in New York state, and New York state doesn't get to decide if a non-crime qualifies as federal election interference, just like Colorado and Maine. How can you be this gullible and stupid? Are you special needs, and just keep it a secret? I mean, it's just sad at this point.
@NYCQuestions1976 Kick off with a lie, why don't you?
You: "the judge allowed the prosecution to object to as many potential jurors as they wanted, but only allowed the defense to object a limited number of times"
Reality: "Each side has 10 "peremptory" challenges, jurors they can dismiss for no particular reason, said Ms Florence.
Both Mr Trump and the DA's Office have an unlimited number of "for cause" challenges, meaning they need a valid reason to dismiss those jurors."
https://www.bbc.com/news/world-us-canada-68671730
Tell me: why should I read further?
@NYCQuestions1976 Who should I believe, you or the BBC (not to mention NY state law https://ypdcrime.com/cpl/article270.php)? If they had genuine compelling reasons for rejecting jurors, they did indeed have unlimited challenges. The only thing that was limited were the challenges for no reason, and that equally between the two sides.
Also, go read the text of the law. It says there can be unlimited challenges to jurors for cause, like the lawyer the BBC quoted (although there might have been a few more challenges allowed because there were alternates, so it might have been more than 10).
Remember, this is because of your lie: "the judge allowed the prosecution to object to as many potential jurors as they wanted, but only allowed the defense to object a limited number of times".
Oh, so now you've moved on to straight-up lying? The law doesn't put a limit on challenges to jurors for cause, from either side. It does for peremptory challenges.
https://ypdcrime.com/cpl/article270.php#c270.20
https://ypdcrime.com/cpl/article270.php#c270.25
What am I saying? Your lie that "the judge allowed the prosecution to object to as many potential jurors as they wanted, but only allowed the defense to object a limited number of times" was what started this off!
@goaded the judge has been acting maliciously the entire time and a high-ranking member of the doj just so happens to float down to this trial. Biden & friends have been planning and orchestrating these sham trials. It's so littered with procedural violations I frankly can't wait till the appeals. I hope it goes all the way to the Supreme Court so this shit is shut down permanently.
Ah, now a gish gallop of lies.
Trump should have been indicted and convicted with Cohen, back in 2018, and he would have been, if he hadn't been president.
They've literally had to pick and choose which crimes to indict him with, and they're being fought by Trump judges and "justices", not just millions (of supporter's) dollars going to defence lawyers.
How is it not an ethical violation to oversee a trial into the person who gave you that job?
Your "I trust Alex Jones" says everything that needs to be said.
Did I mention that the law doesn't put a limit on challenges to jurors for cause, from either side? It does for peremptory challenges.
Here's the law:
https://ypdcrime.com/cpl/article270.php#c270.20
https://ypdcrime.com/cpl/article270.php#c270.25
Or that your lie that "the judge allowed the prosecution to object to as many potential jurors as they wanted, but only allowed the defense to object a limited number of times" was what started this off?
@Juxtapose “I trust Alex Jones”…you are either too entrenched in your ideology or just a fucking moron.
Probably both
@goaded The judge limited the defense's juror objections, and allowed the prosecution unlimited challenges. Also, the point @Juxtapose made is correct. One of Garland's stooges left his position in the Justice Department to prosecute the case. The entire thing, from beginning to end, has been nothing but a farce and election interference, because Biden is becoming human pudding in front of all of our eyes. Even the gambling experts in Las Vegas and on betting sites have Trump as the favorite to win the Presidential election in November:
www.oddschecker.com/.../20240606-2024-presidential-election-odds-69pp-of-bettors-backing-donald-trump-to-win
www.oddschecker.com/us/politics/us-politics
Now go be stupid somewhere else.
@NYCQuestions1976 Go and watch Trump forget the name of the doctor that administered his dementia test while demanding Biden take one.
The judge did not limit the defense's juror objections.
@goaded Even professional oddsmakers say you're dumb and delusional:
www.oddschecker.com/.../20240606-2024-presidential-election-odds-69pp-of-bettors-backing-donald-trump-to-win
www.oddschecker.com/us/politics/us-politics
www.forbes.com/.../
@NYCQuestions1976 Oh, look, a bunch of bookmakers looking at the chances of Trump's lies being convincing. Again: Go and watch Trump forget the name of the doctor that administered his dementia test while demanding Biden take one.
The judge did not limit the defense's juror objections.
@goaded The point is, Dingleberry, that NO ONE IMPORTANT CARES about the fabricated bullshit New York case. You wasted nearly 8 years of your life believing bullshit engineered by Hillary Clinton, and you're doing the same thing here with this farce of a case. Like you, Biden is human pudding.
@NYCQuestions1976 Oh, right, NO ONE IMPORTANT CARES abouts facts. Except they do. Really important people, and it may involve Trump going to prison, like Weisselberg.
My point is that the judge did not limit the defense's juror objections.
@NYCQuestions1976 Justice is such a joke in America.
Not without justification he didn't. What "evidence" and "key witnesses"?
You know Trump's lawyer broke ethical rules when he summed up?
By the way, why is it that you're not claiming Trump didn't falsify business records? I mean, that would still make him a criminal, wouldn't it?
You just want him to get away with his crimes. Good look.
@NYCQuestions1976 Why do you want a criminal as president?
@NYCQuestions1976 I think he's really a criminal (a proven fact at this point) who's for the stupidity and cravenness of the right. He loves the uneducated, and anyone else he can fool into voting for an obvious criminal.
@NYCQuestions1976 Well, I expect you're lying about "most of that crap hasn't even happened", or you just mean it's going to be helping the people and the economy for years on end. Do you know what the effect of forgiving loans has on the economy? Massive improvements. The infrastructure spending does, too, and if you doubt that, ask the Republicans claiming credit for it when they voted against it.
Give money to the rich, they increase their wealth, give it to the poor, they spend it.
@goaded Other than infrastructure itself, nothing on that stupid socialism list has happened or is going to help anyone. Wasted planning, wasted time, and/or wasted taxpayer dollars. The wait to get Union work in New York City right now is close to 60 weeks, so all of the "employment/unemployment" numbers are all fabricated bullshit. Just about all of the "created" jobs are just jobs coming back after the pandemic shutdown, and nothing to do with Pudding Pants Biden.
Forgiving loans creates massive improvements? Are you stoned? Or just stupid? All it does is teach people IRRESPONSIBILITY, and the worst kind of irresponsibility: FINANCIAL IRRESPONSIBILITY WITH OTHER PEOPLE'S MONEY. Idiot. Also don't dare lecture me on infrastructure. I live near, and work in, New York City.
@NYCQuestions1976 So you admit Biden got infrastructure done. Good.
You claim Biden didn't get any federal judges confirmed?
You claim insulin isn't price capped for seniors? (It's still 5x French prices, but down to $35 from $500.)
Do you really want me to fact check all of them?
@goaded No one important and/or with common sense cares what Basement Biden has done, because what he's doing is bullshit. Appointing socialism activists onto the bench isn't an accomplishment; it's a danger and a detriment for the United States.
Biden signed the infrastructure bill into law. Great, but where are all of the new infrastructure projects? No projects concerning buildings, roadways, bridges, tunnels, airports, or schools have been started under that bill. It's been years and counting.
Not that I want them, but as an example of the Biden administration's incompetence, where are all of the charging stations? $7.5 billion of taxpayer money set aside in 2021 for them. A whopping 500,000 promised by 2029, and only 7 have been built since 2021. Seven! At that pace, they'll be done in the year 247979. Where's that money right now, who's spending it, and what's it being spent on? Another $7.5 billion of taxpayer money being wasted.
So no, I don't need your stupidity fact-checking the Biden administration's stupidity.
@NYCQuestions1976 Like "no-one important cares about Trump's convictions"?
But forcing three "justices" onto the supreme court who would never have been confirmed without McConnell changing the rules is fine.
"64% of Americans live within 2 miles of a public charging station" I think you're repeating lies.
Since you didn't respond last time:
You admit Biden got infrastructure done. Good.
You claim Biden didn't get any federal judges confirmed?
You claim insulin isn't price capped for seniors? (It's still 5x French prices, but down to $35 from $500.)
Do you really want me to fact check all of them?
@goaded Democrats changed the rules first. Republicans simply returned serve. So wah about it somewhere else.
64%, huh? Watch near the end of the video:
https://youtu.be/Ev9Lr4fqJQs?si=i2IKY-hYTQaY4Zqo
They'll be done by 247979. 😂😂😂😂😂
@NYCQuestions1976 No. In response to Republicans not allowing almost any Obama nominees to go forward (in total disregard of precedent) they changed the rules for federal judges EXPLICITLY EXCLUDING the supreme court. McConnell blocked the nomination of an Obama nominee nine months before an election, changed the rules while Trump was in office, and finally confirmed a Trump nominee while voting was ongoing.
You now have a supreme court that was confirmed by a fraction of senators from previous supreme courts. It used to be honourable, bipartisan. Not any more, and that's not Democrat's fault.
@NYCQuestions1976 Also, "we saved 3-4000 lives this year" is bad?
@goaded Wrong! The rules were changed by Democrats to ram through stupid Obamacare. Luckily it's not the socialism albatross it was meant to be, thanks to the Supreme Court. Hopefully the whole thing will eventually be revoked.
We? We who? The only life saved by Biden is his own, when he successfully doesn't fall down.
All of the charges will be done soon. In the year 247979. I can't wait for all of these liberal idiots to be voted out in November. It's going to be magnificent.
@NYCQuestions1976 How the hell do you think changing the rules for confirming federal judges was "to ram through stupid Obamacare"? You just keep stitching together things to shout about without any logic.
The change explicitly excluded the supreme court, because it is so important. McConnell changed the rules for them, to sieze power for the Republicans.
@goaded No, Dipshit. Knock it off with your revisionist history. The change originally occurred for Obamacare by Democrats, and the Supreme Court wasn't "explicitly excluded". The Supreme Court wasn't explicitly included either, and that vagueness allowed Republicans to use the Democrats' maneuvers against them years later. You don't like it? Too bad. Go wah about it somewhere else. The Democrats fucked around with the rules to get their way, got punched in the face years later, and rightfully so. That's the bottom line.
@NYCQuestions1976 It's all projection all the way with you, isn't it? "revisionist history" my ass.
"On November 23, 2013, the Senate voted 52-48 to rescind the three-fifths vote requirement for cloture votes on the confirmation of presidential appointees, allowing for confirmation on the basis of a simple majority vote (51 votes) on nominees other than those for the Supreme Court.[3] "
ballotpedia.org/.../Did_Harry_Reid_make_it_easier_to_confirm_President_Trump%27s_Cabinet_and_Supreme_Court_nominees
@Juxtapose Oh, you're back! Quick reminder, you've yet to explain what "evidence" and "key witnesses" you were talking about when you claimed "the judge literally blocked the evidence and some key witnesses." (in Trump's NY case) (the criminal one).
@NYCQuestions1976 No facts could ever come from Politico, obviously. Not even reporting on senate votes. We both know it will be on the senate. gov website as well and that you're repeating Republican lies about who changed the rules for SCOTUS.
@NYCQuestions1976 No, they didn't, they changed the rules in the face of unprecedented obstruction using the filibuster (nearly half of all votes end a filibuster in the history of the Senate had occurred during Obama's presidency by the time they changed the rules). Republicans used that as an excuse to do what you were just claiming they didn't: change the rules for Supreme Court nominees.
It's just lies on top of lies with you.
I still think they should have changed the rules to return to the speaking filibuster instead.
@goaded What I've stated is exactly correct, and obstruction is SUPPOSED to happen in the government, Dingleberry. It's there to help prevent socialism and stupid spending. Far-left Democrats couldn't accept that fact, so they changed the rules to ram through stupid Obamacare. Now all of you are crying like spoiled brats because the Democrats' hypocrisy and your hypocrisy has come back to kick all of you in your asses, and rightfully so. Go WAH about it somewhere else.
@NYCQuestions1976 Not 200 years' worth in four or five years.
They weren't trying to "prevent socialism", they were trying to make Obama a one term president by stopping him from achieving anything.
They didn't "[change] the rules to ram through stupid Obamacare", that didn't need any changes to the rules.
Lies, upon lies, upon lies...
@goaded Nothing I've posted is inaccurate. You just can't stand it when anyone gets in the way of your stupid socialism agenda and propaganda, and/or when non-socialists use the far-left's stupidity against them. So let me make very crystal clear so even you can understand:
THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA WILL NEVER BE A SOCIALIST COUNTRY.
@NYCQuestions1976 Almost everything you post is inaccurate, especially when you say "Nothing I've posted is inaccurate".
@goaded Don't be mad at me just because you're a socialist, and thus dumb, delusional, and detached from reality. I'm sure someday that socialism thinking will be properly classified as a mental illness. Which would actually annoy me from a taxpayer standpoint, but the irony would be comedy gold.
@NYCQuestions1976 Lies and projection. I'm not mad at you, it just feels surreal that you feel so sure of yourself despite all the quite easily discovered evidence that you're wrong.
Obamacare passed with a filibuster-proof 60 votes. You claimed Democrats changed the cloture rules to let it pass - wrong.
You claimed the Democrats changed the rules for confirming SCOTUS judges - wrong, it was Republicans in 2017.
You think Democrats are socialists - wrong.
@goaded With few exceptions, the Democrats have been socialists for quite some time now. Instead of still being the party of middle-class, blue-collar workers, they've become the party for the woke, illegal immigrants, censorship, climate paranoia, and child sex surgeries.
The Democrats made the decision to change the rules to make it easier to force socialism on the general population, and the Republicans used those same changed rules to stop them. Rightfully and correctly so. Don't like it? Too bad. Go cry about it somewhere else.
@NYCQuestions1976 yeah the censorship is the most disappointing part of the progressive movement. I frankly expected better of the left in the past.
@Juxtapose Those days are gone. Don't forget about the 500,000 charging stations for $7.5 billion of taxpayer money, promised to be done by December 31, 2029. They started in 2021, and 7 are currently completed. At that pace, they'll be done by the year 247979. Go government!
@NYCQuestions1976 Weird how conservatives were also anti Kennedy’s space pledge. But that single act developed the basics for all the technology we love today.
@NYCQuestions1976 that’s the same thing genius.
@NYCQuestions1976 Oh, FFS, you're lying yet again about something I've told you the truth about more than once in just the last few days.
"Republicans used those same changed rules to stop them" NO THEY MADE NEW CHANGES. In 2017. To include the Supreme Court, which the Democrats EXPLICITLY EXCLUDED from their 2013 rules change that was to allow Obama to get his nominees to lower courts and to run agencies confirmed in the face of record-breaking filibusters by McConnell.
This is not a matter of opinion, they're cold, hard facts that you're denying.
@goaded "Wah wah wah socialism, wah wah wah Obama, wah wah wah filibusters, wah wah wah stupid liberals not getting their way."
Maybe Obama should've been nominating actual qualified non-socialist individuals instead of unqualified far-left activists.
The Democrats changed the rules to force socialism on the general population, and the Republicans used those same changes to push back against socialism, and rightfully so. Go cry about it somewhere else.
@NYCQuestions1976 "Wah wah wah socialism" is exactly what you're saying, in between obvious lies.
@goaded I'm just translating your loony diatribes from leftist nonsense into standard English. I did a perfectly accurate job. Nothing lost in translation.
You're just a sore loser who can't accept the fact that the bag of shit called socialism is finally (albeit slowly) being rejected by people all around the world.
@NYCQuestions1976 it is the same thing. Governing means prioritizing. Nothing more. Of course we would love to reach Mars without investing a dime shitheel.
@NYCQuestions1976 What year were the Senate rules changed to avoid filibusters on Supreme Court nominees? Which party controlled the Senate?
Well, that's what they should have done; they're just lazy and short-sighted.
But that was 2013 and explicitly excluded SCOTUS nominees. I want @NYCQuestions1976 to admit that it was McConnell's Republicans in 2017 that changed the rules for SCOTUS having already unreasonably blocked Garland's nomination by not bringing it up for a vote (why would any Democrat vote to confirm a Republican nominee after that?). They then went on to confirm Barrett while voting was ongoing, despite claiming that Garland's nomination was too close to the election, 9 months before it.
The story of the my lifetime has been Republicans do something unreasonable and unprecedented, Democrats react, then Republicans use that as an excuse to do something even more unreasonable and unprecedented. Rinse and repeat.
@goaded oh for sure. I mean it’s despicable politics. McConnell is evil but a genius. Ensured three Trump nominees on scotus in one term. One being in his last year, so much for McConnell’s new “rule”.
But hey that’s politics. I blame liberals who didn’t vote in 2016. Only 45% of America votes in a general election. Right wingers seem to have their die hards sewn up.
Liberals just bitch afterward with women’s marches. “Hey bitches in pink hats, where were you on fucking Election Day!”

@NYCQuestions1976 You're really got nothing but lies to "own the libs", have you? Try to be honest for once: What year were the Senate rules changed to avoid filibusters on Supreme Court nominees? Which party controlled the Senate? (Hint: it was Republicans in 2017.)
Feels pretty good to vote for presidents who support high mpg, EV recharging stations, expanding welfare and not treating immigrants like shit.
But hey you do you, @NYCQuestions1976
@OddBeMe Don't be obtuse. You know damn well that there's a difference between legal immigrants and ILLEGAL immigrants, the charging stations aren't going to be done until the year 247979, and we definitely don't need (or can afford) expanding programs that encourage laziness and discourage self-sufficiency. Also, maybe you missed this story. They all snuck in on Basement Biden's watch. Pick your link:

@goaded You're still here and still awake? It's the middle of the week. Don't you have a job? Oh yeah I forgot. You're a financial parasite on society. At least you practice what you preach, I suppose.
@NYCQuestions1976 right…so current border policy isn’t working and suspected terrorists are getting in anyway. So why make families starve to death just because they don’t have enough money to buy am express citizenship pass?
@NYCQuestions1976 Are you still lying? Must be a day ending in a "y".
What year were the Senate rules changed to avoid filibusters on Supreme Court nominees? Which party controlled the Senate? (Hint: it was Republicans in 2017.)
@OddBeMe Or, even better yet, we can actually enforce our borders since we're an independent country, they can all remain in Mexico or their own countries until they're approved, stop feigning asylum, and immigrate here legally. Problems solved!
@goaded Stop crying already. The Democrats changed the rules and it came back to bite them in the ass. Just like with the fabricated collusion bullshit, accept reality and move on. It's embarrassing.
@NYCQuestions1976 Three lies in as many sentences. Republicans changed the rules about SCOTUS nominees, no-one else, and it was to install a partisan majority.
@NYCQuestions1976 "The fundamental cause of the trouble is that in the modern world the stupid are cocksure while the intelligent are full of doubt."
—Bertrand Russell
@NYCQuestions1976 “He who controls everything controls nothing.”
The border is 3000+ miles. Perhaps open your mind to new ideas. Other than “wall”.
@NYCQuestions1976 No, you don't. You may think that, but all you're doing is repeating nonsense.
@NYCQuestions1976 you’re oddly, racistly, focused on the border as immigration is the biggest misdirection. Corporations are bleeding us dry, not migrants.
@goaded "If what you're saying and doing is being called "nonsense" by all of the far-left liberals, socialists, progressives, and the woke, it's actually the exact opposite, and the best for the independence of humanity."
--- @NYCQuestions1976
The weekend is just about here now, I'm going to be home soon, and it's supposed to be beautiful and hot. That means it's time for going on the boat, getting banged up along the Jersey Shore, and picking up women in bikinis. The finer things in life. I'll be sure to laugh at you some more on Monday.
@NYCQuestions1976 Of course you will. I believe that as much as I believe all the other nonsense you spout.
@OddBeMe Democrats trying to get the general public to ignore the border (or even pretend that it doesn't exist) is the actual misdirection. NEWS FLASH: The United States, as a sovereign independent country, is allowed, and expected, to have borders.
You mean businesses that generate jobs for citizens are more of a financial burden than illegal immigrants? Tell that to the taxpayers in minority communities in blue cities that are losing funding for benefits, after-school programs, and housing in their neighborhoods to financially support illegal immigrants, because their cities are "sanctuaries".
@NYCQuestions1976 They're not "trying to get the general public to ignore the border", they're interested in practical solutions. Rounding up millions of illegal immigrants, which you would pretend is easy, would require tens or hundreds of millions of American citizens to show their papers to prove their citizenship. You're only OK with that because you know you'll never be asked,
@NYCQuestions1976 deport ALL illegals.
@NYCQuestions1976 @Juxtapose Fine, let's suppose that "At least 2 out of every 3 citizens want the border issue corrected and illegal immigrants deported". How? You're going to deport ten million people, and manage that without stepping on the rights of American citizens?
You don't have solutions, not even proposals, you have demands to do the impossible and promises from crooks and liars that they will do it. Trump didn't build his "beautiful" wall, let alone get Mexico to pay for it, and Trump pardoned his mate Bannon who ripped off his supporters by pretending to build it. Bannon goes to state court in September.
Of course, you're not telling the truth. The bipartisan bill that Trump caused to be rejected by the Republicans would have been very popular with voters across the political spectrum, and far from demanding the expulsion of all illegal immigrants three quarters of Americans want them to have a pathway to citizenship, especially Dreamers.
"In the new Journal survey*, 59% of voters said they would support the bipartisan package, with roughly equal percentages of Republicans and Democrats in favor. An even larger share, some 74%, support creating a pathway to citizenship for undocumented immigrants who have been in the country for many years and pass a background check."

@goaded you act like mass deportations have never happened before in America. We have done it before we can do it again, although it would have been a lot better if Biden and friends didn't let things degenerate to this point. There are so many fucking criminal aliens crawling around it is absolutely ridiculous.
I don't want people coming into this country unless from the very beginning they are doing it the right way. I agree we should make it a bit easier for people to do it the right way because some of the waiting times are atrocious but that is not an excuse to break into the country. I have no sympathy for criminal aliens. Deport them ALL!
@goaded Currently around 53% of Hispanic American citizens and 47% of African American citizens support the mass deportation of illegal immigrants. Are all of them also being hateful and discriminatory?
@OddBeMe The border is 3,000 miles long, and Mars is millions of miles away. If we can't properly deal with 3,000 miles, then we've got no business spending money on trying to get to Mars... unless we're immediately sending @goaded there.
@NYCQuestions1976 Apparently, yes. About one-third of Latino immigrants who are naturalized U. S. citizens worry about deportation. www.pewresearch.org/.../
Wait until the 53% see the implementation, which will necessarily include them being repeatedly stopped and asked for proof of citizenship. I'm pretty sure white people won't be hassled nearly as much.
@goaded As usual, you're completely missing the actual point. Citizens of the United States, whether we're born here or we're naturalized, regardless of our pigment, are sick and tired of being put on the back burner in favor of illegal immigrants. As CITIZENS OF A INDEPENDENT SOVEREIGN COUNTRY, our position on this matter is 100% CORRECT.
@Juxtapose Bingo, on both accounts.
@NYCQuestions1976 @Juxtapose You mean like the bipartisan deal would have allowed the president to close the border if too many people were crossing? Shame Trump told Republicans not to vote for it so he'd still have a scary story to tell come election time.
@goaded You're an obtuse nimrod. That bill had billions of taxpayer dollars earmarked for Ukraine, which has ZERO to do with the southern border of the United States. The only two things that need to happen to fix the problems with the southern border are reinstating "Remain In Mexico" and stopping "Catch And Release". Then the problem is solved, and then the mass deportation can begin. If it doesn't start happening now, it'll start happening on or after January 20th, 2025.
Also, these are just simply "scary stories"?

You can take your dangerous socialism and your deliberate inability to recognize that the United States is a sovereign independent Constitutional Republic with the right to have borders and go fuck yourself.
@NYCQuestions1976 fuck yeah man you laid that out for him 👍
@NYCQuestions1976 shall we link to stories of male US citizens killing women? The stats of citizens vs illegals committing violent crime isn’t in fucking close.
782 per 100,000 illegal immigrants
1,422 per 100,000 native‐born Americans
From the far left Cato Institute. Lol
www.cato.org/.../new-research-illegal-immigration-crime-0
@NYCQuestions1976 Dumbass, the numbers are per 100,000.
@NYCQuestions1976 Also, dumbass: in politics, if you want something to get done that you can only get done with votes from the other side, you give something to get something. Democrats control the presidency and, to an extent, the Senate, why would they implement nothing but Republican policies?
The money for Ukraine and Israel went through anyway, and Republicans got ZERO for the border. They could have at least had the border being closed when overrun and faster processing of asylum requests and so faster rejection and deportation.
Then they will watch their Republican representative not get anything they want. It's entirely unreasonable to expect votes from a party without giving them something they want. Democrats were willing to give on the border to get funding for Ukraine and Israel; Republicans refused and then found that some of their colleagues would vote with Democrats to get things done.
Democrats 2, Republicans 0.
What a bunch of hypocritical nonsense. Unprovoked? That was the equivalent of the Cuban missile crisis for the Russians. When the Russians were that close to the USA, the USA was ready to go to war. NATO being right next to Russia is Russia's Cuban missile crisis.
No they are actually winning and winning big. Even minorities and criminal aliens are going more towards Trump.
It was nothing like the Cuban missile crisis, NATO was already in multiple states bordering Russia, and it's a defence treaty, not installing first strike nuclear weapons. NATO's spread east was always by invitation only, not conquest.
It's really easy not to invade your neighbours, and Ukraine was obviously right to fear it happening to them, especially as Russia is known for it (and that's why Sweden and Finland are now members).
Propaganda works, especially the lies about Trump's convictions, and the massive delay tactics that have put off the other three trials with the help of a Trump appointed judge and a nakedly partisan SCOTUS. The more truth people learn, the more they move away from Trump.
@goaded 1.) Learn mathematics. 35.5% per 100,000 is the same thing as 35.5% of the total population. Also, the site states "convictions", not "crimes committed". Most illegal immigrants disappear like a fart in the wind after they've committed violent crimes.
2.) Border security isn't just a Republican policy. Border security is a NATIONAL policy. The fact that you and other socialists don't understand that proves without a doubt that you're all dangerous idiots.
@NYCQuestions1976 1) "Learn mathematics" OMG. Where did you even get 35.5% from? It doesn't appear in the article or the paper. 782 per 100,000 is 0.782%, 1,422 per 100,000 is 1.422%. Nearly twice as high crime rate in US born citizens.
Most PEOPLE disappear like a fart in the wind after they've committed violent crimes.
2) Yes, you're right. Both parties know there's a problem, they have different ideas about how to deal with it, with the Democrats being against needless cruelty. Democrats won the presidency last time, it's their turn to set policy, not the minority in the Senate and the bare majority in the House. In a working political system, you vote for things that give you at least part of what you want, or you don't get anything you want.
@NYCQuestions1976 no it’s not. 35% is just a ratio out of 100%.
@goaded @OddBeMe The both of you need to learn mathematics, and it's not "cruelty" for a country to have borders and to enforce those borders. The total noted crimes out of "per 100,000" in that article is 2,204 (782 + 1,422). So 35.5% (782 out of 2,204 per 100,000) of the mentioned crimes are committed by illegal immigrants per 100,000 people, which is far above the total percentage of the total population in the United States who are illegal immigrants. Even if I play Devil's Advocate and go along with "it's two separate groups of 100,000 people", it's still 17.75% (391 out of 2,204 noted crimes per 200,000 people) of those crimes are being committed by illegal immigrants per 200,000 people, which is still disproportionately above the total percentage of the overall population of the United States that is currently illegal immigrants, and that percentage (whether it's 35.5% or 17.75%) is just those who were actually CAUGHT and actually CONVICTED, and not the ones who got away and are still in hiding. Illegal immigrants don't belong here, and the current influx is solely the fault of Basement Biden. PERIOD.
@NYCQuestions1976 OMG, the numbers are of 100,000 IN THAT GROUP! Not in 100,000 people living in the USA. 782 in 100,000 illegal immigrants vs. 1,422 in 100,000 people born in America. Locals are twice as likely to commit crimes as illegal immigrants.
@NYCQuestions1976 no fucktard. Total migrant crimes add up to 13,000 out of 350 million.
www.cbp.gov/.../criminal-noncitizen-statistics
13000 is 0.0037142857142857% of 350000000
@goaded Pay attention, you Socialist Fucktard:
The current population of the United States is about 335 million. 3% of that total number are illegal immigrants. That's just over 10 million illegal immigrants. Using "per 100,000" is defective bullshit. 100,000 × 100 = 10 million. 782 × 100 = 78,200. That means the total 3% of the illegal population (just over 10 million) has been convicted about 78,200 times, and that's just the CONVICTIONS. it doesn't count the illegal immigrants who committed crimes and haven't been caught yet, and it has nothing to do with what's going on with the border now, because all of the site statistics are from 2018. All it proves is that the illegal immigrant vetting process was stricter and better during the Trump administration, which is a major part of the whole fucking point. Also, since the statistics are at least 6 years old, it doesn't account for the current influx of illegal immigrants and all of the illegal immigrant crime that's been going on throughout the Biden administration. All of those links I posted are recent, and all of those illegal immigrants illegally crossed the border during the Biden administration.
At least you're finally properly referring to them as illegal immigrants. Baby steps.
@NYCQuestions1976 Nah…I’m sick of you…I’ll stick to US Customs and Border Protection stats. Thanks!
@NYCQuestions1976 I did see that. And immigration patterns follow better economies. More money more migrants. Shittier economy, fewer migrants.
@NYCQuestions1976 last gasp from a man who lost the logic. But this should be a simple idea.
Migrants follow better economies right?
@NYCQuestions1976 uhh whatever you want to label people as. I see it as immigrants with money (legal) and immigrants without money (illegal).
@NYCQuestions1976 Criminal citizens don’t belong here. Deport Trump!
@NYCQuestions1976 "Pay attention, you Socialist Fucktard:" Why? You have nothing reasonable to say.
Per capita is the only reasonable way of measuring rates of crime, and the numbers show illegal immigrants (as the article and report call them) commit crime about half as often as natural born Americans. 78,200 convictions among 4,735,260 convictions of Americans. Or 1.65% of crimes.
@NYCQuestions1976 Seriously?
@goaded In the United States, citizens make up approximately 97% of the population, and citizens who commit crimes are easier to find, arrest, prosecute, and convict. Illegal immigrants commit crimes and then just disappear.
Yes, in 2018, during the Trump administration, because unlike now with Basement Biden, there was actual border security back then. Also, per capita is bullshit. It's just a form of mathematical gerrymandering.
@NYCQuestions1976 Yeah, and they make up 97.5% of the criminals. It's really simple maths.
@NYCQuestions1976 I don't want any crime at all, but what there is is 99% Americans and 1% illegal immigrants and 2/3rds Americans per capita.
@goaded Knock it off with the per capita gerrymandering bullshit. If ⅔ of the crimes are being committed by 97% of the population, that means the other ⅓ of crimes are being committed by 3% of the population, which are illegal immigrants. Enforcement of the border to stop illegal immigration and deportations of illegal immigrants already here make the crime rate go down.
@NYCQuestions1976 OMG 99% of the crimes are being committed by 97% of the population, the American ones, only the other 1% is being committed by illegal immigrants! Less than 80 thousand to nearly 5 million convictions.
@NYCQuestions1976 It's embarrasing to be arguing with someone who doesn't even know what gerrymandering is!
@NYCQuestions1976 it’s pretty simple. We’ve shown you mathematical proof that illegals commit less crime.
But you WANT them to be the devils you see in your head. Because they’re brown? And they’re taking your landscaping jobs?
@OddBeMe @goaded The two of you fools have shown nothing but six year old statistics from one state, and the total disregard and disrespect towards the right of an independent sovereign nation to have and enforce borders. Proper border enforcement and deportation of illegal immigrants lowers crime. Also, you know exactly what I meant when I compared per capita statistics to gerrymandering. Now go be stupid socialists somewhere else.
@NYCQuestions1976 Then show us statistics from anywhere else that disputes the facts. Yes, we "know exactly what I meant when I compared per capita statistics to gerrymandering", you meant inconvenient facts are like something you've heard is bad but don't know is mostly done by Republicans.
@goaded Go look at @OddBeMe 's second link a few posts back. It shows crimes committed by illegal immigrants have spiked under Basement Biden. Everything disastrous that's going on in the United States can be traced back to the far-left liberals, socialists, progressives, and the woke in the Democratic party. Go be naïve and dumb somewhere else.
@NYCQuestions1976 Yeah the “border” department or whatevs has heightened immigration and crime by migrants, obvi, to double. BECAUSE THE ECONOMY IS BETTER
@OddBeMe That's a gigantic load of bullshit. The economy is NOT better. The only thing that's happened is that most of the jobs that were lost during the pandemic shutdown have finally come back. That's not something that can be touted by Basement Biden... and even if it could, it took an unacceptable 3 years to get back to net zero. THREE YEARS! Right now in New York City, if you're in one of the trade unions and get laid off, the wait to get sent back to work in almost all of those trade unions is currently over 60 weeks. SIXTY WEEKS! The trade unions had FULL EMPLOYMENT with NO WAIT during the Trump administration prior to the pandemic shutdown. So you can shove that "better economy" delusion up your liberal ass. Everything miserable that's going on in this country right now is thanks to Joe Biden and his incompetent band of far-left liberals, socialists, progressives, and woke assholes.
@NYCQuestions1976 and who’s responsible for the pandemic?
Also Biden’s response to the Trump Inflation has been pretty good. According to BLS:
Year-over-year inflation was 1.4 percent in January 2021, when Mr. Biden took office. It peaked at 9.1 percent in June 2022, more than a year into his presidency, and has fallen to 3.3 percent in May.
@OddBeMe The Wuhan laboratory, the initial response of the communist Chinese government (or lack thereof), Fauci, and gain-of-function investment are ALL TO BLAME for the pandemic. Let's not forget that in an early response to Covid, Trump closed the borders in late January 2020, only to have stupid Democrats (most notably Pelosi, Schumer, DeBlasio, Biden, and Harris) call it a racist move. Less than 2 months later, all of a sudden it was totally legitimate for everything to be closed and shut down. Ridiculous hypocrisy. The country was humming along during the Trump administration until the pandemic shutdown.
Trump inflation? Are you stoned? No such thing occurred. All of the inflation happened during and because of the Biden administration.
Added bonus: Fauci still hasn't been held responsible or even apologized for his mishandling of the AIDS epidemic in the early 1990s. He continued to vocally insist that AIDS could be transmitted via casual contact long after his contemporaries figured out otherwise. Fauci was to AIDS what Andrew Wakefield was to autism.
@NYCQuestions1976 Mmm…. and Trump delaying his Covid response and lying about it. Politicizing masks, etc. Dead Americans, global trade shut down. Inflation lowers because of lack of consuming…. snd then swung back with a vengeance.
@OddBeMe There was no "delayed response". Trump shut down the borders and international flights at the end of January 2020, and got nothing but grief from the stupid Democrats. Peddle your revisionist history somewhere else.
Masks are useless political propaganda. N95 masks don't stop or slow the spread of Covid, because Covid exists, lives, and is transmitted in droplets that are smaller than 0.03 microns. The "N95" is a NIOSH/OSHA rating, not a medical rating. It means that it stops 95% of droplets and particulates that are larger than 0.03 microns. That means that an N95 mask stops exactly 0% of Covid droplets that are smaller than 0.03 microns. Only half-face or full-face masks with 99.97% HEPA (high efficiency particulate air) filters are effective at stopping the spread of Covid.
@NYCQuestions1976 really? And these chuckleheads wanted us to wear the shit all the time? Goes to show that they would have made us do that for absolutely nothing.
And frankly people clamoring about a delayed response is disturbing. There should have been no lockdowns.
@NYCQuestions1976 At least 40% of American Covid deaths could have been prevented.

@Juxtapose Yes, for the most part. I really don't believe that the confusion with the mask information started out as deliberate political misdirection or propaganda. The messaging and information was definitely sloppy at best. The vast majority of the general public and people in the government have no idea how respirators (the actual proper term for "masks") are supposed to be utilized, and don't realize that respirator ratings are a construction industry standard, and not a medical standard. If a respirator doesn't make a seal on your face, it's useless. If you've got facial hair, it's useless. I've had an asbestos abatement license for over 13 years, and I've got to go through retraining, a respiratory test, a pulmonary test, and a fit test every year. If I go on an abatement job, I need to be clean shaven to properly wear my respirator. Whether it's before, during, or after the pandemic, I guarantee that if you asked an average mask supporter what N95 meant, they'd tell you that it blocks 95% of everything, and it's a medical rating. Both items are wrong.
@NYCQuestions1976 damn that's pretty good to know, thanks for sharing your expertise. It really puts a light on this whole covid nonsense.
@OddBeMe 100% of all of Covid deaths could've been prevented if not for the Wuhan laboratory, the communist Chinese government, Fauci, and gain-of-function research.
I'm not interested in your revisionist history and liberal propaganda links. Just as two examples of liberal media failures, the Washington Post fired numerous employees and is about to go under because of its inability to perform proper truthful journalism, and Snopes has finally been forced to change this:
www.snopes.com/fact-check/trump-very-fine-people/
So stop showing off your gullibility and stupidity. It's tiresome.
@NYCQuestions1976 so Trump did cause 40% of Covid deaths in america?
@Juxtapose Thanks, but it's just experience. I rely on common sense and critical thinking, so if I hadn't decided to go through any of that optional extra abatement training as an electrician, and someone told me that it's a good idea to wear a mask during a pandemic, I probably would've thought to myself, "Well, that seems to make sense." It was unintentional inaccurate messaging at the start, because it seemed to make sense in a pinch. At the beginning, anyway. It definitely morphed into deliberate weapon of control over time.
@NYCQuestions1976 that djdnt help the 1 millions Americans who died within the US borders. By politicizing masks and weird horse tranquilizers or windex that didn’t do shit.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nX4d2mxwCS8
@NYCQuestions1976 @Juxtapose Critical thinking…neither know what that means. Both of you should move in together and give each other Covid.
@OddBeMe You're a clown. Stop posting leftist nonsense propaganda. All of the liberal lies and gaslighting are being exposed every day. If you want an answer to your dumb "40%" question, go ask BLM and Antifa, who spent 4 months rioting unchecked during the pandemic shutdown, or ask Gretchen Whitmer and Andrew Cuomo, who both crammed Covid patients into nursing homes like sardines.
@NYCQuestions1976 not to mention the people pedaling this propaganda took off their masks once the camera came off in their eyes.
I didn't take a single damn shot and I didn't notice anything different during the pandemic whatsoever besides this politicized bullshit.
@NYCQuestions1976 not propaganda. Just not fringe bullshit you fucks read.
@Juxtapose and however people used mask, only your side caused Covid spikes.
@NYCQuestions1976 "Every Democrat governor that crammed Covid patients into nursing homes" How many was that, exactly? One?
The one who'd had a thousand deaths in the first two weeks and 10,000 in the following two, all to an unknown virus with no cure and no vaccine. I'm sure you would have done better.
@goaded Stop with the gaslighting and revisionist history. A number of Democrat governors did it, with Cuomo and Whitmer being the two biggest offenders.
I most certainly would have done better, and so would've most people with properly functioning brains, because whether you're dealing with an unknown or known virus, common sense dictates that you don't cram hoards of sick contagious people in the same buildings with elderly people who, at the very least, already have compromised immune systems simply due to age, let alone the elderly ones with preexisting conditions.
@NYCQuestions1976 Stop projecting. Whitmer didn't "[cram] Covid patients into nursing homes", she "issued an executive order on April 15 that required nursing homes with available capacity to create a dedicated unit to isolate residents with COVID-19 and accept COVID-19 patients discharged from hospitals."
Keep cosplaying a governor and ignore the fact that you wouldn't have implemented any measures because you believe Trump's always right, even when he's on tape acknowledging he knew it was airborne in February.
@goaded More gaslighting, revisionist history, and semantics. Whitmer (along with Cuomo and other Democrat governors) ordered sick contagious people to be crammed into nursing homes like sardines with elderly people. Any attempt to doubletalk around that reality is a waste of time.
Trump closed the borders and stopped international flights at the end of January 2020, and got nothing but grief from the stupid Democrats.
Give it up already. You're a boring and sorry unfunny joke. Every day, more and more far-left bullshit gaslighting and outright lying is being exposed (collusion, fine people, election interference, Covid response, bleach, lawfare, censorship, crime, floods of illegal immigrants, biological men playing women's sports, etcetera). It's all finally falling apart for the entire world to see, and people are fed up and have had enough of cloud of stupid generated by incompetent far-left liberals, socialists, progressives, and woke assholes. Just last night in the New York primaries? Anti-Semitic and dangerous socialist Jamaal Bowman? GONE! More to come in November. Only one important question remains: Do you like your crow with or without condiments?
Red state Covid spikes
www.npr.org/.../covid-deaths-democrats-republicans-gap-study
@NYCQuestions1976 More lying. The virus was already in the country in 2019, Trump knew it was airborne in February 2020 but didn't tell anybody or openly wear a mask until July. 10,000 deaths in two weeks is enough to make any sane person panic, and the NY hospitals were swamped with tens of thousands of infected people, increasing exponentially.
@NYCQuestions1976 kind of amusing how they glossed over the point of the N95s not working.
Hey mentally ill patient: “N95 and KN95 masks were found to be 48% more effective than surgical or cloth masks, according to a CDC study“
www.ama-assn.org/.../what-doctors-wish-patients-knew-about-wearing-n95-masks
@NYCQuestions1976 Sigh. "at the end of January 2020" the virus was already spreading throughout the country. Trump knew it was airborne in February 2020 but didn't tell anybody or openly wear a mask until July. 10,000 deaths in the second two weeks of an outbreak is enough to make any sane person panic, and the NY hospitals were swamped with tens of thousands of infected people, increasing exponentially.
And, like every reputable source says, N95 masks are effective, and practically all masks are helpful as source control.
@goaded Trump shut down the borders and international flights at the end of January 2020. Meanwhile, Nancy Pelosi and Chuck Schumer were still encouraging people to gather in large groups out in public in February 2020. So knock off the bullshit.
Like you, N95 masks are useless. An N95 mask stops exactly 0% of airborne droplets 0.03 microns and smaller. Those are the droplets that carry Covid.
@NYCQuestions1976 Shutting the stable door after the horse has bolted, and lies.
The virus was already spreading throughout the country. Trump knew it was airborne in February 2020 but didn't tell anybody or openly wear a mask until July. 10,000 deaths in the second two weeks of an outbreak is enough to make any sane person panic, and the NY hospitals were swamped with tens of thousands of infected people, showing every sign of increasing exponentially.
Trump's campaign broke various lockdown laws by holding rallies when various aides had been tested positive for covid, he even went into the debate with Biden while knowingly infected.
And, like every reputable source says, N95 masks are effective, and practically all masks are helpful as source control. For example: "In a head-to-head comparison of masks worn by people with active COVID-19, the inexpensive “duckbill” N95 came out on top, stopping 98% of COVID-19 particles in the breath of infected people from escaping into the air" www.mayoclinic.org/.../art-20485449
@goaded you're literally talking to someone who certified and working with this kind of stuff and he already told you you can't have a seal while you have a beard. How many Americans were told that? How many Americans were told that they would need something much better than an N95 to stop the water particles?
You're using information from propaganda sources to argue with an actual professional who knows how these masks work. He has to seal his face from dangerous chemicals during his job dude and they make him shave his face just so the mass can form a proper seal.
The Mayo Clinic is "propaganda sources" now?
You've gone from "masks don't work" to "masks don't work properly if you have a beard", while 95% of the population don't have beards. And @NYCQuestions1976 is claiming that only airborne droplets 0.03 microns and smaller carry Covid. That's also bullshit.
You idiots all had a fit when you were simply asked to wear masks, how much worse would it have been if they'd told people to shave, too?
@goaded the Mayo Clinic is using propaganda sources, probably unknowingly since they are so widespread. Kind of like when well-meaning people thought there was weapons of mass destruction in Iraq because they were lied to.
Well let me be more precise then. N95's don't work against covid. The masks that DO require that you don't have facial hair and 33% of men in the United States have facial hair.
We shouldn't have to do any of that bullshit. We are free adults and not slaves. The deep state has run its trial run of subjugating the population and it didn't go as well as they hoped but it did go much better than it should have.. for them.
I was quoting the University of Maryland School of Public Health, but the Mayo clinic and EVERY OTHER medical facility will tell you that masks work.
It's nothing like WMD, you're just flailing. IF 33% of men in the United States have facial hair, that's still less than 15% of people, or do your children have beards too?
"We shouldn't have to do any of that bullshit." That you call the common courtesy of not speading a deadly disease among your neighbours "bullshit" says a lot about you.
And, no, "countries that had minimal restrictions" did really badly. The USA was #14 worst out of nearly 200 countries, just between Greece and Latvia. Germany was #51, Canada #79, Australia #108.
Only 5 countries in the world did worse than Arizona, Hawaii did about as well as Canada.
https://www.worldometers.info/coronavirus/
@goaded You're an obtuse idiot. An N95 mask (respirator) is designed to stop particulates (solids) that are larger than 0.03 microns. An N95 mask is what construction workers use when they're drilling holes in non-asbestos concrete. It's not a medical device, and "N95" isn't a medical rating. It's an OSHA/NIOSH rating and a construction device. An N95 mask does nothing to stop droplets (non-solids) that are 0.03 microns and smaller. Those are the airborne droplets that carry and spread Covid. If the medical community and the government were serious about stopping the spread of Covid droplets, they would've had people wearing at least a half-face respirator with HEPA filters rated at Magenta/Black, Magenta/Green, and/or Magenta/Yellow. That would've also been an issue for people with preexisting lung issues, because actual respirators that seal to your face and actually work make your breathing labored.
@goaded
You are extremely, extremely evil if you think that is an acceptable price to pay for whatever success Australia had.
The covid deaths were exaggerated, you could get shot in the head while sick with covid and they would count that as a covid death.
And you're still wrong on masks. @NYCQuestions1976 has expertise in this matter and is telling you how it is. I don't care what these propaganda sources say because they are telling you to wear a mask that's not even medically graded to help you with this shit. N95s are for construction, not preventing illness. They don't stop the water droplets.
"@NYCQuestions1976 has expertise in this matter" (as a builder?) and that makes doctors, scientists, the Mayo Clinc, the NHS, the Robert Koch Institute, all wrong? Bullshit.
Here's the study that found they work really well, but I'm sure a builder knows better than all those heath professionls. www.thelancet.com/.../fulltext "Relative efficacy of masks and respirators as source control for viral aerosol shedding from people infected with SARS-CoV-2: a controlled human exhaled breath aerosol experimental study"
I knew the mention of Australia would trigger you! They did incredibly well, fewer than 1000 deaths per million population (US: 3,642, Arizona: 4,726), and they were able to open up their society and a million aussies got to watch their teams play in person even before there were vaccines.
The obvious point that you've pivoted to avoid is that it's a perfect counter-example to your "I'm pretty sure countries that had minimal restrictions did the best."
To me, fewest deaths is doing best.
Name a country "that had minimal restrictions" and did well. Sweden? 2,682.
@goaded I work in the construction industry, but I'm not a "builder". I'm an industrial and commercial electrician, with asbestos, hazardous material, transit, confined space, and blood pathogens certifications. You couldn't even comprehend what I do, let alone function at my career. I doubt that you're qualified to even operate a butter knife and a spoon.
N95 masks don't stop or slow down the spread of Covid, and they're not medical devices. You obviously, like the government, don't understand the difference between particulates (solids) and droplets (liquid), and don't understand the difference between smaller than 0.03 microns and larger than 0.03 microns. The government lies to you, and the CDC counts on average people to be average, so they just listen and follow like sheep. Distancing, not masks, slows the spread of Covid... and Nancy Pelosi and Chuck Schumer told everyone large public gatherings were just fine and safe in February 2020.
So again, GO BE A STUPID GULLIBLE OBTUSE SOCIALIST SOMEWHERE ELSE!
@Juxtapose "The covid deaths were exaggerated, you could get shot in the head while sick with covid and they would count that as a covid death."
100% correct. Similar with all of the nursing home deaths, where Covid was the nail in the coffin. Figuratively and literally.
@NYCQuestions1976 You're funny. At least I had some evidence for what I called you, you've called me far worse than that with absolutely no clue. In fact, you just did again.
The experiment I've referred to a couple of times now demonstrated that those masks, whatever their intention, stopped 98% of the covid that infected people were breathing out. Go argue with a university (not to mention common sense).
@goaded No, I'm serious, and you're dumb. The entire N95 phenomenon is nothing more than a psychosomatic placebo. You just think/believe you're safer, when in reality, you're doing nothing.
N95 masks don't stop or slow the spread of Covid, because they don't stop anything 0.03 microns or smaller (solid or liquid). Otherwise they'd be called N98 masks. They're not designed for microscopic airborne droplets (liquids). They're designed for particulates (solids) larger than 0.03 microns. So maybe they're useful against pollen during allergy season. N95 masks stop 0% of airborne droplets 0.03 microns and smaller, and those are the droplets that carry and spread Covid. The government is lying, and you're a gullible fool. Only a half-face (or greater) respirator with a dual 99.97% HEPA (Magenta) filter cartridge (for particulates) with the added Black, Green, or Yellow rated filter cartridge (for droplets and vapors) can effectively stop the spread of Covid. Also, just plan distancing works.
I'll tell you what... go pour water through an N95 mask and let me know what happens. I suggest you do it over a sink, but you do you.
@Juxtapose @OddBeMe @goaded Updated 2024 Presidential election money line: Trump -$137 (favorite), Biden +$460 (underdog).

"We beat Medicare." - Joe Biden
My bad. I misquoted Biden.
"We finally beat Medicare." - Joe Biden
Somebody tell the gender-fluid body-positive lady they're on in 5.
@NYCQuestions1976 Keep avoiding reality, if you like. I'll trust people who know what they're talking about. Following their advice would probably have saved a couple of hundred thousand American lives.
"go pour water through an N95 mask" Why? To watch it slow down?
@goaded "He works in construction, how is that anything to do with health?"
It has EVERYTHING to do with health, and it's the primary reason why that respirator ratings are IN CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY STANDARDS, and NOT MEDICAL INDUSTRY STANDARDS.
You're a fucking idiot, and a perfect primary example as to why the Democrats, with their neo-socialist mentalities and narrow faux intellectual view of the world, are losing all of their support among educated, middle-class, blue-collar workers and their families and friends.
So as I mentioned before: Do you take your crow with or without condiments?
@NYCQuestions1976 @Juxtapose You keep ignoring everyone who says different from you, even though they really are experts. You know health care is also an occupation, right? NIOSH is part of the CDC, and the CDC recommends N95 masks for health care professionals when dealing with airborne diseases. But you think you know better. It's pathetic.
www.cdc.gov/.../guideline-isolation-h.pdf
blogs.cdc.gov/.../
@goaded the CDC is likely recommending N95s because they are easier on people than full-blown respirators and well not up to full standards, it will help a bit. So they figure getting people to do something is better than doing nothing because they know people won't want to wear the full respirators.
Either that or it is intentional malicious action brought on by the deep state and Fauci. The covid lockdowns was a great time for the deep state to test several things on the public.
@Juxtapose The CDC couldn't possibly be recommending them because they work. There has to be a Evil Plan behind any decision you disagree with for no reason. Cultist.
6 ft distance? Arbitrary, determined by corporations. Said to be determined by health professionals when it was determined by corporations. Lies.
Not to mention mask wearing and it's effectiveness has been lied about numerous times and even the supply of masks available has been lied about. The people telling you to wear these masks are laughing at you when they take them off as soon as they think the cameras come off.
@goaded Your reliance on the government to tell you the truth and protect you is pathetic. You've got zero ability to think for yourself.
Medical professionals wear masks (along with everything else) to prevent contamination via absorption (skin), not inhalation (lungs). N95 masks don't stop the spread of droplets and vapors 0.03 microns and smaller, and those are the droplets and vapors that carry and spread Covid.
Try to think about this: When hazardous material (HAZMAT) handlers show up to clean up a contaminated site, are they wearing N95 masks? Or are they wearing at least half-face respirators with the proper rated HEPA air filtration cartridges?
I ("uselessly") wrote software for a couple of major satellite systems, among other projects, so I know the difference between users and experts. Being told how to use something (even if it's "to stay alive") does not qualify someone to claim the thing doesn't work in other areas when the experts say they do.
6 ft distance was arbitrary, yes, but the fact is that it's safer than 6 inch distance and not as safe as, but a lot more practical than, 6 miles.
Of course they could have had people line up along corridors and have an infected person stand at one end to find out which ones caught it, but that would take a couple of decades, kill many people, and be extremely unethical.
@NYCQuestions1976 I can think for myself, I just happen to listen to evidence and trustworthy sources. There's a reason every country's government recommended masks, and that's because the science says they work. The pathetic thing is you'd rather believe a bunch of obvious conmen over scientists.
Yes, full hazmat gear would be even safer, but infinitely more expensive and less practical. Do neither of you, @Juxtapose, @NYCQuestions1976 understand the concept of compromise?
Do you think every building should be designed to survive being hit by an aeroplane, undamaged? No? Why do you think that is?
@goaded There was no mask "compromise" or mask "science", because N95 masks don't do what the government told the general public that they did. All a competent person needs to do is read the respirator chart online and/or read the box that the N95s come in to know that they don't do what the government told you they did. You don't need an expert for that. Especially an "expert" on the government's payroll.
Since you seem to imply that there's a major difference between "users" and "experts", before you started a typical work day writing satellite software, did you need to be told by an expert to plug in your computer to make it function? Or were you able to figure that out all by yourself?
Also, buildings are actually built to withstand a large plane strike, to a certain extent. When the Twin Towers were hit in 2001, the North Tower was hit first by the first plane on its north side, and the South Tower was hit second by the second plane on its south side, but more on an angle and towards the southeast corner of the building. That's why the South Tower fell first. Then the North Tower fell because of its foundation being compromised seismically by the collapse of the South Tower. If the South Tower had been hit in the same way as the North Tower, neither building would've collapsed.
@NYCQuestions1976 Of course they do. You just can't bring yourself out of your cult long enough to realise it.
Your home isn't built to withstand a large plane strike, is it? That's to keep prices reasonable.
There may be even better masks, but N95 masks apparently keep in 98% of covid, while not wearing masks keeps in 0%. Which is better? Why do you think not-100% = 0%?
Ok…where are we 300 replies later….
“N95 masks aren’t medical equipment”
(Sigh)
Surgical N95 Masks….
www.nytimes.com/.../
@goaded Your reliance on the government to tell you how to live your everyday life is incredibly insane. N95 masks don't "keep in 98% of Covid", or keep out 98% of Covid. Otherwise they'd be called N98 masks. N95 masks are 0% effective at stopping the spread of Covid, because Covid exists and is transmitted via droplets and vapors that are 0.03 microns or smaller, and N95 masks stop 0% of airborne droplets and vapors that are 0.03 microns and smaller. Also, N95 masks are made for particulates (solids), not droplets and vapors (liquids). Just read the damn chart or box.
Your compromise analogy is wrong. If I've got the opportunity to buy Super Bowl tickets, but I settle for playoff tickets instead, that's a compromise. Your analogy would be like actually buying Super Bowl tickets, but then just staying home and watching the game in your basement. Not a compromise, and utterly nonsensical, ridiculous and pointless, because N95 masks don't stop or slow down the spread of Covid. The government lied to you.
A single family home? Or "building", implying an office skyscraper or residential highrise? Make up your mind.
@OddBeMe Oh! You're alive! I had your "beers consumed" over/under line at 10½ after that hilarious shit show last night, and I took the over. Did I win?
N95 is a OSHA/NIOSH rating, not a medical rating, and N95 masks are worn in operating rooms to prevent contamination via absorption (skin), not inhalation (lungs).
@NYCQuestions1976 N95 masks are worn in operating rooms to prevent contamination via absorption
@OddBeMe @goaded Right from your own link, @OddBeMe :
"Protection
Our picks have been confirmed to block at least 95% of 0.1-micron particles when worn with a secure seal."
Stupid people writing a stupid article, confusing "particles" (solids) with "droplets" (liquids), and not realizing that 0.1 microns are more than 3 times larger than 0.03 microns. So they're telling the public to buy even less effective masks than the masks that do 0% anyway. Well done.
www.cdc.gov/.../2016-109.pdf
Penultimate page.
@goaded "N95 masks are worn in operating rooms to prevent contamination via absorption."
Are you an Indian Ringneck Parrot now? I posted that a number of times already. Absorption (skin) is different from inhalation (lungs), and "splashes and sprays" are larger than airborne droplets and vapors that are 0.03 microns.
@NYCQuestions1976 wait are you saying humans are expected to invent 100% perfect equipment? Because that’s literally impossible
@goaded None of the following was done. From your link:
"Myth: All N95 respirators fit and
protect the same
Although all N95 FFRs are designed to filter at least 95% of a wide size-range of particles, this protection depends on selecting the right respirator for the wearer. To be properly protected, the wearer must select a respirator that fits well to his or her face and minimizes the amount of air leakage into the facepiece [NIOSH 2009]. Because the fit of a respirator depends on certain factors, including facial characteristics, employers must provide a variety of respirator models and sizes for workers to try during the fit testing process. In
addition, users and their RPP administrator should consider their purpose for wearing a respirator: do they only need respiratory protection? Or do they also need to be shield-
ed from possible splashes and sprays? These factors must be considered during a HCWs first fit test, which is done before an employee is authorized to wear a respirator [The Joint
Commission 2014]. According to OSHA regulations, before an employee is allowed to wear a respirator, he or she must be fit tested. Fit testing must be repeated on a yearly basis, when a different respirator must be used, or when there has been a change to the wearer’s facial structure such as in cases of extreme
weight change or dental work. Results from REACH II indicate that many HCWs do not know the model and size respirator for which they have been fit tested, nor do they know
how often fit testing should take place. If HCWs are unaware of this information, they may use a device for which they have not been fit tested, or not be fit tested frequently enough. During a pandemic, shortages of N95 FFRs are
likely to occur, and workers may need to switch to a different model or size device. In this emergency situation, HCWs would need to be fit tested again with the new respirator (See
Infographic of Fit Test Requirements)."
@NYCQuestions1976 Oh, I missed one missive. Your pathological need to believe the government is lying to you when you don't understand what they're saying is incredibly insane. To your superbowl point: you're choosing to believe people who constantly lie to you.
Once more, you decide you know better than the scientists who actually performed experiments to find out how N95 masks worked in practice on covid. They're not named because of one event or particle, they're designed to a certain useful standard that turns out to be practical in multiple situations.
Then another big lie: "N95 masks stop 0% of airborne droplets and vapors that are 0.03 microns and smaller" - amazing how the manufacturers manage to make something that stops things 0.03 microns but never even accidentally stops things slightly smaller. Maybe, just maybe, to ensure compliance to the 0.03 micron rules, they design it to stop most things even smaller. Next lie: "Covid exists and is transmitted via droplets and vapors that are 0.03 microns or smaller", no, we breathe out droplets that are larger than that and teeming with virus particles, which it is important to stop.
Next lie: "N95 masks are made for particulates (solids), not droplets and vapors"
No, they're not resistant to oil, but they are to other particles. (Vapes, by the way, which were used to "show" masks didn't work, are oil.)
You live in America. Unnecessary warnings are commonplace. The masks let through 2% of covid virus particles that someone breaths out; they wouldn't be dumb enough to claim 100%.
In English houses are buildings.
@NYCQuestions1976 Then I don’t know where you’re getting your bullshit from: “An N95 offers the highest level of protection. It offers more protection than a medical mask does because it filters out both large and small particles when the wearer inhales.”
www.mayoclinic.org/.../art-20485449
@goaded "no, we breathe out droplets that are larger than that and teeming with virus particles, which it is important to stop."
Important to stop, but irrelevant in this context, because large droplets as you're describing don't stay airborne. Thus not transmitted via inhalation. Droplets 0.03 microns and smaller do stay airborne. Thus can be transmitted via inhalation. The answer is distance, not N95 masks. N95 masks stop 0% of droplets and vapors that are 0.03 microns or smaller, and those are the droplets and vapors that carry and transmit Covid.
@NYCQuestions1976 "respiratory droplets are typically 5-10 micrometers" 10x bigger than what an N95 mask blocks (which is 300nm, not 30 as you've been claiming, "expert"). Of course it's not irrelevant, we're talking about places where people can't distance (and you're proving the point that 6 ft was a reasonable request)
"Thus not transmitted via inhalation" BULLSHIT! If you're near someone who coughs without a mask, you're going to inhale it.
And then you repeat your lie that "N95 masks stop 0% of droplets and vapors that are 0.03 microns or smaller" again. They are not REQUIRED to stop them, it turns out that they largely do, as well as the larger particles. It's been measured.
@OddBeMe That article is the perfect example of the government relying on an average person in the general public being an average person in the general public:
"An N95 mask is a type of respirator that meets U. S. quality standards. An N95 offers the highest level of protection. It offers more protection than a medical mask does because it filters out both large and small particles when the wearer inhales. Nonsurgical N95s can be used by the general public.
The CDC has said surgical N95 masks should be reserved for health care professionals. Like surgical masks, N95 masks are intended to be disposable. But researchers are testing ways to disinfect and reuse them.
To work best, N95 masks should fit your face tightly."
Highest level of protection... compared to... what? The other masks not meant for the task at hand?
Stops large and small particles... of what sizes exactly, and to what limits? Boulders? Slit?
Stops large and small PARTICLES. Not DROPLETS and/or VAPORS.
So "official", and yet so vague and not applicable.
@NYCQuestions1976 We're talking over each other. I'm going to wait ten minutes then respond to whatever nonsense you post.
@NYCQuestions1976 You have issues with reality. You don't think "Person B" would have a better chance with a mask? Because they would. They'd have an even better chance if "Person A" was wearing a mask as well because it would stop it at the source.
Stopping something is better than stopping nothing. Only an idiot would think otherwise.
@goaded You're not stopping anything with an N95 mask, because the airborne droplets and vapors that carry and transmit Covid are 0.03 microns and smaller, and an N95 mask is designed for particulates. In that scenario, unless somehow immune, Person B would 100% get Covid 100% of the time. Only an idiot wouldn't understand that.
@NYCQuestions1976 The Mayo Clinic ain’t the government dumbass.
@Juxtapose Sad, but true. At least we finally beat Medicare! Isn't that fantastic news? 😂😂😂
@NYCQuestions1976 yeah…. at least Biden restocked your quips for the next few months. Meanwhile…
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pgwr9r36zIU
@NYCQuestions1976 So you're going to totally ignore that the number is 0.3 microns?
Come on, let's try to agree on one single simple fact: "the U. S. National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) N95 classification of air filtration, ... filters at least 95% of airborne particles that have a mass median aerodynamic diameter of 0.3 micrometers".
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/N95_respirator
@NYCQuestions1976 Trump handled Medicare pretty well and I support the program.
@goaded Key word: PARTICLES, not DROPLETS and/or VAPORS.
Key point: "mass median aerodynamic diameter of 0.3 micrometers". That's 0.03 microns and LARGER.
Once again: An N95 mask stops exactly 0% of airborne droplets and vapors that are 0.03 microns and smaller, and those are the droplets and vapors that carry and transmit Covid.
@NYCQuestions1976 I think you’re highly confused…
Per Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH): “N95 filters have a collection efficiency of at least 95% when tested against non-oil particles (e. g., NaCl) having a count median diameter (CMD) of 75±20 nm: geometric standard deviation (GSD) of <1.86 and a mass median aerodynamic diameter of
~300 nm
@NYCQuestions1976 and it also states 95% effective against droplets. Fucking moron.
@NYCQuestions1976 Just because you don't understand how the CDC uses the word particle. "The CDC recommends the use of respirators with at least N95 certification to protect the wearer from inhalation of infectious particles including Mycobacterium tuberculosis, avian influenza, severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS), pandemic influenza, and Ebola." Amazingly, masks are designed to exceed the requirements so that they all meet those requirements.
You don't even know what a micron is. "micron: The thousandth part of one millimeter; the millionth part of a meter." It's the SAME THING as "micrometre: An SI/MKS unit of measure, the length of one millionth of a metre. Symbol: µm, um, rm".
But you know better than the CDC.
Incidentally, you were also wrong (or lying) about larger droplets: "Observations of particle dynamics have demonstrated that a range of droplet sizes, including those with diameters of 30µm or greater, can remain suspended in the air"
www.cdc.gov/.../guideline-isolation-h.pdf
@goaded "Just because you don't understand how the CDC uses the word particle."
I never stated that the CDC doesn't know how to properly use the word "particle" or "particulates" (solids). I stated that the government was (and is) counting on the general public to not know, understand, and/or care about the difference between particulates and droplets/vapors, so when they tell the general public to do something useless, they'll just follow along without any thinking and thought process, which you've been demonstrating for me perfectly. Just like lemmings running off a cliff. N95 masks don't stop or slow down the spread and transmission of Covid, because they are 0% effective against droplets and vapors that are 0.03 microns and smaller, and those are the droplets and vapors that carry and transmit Covid. Read the respirator chart and/or the respirator packaging. It's very clear and straightforward.
I'm not reading 206 pages of something from 2007 that has nothing to do with the topic at hand. However, I'm certain it has something to do with experiments that demonstrate similar findings to these two facts:
Asbestos particulates can remain suspended in an absolute vacuum indefinitely.
Asbestos particulates can remain airborne in natural atmosphere for up to 72 hours.
Both statements are true facts, but which one is the more useful and practical everyday true fact? Hint: We don't live in a vacuum. Experiments that twist and skew the baseline beyond everyday conditions are not applicable to the facts in this discussion: N95 masks are useless against Covid, for the myriad of reasons I've posted ad nauseum.
I'll tell you this though, since I'm a nice and reasonable person that understands atmospheric science. If you ever find yourself in the Himalayas or on the Moon or Mars, wear all the N95 masks you desire.
@NYCQuestions1976 Keep trying to distract from your lack of knowledge with bullshit, if you like (why would asbestos or anything else in a vacuum not simply follow gravity?). You claim to know better than the CDC what works when you don't even understand that a micron is a micrometre and think one is ten times the size of the other.
@goaded The thinner the atmosphere, the more resistant microscopic airborne particulates and droplets are to gravity. That's basic physics and atmospheric science. That's why high pressure generally suppresses cloud formation, and low pressure generally supports cloud formation. What do you think barometric pressure measures? Try watching a video on how the weather works sometime.
Keep playing semantics. It doesn't change the fact that N95 masks are 0% effective against droplets and vapors 0.03 microns and smaller, and those are the droplets and vapors that carry and transmit Covid.
@NYCQuestions1976 sorry…wait wait. I have the CDC and the Mayo Clinic as evidence n95’s work. And then I have you…
@goaded Which one shall we beleive bud?
@NYCQuestions1976 man.. shamed shamed by the science denier!
I am wounded!
@NYCQuestions1976 I don’t have to read disclaimers moron. Scientific research is good enough for me. When all the medical texts align, that’s like god telling you to kill your own brother.
@NYCQuestions1976 OMG, so now you're changing tack and not talking about "a vacuum" any more? Unsurprising because you were talking bollocks. You can't have "microscopic airborne particulates and droplets" in a vacuum, the clue's in the word "airborne".
@OddBeMe Any of Mayo Clinic, CDC, RKI, NHS, AHPPC, New Zealand's Ministry of Health, and their actual evidence over someone who so confidently exposes his lack of knowledge.
@goaded It's "suspended" in a vacuum, not "airborne". Learn the difference and learn how to read, Dingleberry. New Zealand? They were already social distanced from all of us before the pandemic.
@OddBeMe The only things that are aligned are the bottle with your mouth. You don't read and figure things out? That explains your stupid lemming tendencies. I also would never kill my brother, because I'm not a bigot. I'll leave the bigotry, along with the racism, intolerance, censorship, gaslighting, and revisionist history to all of you leftists.
@OddBeMe @goaded Okay, my little Balloon Heads. I'm done with you nonsensical nimrods for the weekend. Try not to wander into traffic while I'm busy enjoying life.
@NYCQuestions1976 Sigh. Still wouldn't be "suspended" in a vacuum if there was gravity present. Just like moon dust. You just made some shit up in the hopes of sounding intelligent, and failed.
@goaded what the fuck makes you think he was talking about gravity?
"Asbestos particulates can remain suspended in an absolute vacuum indefinitely."
An absolute vacuum is obviously referring to empty space away from objects.
Jesus you people are fucking weird. He's telling you very clearly how this works and even tells you to check the packaging but you are so fucking propagandized you are willing to do anything to defend these covid cultists and their false information.
He was talking bollocks. No "absolute vacuum" is not "obviously referring to empty space away from objects". A vacuum is an absence of gas, nothing to do with gravity, you can create one in a lab.
In the presence of gravity, anything that has mass will follow gravity and fall, because there's no gas to have an effect on it. That's why he switched to talking about the atmosphere, which is not a vacuum, by definition.
This bit "The thinner the atmosphere, the more resistant microscopic airborne particulates and droplets are to gravity." might actally be true, but "Asbestos particulates can remain suspended in an absolute vacuum indefinitely." most certainly is not. Nor is a micron different from a micrometre.
How many obvious basic mistakes like that do you think someone has to make before you realise they're not a worthwhile source? Or that maybe it's you two and not all the doctors and scientists in the world that are spreading false information?
No, he's right and given the track record of you two I don't really trust your judgment.
www.usatoday.com/.../
This link for instance? Fraudulent. There are no virus particles, it suggests that smaller objects are attracted to bigger objects always and you would need static electricity to operate the mask how they describe properly. It's a complete shit show and it was in 2020, the height of the covid gas lighting.
Of course you don't believe facts that show you're wrong, that's obvious from the 300+ post thread where you've done nothing but.
"Experts say this claim flies in the face of numerous studies and reflects a failure to grasp fundamental principles of how viruses behave and how face masks work."
They're talking about you!
www.usatoday.com/.../
@goaded @OddBeMe I had to cut my weekend fun short because of storms. What stupidity did I miss from the two of you? Let's see...
1.) If Moon particulates are disturbed, since the Moon has no atmosphere, they will remain suspended for a very extended period of time, until the Moon's limited gravity eventually brings the particulates back to the surface. That could take weeks, if not longer. Unless they're distributed far enough from the surface to break the Moon's gravity. It's similar with microscopic asbestos particulates here. That's why asbestos isn't considered dangerous until it's disturbed, and why water amended with a surfactant is used during asbestos abatements.
2.) Now you're invoking the static electricity clause from a link during the height of the government's Covid gaslighting. That's cute. You would've been better off invoking the Santa Claus. Or just read the N95 box.
3.) Just about all of your far-left liberal lies from over the last 8 years have been completely debunked. The gaslighting is over. Bleach? Collusion? Covid origins? Fine people? Interference? January 6th? Joe is cognitively fine? The Hunter laptop is disinformation? Political lawfare trials? All liberal BULLSHIT. Whatever ones remain, if any, will be debunked soon enough. As the ol' song goes, "Turn out the lights, the party's over." Somebody tell the gender-fluid body-positive lady they're on in 5.
@NYCQuestions1976 not sure wtf you and goady talking about. The moon?
I’m just asking you why do you keep parroting n95 bullshit with no evidence? Even after I gave you multitudes of independent medical research?
@OddBeMe He was talking about his next vacation plans.
The CDC, run by the federal government and doing the bidding of a gaslighting government during the pandemic, doesn't count as "independent medical research". Neither does an article published by a "news" outlet during the pandemic that carries water for liberals.
Just read an N95 box. They're useless against Covid. It's not that difficult to understand. I know that it's got to suck accepting the fact that the federal government took all of you lemming liberals for saps, but it is what it is. Time to learn from your mistakes and move on.
@NYCQuestions1976 that wasn’t the only link I provided was it? Don’t you think if Harvard medical, the Mayo Clinic or Scientific American could prove N95s…or the vaxx…was meaningless against Covid, they would say so?
Think about all the research grants and advertising they’d get from being the one to break that news. That’s how science is always putting out the best information. Constant competition.
@OddBeMe Break the news? Of what? That they helped the government lie? Every one of those links talked about particulates (solids) instead of droplets (liquids). They counted on everyone blindly following them based on the assumption that the general public wouldn't know that there's a difference or not caring that there's a difference... and you're continuing to prove my point.
The only thing that all of those masks did was set back children's abilities to learn and understand social cues via facial expressions, and cause them trauma and anxiety. It may be years before we fully realize and understand the damage the government caused by forcing children to wear masks and keeping them out of school for a year to a year and a half.
@NYCQuestions1976 are you listening to yourself? There’s some big conspiracy between all these independent medical research groups and the US government. The Deep State!
Are you fucking serious?
@NYCQuestions1976 FFS. @OddBeMe we're talking about the moon because he made a totally bullshit claim about asbestos in a vacuum that he's now going to spend an eternity defending rather than admit he's wrong.
"1.) If Moon particulates are disturbed, since the Moon has no atmosphere, they will remain suspended for a very extended period of time, until the Moon's limited gravity eventually brings the particulates back to the surface."
Is absolute bollocks. Dust will fall to the surface at exactly the same rate as a feather or a hammer, because it's in a vacuum. There's nothing for it to be suspended in.
You keep claiming all the experts in the world are not just wrong but lying and you're right, with just the same amount of misplaced confidence.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Oo8TaPVsn9Y
@NYCQuestions1976 Like I said "You keep claiming all the experts in the world are not just wrong but lying and you're right", and you never admit when you're wrong.
@NYCQuestions1976 You'd like that, wouldn't you? You could just accept that you're wrong (according to every expert in the world), but you can't stop accusing them of doing what you're doing. Just like you can't accept that you were wrong about asbestos in a vacuum.
@goaded Look, IDIOT. Microscopic asbestos particulates/fibers are so light that they can be airborne in normal atmosphere for up to 72 hours. In a total vacuum (complete LACK of ATMOSPHERE), where there are NO AIR MOLECULES, microscopic asbestos particulates/fibers are so light that they can remain suspended INDEFINITELY. It's called PHYSICS. Eventually they'll succumb to gravity, but it can take an eternity. Same thing if microscopic particulates were disturbed on the Moon. It the same principle that allows warmer air to hold more water vapor than colder air, because warmer air is lighter and the air molecules in warmer air are farther apart from one another. Thus there's "more room" in a warmer atmosphere for water vapor molecules, and they can stay airborne longer. How can you claim to program satellites and not understand the basic fundamentals of the earth sciences and atmospheric sciences? Go back to school, Dummy.
@NYCQuestions1976 I knew you couldn't resist repeating and defending your nonsense.
Dust particles are kept up in the air by being hit by gas molecules. It's called https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Brownian_motion . Where there is no gas (a vacuum), there's nothing to keep the particles up, so they fall at the same rate as everything else.
Feathers, hammers, and bowling balls all fall at the same rate in a vacuum, and so does everything else, including asbestos dust. There's no atmosphere to keep it up. This is really simple physics stuff you should have learned in high school.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E43-CfukEgs
You're just as correct about masks as you are about this. You're also still convinced you're right about both, aren't you?
@goaded There's also no atmosphere weighing down on those items either. Did you notice that after the freefall, the feathers bounced higher and further away than the bowling ball? Why? FOR THE EXACT REASONS THAT I'VE BEEN TELLING YOU. The less mass, the easier it is to resist and potentially escape gravity. IDIOT!
@Juxtapose I finally realized the problem with these two idiots. They're like those people you hear about in the news every so often who put a destination into their GPS and follow it exactly, without any deviations whatsoever, no matter what's going on around them. Then they end up in a lake or drive off a bridge or into a building. Afterwards, they can't understand why it happened, because they followed the GPS perfectly, and the GPS is never ever wrong.
@NYCQuestions1976 I'm using independent and critical thinking right now. It shows me two things:
1. you don't understand basic high school physics, and
2. you'll avoid admitting a mistake at all costs, which is not healthy.
"There's also no atmosphere weighing down on those items either."
That's not how the atmosphere works. Quite the opposite, in fact, objects are buoyed up by the weight of the gas they displace (which isn't much). That's how helium balloons go up; the air they displace weighs more than the balloon and the gas inside it.
"Did you notice that after the freefall, the feathers bounced higher and further away than the bowling ball? Why?"
The feathers bounced higher because they're flexible, they're bouncy, which bowling balls really aren't. Drop them onto a trampoline, and the bowling ball would bounce higher because the springs are affected by the weight of the object, not a function of gravity. Props for actually watching the video, though.
Are all the physics books lying to you, as well as the doctors and scientists?
@goaded The helium element is lighter and has less density than normal atmosphere. That's why it rises and "moves" normal atmosphere.
I haven't made any mistakes, and the only thing that's unhealthy is your reliance on government to guide your life and your failure to accept that you're wrong, gullible, and dumb.
@NYCQuestions1976 "I haven't made any mistakes" Do you really think that's true?
Yes, helium has less density than normal atmosphere, which is why there's an upward force on it equal to the difference between the weight of the balloon and its helium contents and the weight of the displaced air. The point was that atmosphere does the opposite of pushing things down, as you claimed, it provides a (usually negligable) upward force. (It's the same mechanism as boats in water.)
Asbestos dust, feathers, and bowling balls will experience the same acceleration from gravity and thus fall down at the same speeds in a vacuum. Your claim that that's not true is a mistake, getting on for a lie at this point since you continue to reject the facts despite having access to them all.
@NYCQuestions1976 You do love throwing insults when you know you're wrong, don't you? In a gravity well, in a vacuum, any matter, including your precious asbestos dust, will fall at the same rate as a bowling ball, or a feather. You are quite simply wrong, and quite simply incapable of admitting it. Same as with the masks.
@NYCQuestions1976 Sure, change the subject from objective science to insults. A prepared Trump administration with a Trump SCOTUS would be the end of civilization as we know it, but scientists are generally trustworthy.
@NYCQuestions1976 right. That’s why corporations are worth billions and the government has a multi trillion dollar debt.
@Juxtapose Get a load of the paranoia! "End of civilization!" Classic! 😂😂😂😂😂
@NYCQuestions1976 get a load of the idiot who thinks he’s a medical researcher! Lol
@NYCQuestions1976 You're a moron who can't grasp high school physics, why should I listen to you?
Biden, as of today, is legally allowed to commit any crime, as long as it's part of his official duties or it can only be proved by administration documents or testimony. That list of official duties would increase amazingly if he had one of the justices taken away somewhere for, say, flying insurrectionist flags, or taking bribes.
The thing is that Biden won't do anything like that, but Trump would in a heartbeat, if he's elected.
@goaded Biden already has, with his brother and his son, and has been doing it before during and after his Vice Presidency, and into his Presidency. So go WAH about it somewhere else.
@OddBeMe You really need to cut back on the day drinking. Let your few brain cells feast on some oxygen for a change.
@OddBeMe @goaded It's over, Fools! Slowly but surely, all around the world, people are finally rejecting anti-freedom socialism. It's a fantastic day and fantastic future for common sense, critical thinking, and individual freedoms.
@NYCQuestions1976 he’s got nothing left but cult-like yelling and ad hominem attacks. I’d actually vote for Trump over this guy. I think he’s dumber.
@NYCQuestions1976 Yay! You moved the conversation from your obvious misunderstanding of high school physics to something you can pretend to understand! Ain't that grand.
@goaded @OddBeMe Aww. So now you guys are dumb AND sad. Aww. When liberals are sad it's a great day for the rest of humanity. You know, if you need to cure your sadness, instead of wearing N95 masks that don't do anything that the government told you they did, you should try something more heavy duty. Try a nice thick plastic bag, and don't forget to inhale deeply.
@NYCQuestions1976 Ah, yes, you're free of the stain of not understanding high school physics or masks, now, you've got something else to lie about, lucky you!
@NYCQuestions1976 Serisous Q: why government hate? I don’t follow them slavishly like you do Trump. Fauci was a public face- but take him out of it. The CDC and NIH are literal doctoral experts devoting their resources to our country.
@goaded I've been very patient with your disingenuous socialist pompous stupidity. Using and understanding respirators is something I've been doing for over half my career, and I go through extensive mandatory retraining (both physically and academically) every year. I don't need political and medical bureaucrats pushing pencils at desks somewhere in Washington and/or in a facility lounge on a campus to gaslight me into believing that my 13 years of hands-on training, experience, and expertise is suddenly bullshit because they want to push a propaganda agenda to bamboozle the general public into voluntarily shutting down their lives and giving up their everyday freedoms for wearing a mask that doesn't even help reduce their risk of getting sick in the first place. The federal government lied to all of us about the origins of Covid, and used the medical community as a weapon to grow their power at the expense of all of our individual personal freedoms. They counted on the public being lemmings, and all of you non-thinkers filled the roles perfectly. Also, I could've easily earned doctorates in meteorology, geology, physics, or jurisprudence if I really wanted, but I could've never spent my professional life at a desk or in a laboratory or in a courtroom with white collar stiffs as my coworkers. I deliberately chose and prefer my career as an electrician so I'd be challenged intellectually AND physically. I love working with my hands in New York City and generating massive power where none previously existed. "The Lord said, 'Let there be electricians.' Then WE said, 'Let there be light.'"
The "too long, didn't read" version: Go fuck yourself, socialist.
@OddBeMe Primarily, the federal government should be as tiny as possible at all times. Then specifically, they lied to all of us about the origins of Covid, and used the medical community as a weapon to grow their power at the expense of all of our individual personal freedoms.
As for Trump, I don't "follow" him, or even like him. I tolerate him, and will vote for him, because liberals, socialists, progressives, and the woke hate him. Anything that all of those dangerous idiots hate is good for the United States.
@NYCQuestions1976 damn straight 🤜
What has been the happening with all of this covid nonsense and the deep state.. well at least the Supreme Court has some sense with recent rulings. Trump will be much better equipped to tackle problems without having to worry about illegal Stalinist tactics.
@NYCQuestions1976 I’m glad we get under your skin that much. Nothing you could do would make vote against my self interests.
@NYCQuestions1976 Since you've shown you don't understand basic physics with your dust-in-a-vacuum nonsense, why should anyone believe you know what masks can and can't do, just because you've been taught how to wear one to protect yourself from things that aren't viruses being exhaled by people?
The "too long, didn't read" version: an ability to wear a mask doesn't make you an expert in what they can and can't do. Being an expert does.
You're certain that the government is lying to you whenever you don't like what they say, just as you're certain masks don't work and that dust doesn't fall in a vacuum.
You're also incapable of admitting mistakes. Pathologically so.
@Juxtapose @NYCQuestions1976 You two honestly can't see what's coming, can you?
You've got your groups to hate and despise, and a leader who now has free reign to break the law for anything his pet "justices" will accept as an "official act", even though no president in 250 years needed or expected immunity from prosecution.
Hitler used the Jews, Romani, gays, and disabled, and managed to get a law passed allowing him to pass laws without input from the government.
Four months later, there was only one political party in Germany and no more elections until they were defeated, 12 years later, with millions dead.
But overall I am so glad this lawfare (which never would have happened to Trump if he didn't run for president and had so much success) is pretty much utterly destroyed and defeated. There's no way he's going to be charged with much more before he becomes president and can pardon himself. Woot!
@Juxtapose Wow. You've reached a new low of lies with "literally every single officer the government already employs has immunity".
From being sued, perhaps, not for criminal conduct!
@Juxtapose Get a load of the Paranoia Boys. "We DoN't KnOw WhAt'S cOmInG!" I think @goaded is foaming at the mouth again. 😂😂
@OddBeMe @goaded I can feel your socialism anger.
It makes me stronger.
Gives me focus.
@OddBeMe How are the Justices dumb? By upholding something in the Constitution that's been in effect since the Washington administration? By not being anti-American socialists? By doing their job?
@goaded Since you're so sure if yourself, you should go into a vacuum with some asbestos and an N95 mask and prove me wrong.
Don't worry. I know exactly what's coming. Not socialism.
@NYCQuestions1976 We know exactly what's coming if Trump wins. You're right, for once, it's not socialism, it's fascism. I know you're fine with that, but I hope the American people wake up to the facts soon enough.
@goaded No it's not stupid fascism. It's just not the stupid far-left. Same goes for the elections throughout Europe. Bye bye socialists!
All of you dumb far-left fools are such intolerant hypocrites. You all scream and cry about Trump being a "danger to democracy" (he's not, and the United States is a Constitutional Republic), yet the Democrats and the Biden administration want to sue Kennedy off the ballot. Somehow to Democrats, that's not anti-democracy:
www.cbsnews.com/.../
It's also great how this gets reported on by the mainstream media like once or twice, and then it gets buried. No hypocrisy there!
Bottom line: If Biden is such a good President, and such a strong candidate, then why can't he just beat Trump, Kennedy, and everyone else at the ballot box?
@NYCQuestions1976 So Trump's a danger to a Constitutional Republic? Specifically the democracy part, which all republics are.
Biden is a good president, and he will win, but he needs people to understand what they'd be walking into otherwise, first.
"RFK Jr. was recruited to run by MAGA Republicans; is being propped up by Trump's largest donor; and his own campaign staff has said their goal is to hurt President Biden," said Matt Corridoni, a spokesperson for the Democratic National Committee. "He has no real grassroots support, no pathway to 270 electoral votes, and his campaign is resorting to a pattern of deception and shortcuts to circumvent state rules for independent candidate ballot access."
(Your link.)
@NYCQuestions1976 You're as right about that as you are about masks, dust in a vacuum, and pretty much everything else.
@goaded The money line betting odds show otherwise:
www.actionnetwork.com/.../presidential-election-odds-donald-trump-supreme-court-decision-2024-election-predictions
@NYCQuestions1976 Biden is a good president, and he will win, but he needs people to understand what they'd be walking into otherwise, first.
@NYCQuestions1976 No paranoia. I recognise patterns from the 1930's in Germany, that are happening right now in the US.
Before, the targets of hate were the Gays, Jews, and Romani, today they're the Trans, Jews, and "woke".
Before, the law was that Hitler could pass laws without a vote in parliament, today it's that the president is immune for prosecution for anything he can claim is an official act.
If Trump wins, he's explaining what he's going to do (Project2025), and there's no way he won't go further. Do you like pornography? Because part of the plan is to make it illegal.
@goaded You are most certainly paranoid. Absolutely 100%. Your tiny disturbed socialist mind has taken a complete walk off the map. You're not recognizing anything, because none of that crap you're whining about is happening with the non-left. So stop with the misdirection and gaslighting. All of the intolerance, censorship, hatred, and dangerous government nonsense is all on the left... especially the anti-Semitism. You're just throwing a tantrum because socialism bullshit is being rejected more and more around the world. It's an excellent and wonderful development for individual freedoms and humanity as a whole.
Here. Enjoy some more money line betting odds:

@NYCQuestions1976 "Jews will not replace us!"
https://www.bbc.com/news/world-us-canada-65307774
Is there anything you won't be enthusiastically wrong about?
@goaded "From being sued, perhaps, not for criminal conduct!"
There has been no criminal conduct committed by Trump. Protecting him from frivolous lawsuits is exactly what this is for because these lawsuits are absolutely baseless and completely motivated by politics. You can't look somebody in the eyes and tell them that Trump would face these charges if he was not the prime political rival of Joe Biden. Get the fuck out of here with that bullshit.
@Juxtapose Andrew Cuomo said that exact same thing to Bill Maher. At least about the New York hush money case, anyway.
@goaded So all of the Hamasshole supporters protesting on college campuses are on the far-right? Bullshit. You an even bigger idiot than I realized.
Slowly but surely, stupid and dangerous socialism is finally going bye bye. You're just throwing a tantrum because you can't handle the fact that your days of controlling the general public via gaslighting are coming to an end. So take your sour grapes whine elsewhere.
@NYCQuestions1976 yep, this never would have happened if Trump was not running for president and doing well.
Straight up Stalinist tactics. I was right in calling these far leftist lunatics Marxists.
@Juxtapose "There has been no criminal conduct committed by Trump" You know it's not just me disagreeing with you, it's the justice system. The only reason Trump hasn't been convicted in all four trials is that he's spent millions on delaying everything, with the enthusiastic assistance of Judge Cannon, who he supported, and a corrupt SCOTUS.
And, yes, I could look somebody in the eyes and tell them that Trump would face these charges whoever he was. Just like his CFO, Allen Weisselberg, who's in Rikers for lying on Trump's behalf, Trump's former lawyer, spent time there, too, also for breaking laws for him. A court found that Trump, his adult sons, and the Trump Organization had repeatedly committed fraud. Back in 2014, a New York judge found Trump personally liable for operating "Trump University" without the required business license.
Anyone else would have spent time in jail for a fraction the contempt he showed the court, and the main difference to anyone else who committed so much fraud and crimes is that he got a 4 year stay out of jail free card.
@NYCQuestions1976 You know that's from Charlottesville, and you know who they were.
@goaded Yes, and they were denounced by Trump. Another prime example of gaslighting by the left that's been completely debunked. The anti-Semitic Hamasshole protesters all over college campuses are on the left, and you know that's a fact.
You're obtuse, and your hypocrisy is blatant:
@goaded : "Trump has contempt for the court system."
Also @goaded : "The Supreme Court is corrupt."
You're just throwing a tantrum because socialism bullshit is being rejected more and more all around the world. Enjoy your diet of crow and sour grapes whine for years to come.
@Juxtapose Biden is scared of Kennedy also. He and the Democrats are suing to get him removed from the ballot. That's hypocrisy, not democracy.
@NYCQuestions1976 Oh, no! I'm so inconsistent. Or did I just miss out some qualification?
"Trump has contempt for the court system" *when it's not working for him*. He loves Judge "loose" Cannon and SCOTUS. That "The Supreme Court is corrupt" is so amazingly obvious at this point, I don't even know where to start.
You know there are Jewish students (and Israeli citizens) protesting the destruction of Gaza, too. It's not anti-Semitic to oppose the Israeli government's actions in Gaza. Sane people can do that while also despising the Hamas attack. (ISTR, it's been reported that the Israeli government knew about it in advance.)
@goaded You're just annoyed because the Supreme Court has been handing down Constitutionally-appropriate decisions, and not stupid dangerous socialism decisions. Anything political that makes you miserable means that it's great for humanity. So tantrum on!
I absolutely KNEW that you'd make excuses for leftist racist, hateful, intolerant behavior:
www.cnn.com/.../index.html
www.cnn.com/.../index.html
Crow and sour grapes whine for you, individual freedoms for everyone else.
@NYCQuestions1976 again this is straight parallel to Germany in the 30s. They were so consumed with not being socialist they supported the fascist.
@OddBeMe Nonsense, paranoia, gaslighting and bullshit. Far-left liberals, socialists, progressives, and the woke just want 100% control of 100% of everything 100% of the time via big fat stupid bloated grim reaper albatross government, and can't stand when people have individual rights and freedoms, and think for themselves.
@NYCQuestions1976 @OddBeMe is exactly right, as I was when I pointed out you were following the same path.
"You've got your groups to hate and despise, and a leader who now has free reign to break the law for anything his pet "justices" will accept as an "official act", even though no president in 250 years needed or expected immunity from prosecution.
Hitler used the Jews, Romani, gays, and disabled, and managed to get a law passed allowing him to pass laws without input from the government.
Four months later, there was only one political party in Germany and no more elections until they were defeated, 12 years later, with millions dead."
The only difference between then and now is that communism is non-existent in the US. You have to endlessly lie about the just relatively left wing Democrats, who are not far off the UK Tory party.
@NYCQuestions1976 That's an admission you have no reasonable argument.
@NYCQuestions1976 Watch tomorrow's UK election.
You guys even share half the scapegoats Hitler used.
@goaded Watch another country's election? Tomorrow? You're funny. It's Independence Day here. Tomorrow is for celebrating the United States, boating, barbecuing, drinking, and fireworks. Plus it's a four day weekend. Don't worry though. I'll set aside a few minutes sometime over the next 4½ days to laugh at you.
Socialism is finally going bye bye. Don't like it? Feel free to go dial whine-one-one and request a wah-mbulance.
@NYCQuestions1976 It'll have happened by lunch time.
@goaded I'm not altering my celebration plans here to watch another country's election, and an uneventful one at that. The moderate-right party has been in control for about 15 years in the United Kingdom, and the moderate-left party is poised to have a big win after purging their party of far-left socialist politicians to make themselves more appealing to centrists, moderates, swing voters, and blue-collar workers. A wise move, if it works as being predicted. The Democrats here should do the same.
@NYCQuestions1976 that’s funny. No left wing scotus rulings have taken away women’s rights or given presidents fascist immunity.
@goaded the only ones who are acting with any decency here is actually the Supreme Court because they are doing the right thing. These politicians wearing black robes in New York City and whatnot are repulsive and should face criminal prosecution by Trump if he wins. Everyone in these sham trials who helped push this bullshit should face criminal prosecution and be made an example of.
Oh bullshit, none of that shit would have happened if Trump was not running for office. He's 78 years old and was never convicted before for fucking shit. But meanwhile you want to tell me the career politician who has been in Washington for 50 years is so squeaky clean even though he's a vicious segregationist and touches children inappropriately? Are you fucking serious?
The entire court deserves nothing but contempt because it is a kangaroo court. Fuck this shit man, I can't wait for Trump to win.
@OddBeMe Presidents have had immunity since the Washington administration, and Democrats in Congress had the opportunity to codify Roe Verses Wade numerous times over the years. Abortions are neither Constitutional nor unconstitutional, because they're not mentioned IN the Constitution. Congress needed to pass a common sense pro-choice law, with the choice cutoff set somewhere between 14 and 22 weeks, and with all of the obvious exceptions. Democrats had control of the House, Senate, and White House numerous times in the last half century to make that happen. They failed. So go have a glass of sour grapes whine with your silly socialist friend.
@NYCQuestions1976 don't you love the socialist tears?
@Juxtapose Yes, especially on Independence Day.
@NYCQuestions1976 here's to the shitlibs being triggered by the loud explosions and praise to America 🍻
@Juxtapose 🍻 🇺🇸
Curse those damn liberals making up excuses for Biden like, uh, Robert K. Hur.
"It is not our role to assess the criminal charges pending against Mr. Trump, but several material distinctions between Mr. Trump's case and Mr. Biden's are clear. Unlike the evidence involving Mr. Biden, the allegations set forth in the indictment of Mr. Trump, if
proven, would present serious aggravating facts. Most notably, after being given multiple chances to return classified documents and avoid prosecution, Mr. Trump allegedly did the opposite. According to the indictment, he not only refused to return the documents for many months, but he also obstructed justice by enlisting others to destroy evidence and then to lie about it. In contrast, Mr. Biden turned in classified documents to the National Archives and the Department of Justice, consented to the search of multiple locations including his homes, sat for a voluntary interview. and in other ways cooperated with the investigation."
@NYCQuestions1976 That's not me, that's Hur, the Republican who investigated Biden and decided there was no evidence that he intentionally did any thing wrong.
Trump, however, "after being given multiple chances to return classified documents and avoid prosecution, Mr. Trump allegedly did the opposite. ... he not only refused to return the documents for many months, but he also obstructed justice by enlisting others to destroy evidence and then to lie about it."
Those are obvious and critical differences. (I'll note Pence also behaved like Biden and got the same treatment.)
@NYCQuestions1976 Trump could shoot someone in the street and you fucks would be bitching about “Biden documents”
@goaded No, Hur concluded that Biden did plenty wrong, but he was now too stupid and too feeble to stand trial. Another part you conveniently left out.
@OddBeMe Presidential immunity doesn't cover Vice Presidents and Senators, which are the titles that Biden had when he illegally obtained the classified documents that were in his possession.
@NYCQuestions1976 "In addition to this shortage of evidence, there are other innocent explanations for the documents that we cannot refute." Reasonable doubt.
@goaded Yeah, Biden didn't pack the moving truck in 2017. Same with Trump in 2021. Except that Trump, as President, was allowed to possess classified documents. Biden, as Senator and as Vice President, was never allowed to possess classified documents. Both cases are a distraction. Also, the documents that Trump had were "so classified" that the media had no problem showing pictures of some of those actual documents all over the national news.
@NYCQuestions1976 As usual you'll ignore the fact that Biden and Pence cooperated with the investigations when they found stuff and Trump did the opposite in many, many ways. The media didn't show a single confidential document, the only thing on display were the covers.
Trump took boxes of documents belonging to the government, almost (yeah, right!) certainly on purpose, he refused to give them back when he was asked for them. He gave some of them back and lied that was all of them. He showed US battle plans to journalists while explaining that he hadn't declassified them when he was president...
Just to see exactly how gullible you are, do you believe the FBI was going to shoot Trump during the search?
@goaded Trump was (and will be again) President. He was allowed to possess classified documents, and declassify classified documents. Pence and Biden were not allowed to possess classified documents, and had no ability to declassify classified documents. The media most certainly showed pictures of classified documents on the national news, and it wasn't just the cover pages. Go foam at the mouth over your TDS somewhere else. You're embarrassing yourself.
@OddBeMe Male agents? Banged up again, huh?
@NYCQuestions1976 He wasn't president when he lied about having the documents, and they were never his. That's the law.
"You're embarrassing yourself." is one of your many tells.
@goaded No one intelligent and/or important cares, because once Trump said the documents are declassified, they're no longer classified. As President, Trump was allowed to possess classified documents, and declassify classified documents. Only morons care about this, and it's a waste of time and taxpayer dollars. The media certainly feigned outrage, as they showed many of the documents on the national news, for the entire universe to see. Also, you most certainly are embarrassing yourself. Your TDS has completely detached you from reality.
@NYCQuestions1976 How would you know? Trump didn't declassify the one he showed to some journalists on the record, he said as much. And the classification doesn't even matter because the documents were not his to take, they belong to the government. The lies he told the FBI were crimes, as well.
The man's a crook, and you support him.
This is disgusting. You guys are running cover for Joe Biden and saying what he did was so innocent while finding every excuse in the book to go after Trump.
Trump is a moderate liberal and Joe Biden is a raging segregationist who showered with his own daughter. What the fuck is wrong with you guys? Joe Biden has been in government for 50 years and even Obama can tell you not to underestimate his ability to fuck things up. Joe Biden has a horrible voting record and has been wrong on pretty much everything during his service and government. He's a piece of shit and also a plagiarist.
For fuck sakes you guys are praising Hillary Clinton in this very post. That is a 9 out of 10 in terms of supporting pure evil. You guys can't get much more evil than Hillary Clinton. If she could she would JFK all of her political opponents.. she even suggested drone striking Julian Assange.
No Democratic president has ever failed to peacefully hand over power. No Democratic president ever asked for immunity from prosecution. No Democratic president tells their supporters to hate and despise anyone. Democratic presidents have all worked for all Americans.
Trump has failed to peacefully hand over power, asked for immunity from prosecution, and tells his supporters to hate and despise immigrants, Mexicans, South Americans, Democrats, trans people (and you all already hated the gays and the Jews, so he doesn't need to say it out loud).
@goaded ironic that you were talking about Jew hatred when Joe Biden has withdrawn critical support from Israel while he gives weapons to Nazis in Ukraine xD
Everything you say is from fucking lala land. Trump has done nothing wrong and presidents have always had immunity. Why do you think we were able to drop the atomic bomb without the president at the time suffering consequences?
One of the last somewhat good Democrats we had was JFK and the deep state fucking killed him.
@Juxtapose There's no point in bringing up the documented Biden family incest to @goaded. He lives in a country where incest is legal. So he probably sees Biden's incest as a positive.
@goaded Oh no! Trump had possession of classified documents one of the times he was being interviewed by the media while he was President! Oh and what's this? Trump hates ILLEGAL* immigrants? You mean just like between ⅔ and ¾ of the citizens of the United States? WhAt ArE wE eVeR gOiNg To Do? I know! Elect Trump again in November! Whew! That was an easy question to answer!
*Just like every other far-left socialist jerkoff, you conveniently leave out the ILLEGAL part of ILLEGAL immigrants and ILLEGAL immigration. Immigrating into the United States is to be done LEGALLY, and is a PRIVILEGE, not a RIGHT.
@NYCQuestions1976 "Oh no! Trump had possession of classified documents one of the times he was being interviewed by the media while he was President!"
Still batting a thousand on being wrong about everything, I see. He was not president, he told the journalists, on tape, that he hadn't declassified what he was showing them back when he was president. Listen for yourself.
www.cnn.com/.../20230626-trump_audio.mp3
But since you're incapable of admitting you're wrong, an undeniable fact considering the number of times you've failed to on this thread alone, I expect you'll change the subject. Again.
Trump often also neglects to mention the ILLEGAL part of ILLEGAL immigrants and ILLEGAL immigration. The El Paso shooter certainly failed to see the distinction. And I'm sure you don't distinguish between "illegal" immigrants and asylum seekers who must be physically present in the United States to apply.
@Juxtapose FFS, millions of Jews despise what the Israeli government is doing as much as they dispise Hamas and there are more Nazis in the US and in Russia than in Ukraine.
If presidents had always had immunity, why didn't SCOTUS have a unanimous opinion, rather than half the vote protecting Trump coming from Justices nominated by Trump and ignoring where the constitution says presidents can be prosecuted for crimes?
"Why do you think we were able to drop the atomic bomb without the president at the time suffering consequences?"
Are you that thick that you don't understand the country was in a declared war against Japan at the time?
@goaded Nothing you believe makes any logical sense whatsoever and nothing you claim to be true is credible, because you're a socialist suffering from the most serious form of TDS ever recorded. Nothing I've stated at any point about anything has been wrong. The only problem here is that you're a government-loving moron that refuses to accept the proven fact that you're a government-loving moron. You obsess over ridiculous nonsense that no one important and/or intelligent cares about at all. Just go eat your crow and drink your sour grapes whine. Enough is enough already. Socialism is the philosophy of losers, it's finally going bye bye, and the more miserable you are about it, the better off the rest of humanity is all around the world.
@NYCQuestions1976 My God you're boring. OK, so, just to take the most recent thing I said, what's incorrect about me saying "Are you that thick that you don't understand the country was in a declared war against Japan at the time?" to "Why do you think we were able to drop the atomic bomb without the president at the time suffering consequences?"
Almost everything you say is wrong, certainly everything I've disagreed with. (Some details of masks you are right about, but your extrapolations from builder's safety training onto virology are just nuts). I think you did accidentally say something that was correct a while ago. I can't remember what, but I think I noted it at the time.
@goaded What you fail to understand is that you're automatically wrong about everything that we disagree on because you're a socialist. Being a socialist automatically makes you perpetually wrong. Period.
You're conflating two different points. Truman dropped two atomic bombs because the Japanese Empire refused to surrender after one atomic bomb. Truman dropped those two bombs because we were at war. He suffered no consequences for dropping those two bombs for three reasons: 1.) We won the war; 2.) Presidential immunity; and 3.) The United States was the only country with those bombs at that time, so no one was going to say shit to us.
@NYCQuestions1976 why are we discussing Biden’s crimes when he had auto immunity?
@NYCQuestions1976 Unfortunately for you, political opinions do not make anyone right or wrong on facts. Facts do. People on the right are often correct about facts. Just not you.
As to Truman, his military dropped millions of bombs. The atomic bombs were just two, and the Japanese hadn't surrendered. Truman had nothing legal to worry about, just possibly morally.
Why don't you point out something I said that you believe is demonstrably wrong?
@NYCQuestions1976 Aw, look at the moron trying to distract! Why don't you point out something I said that you believe is demonstrably wrong?
@goaded Every political opinion you post is formulated from your belief in stupid, dangerous, and failed socialism. Thus you're always automatically wrong, because socialism is inherently wrong. Your TDS added on just makes you over-the-top insanely ridiculous.
I don't even need to scroll back to find where you're blatantly and ridiculously wrong. "He (Biden) hasn't done anything wrong." Only a stoned person could post such a statement.
@NYCQuestions1976 Biden’s daughter has said personally that wasn’t written. Moron.
@OddBeMe Oh really?
www.axios.com/.../biden-hunter-family-election-2024
"Biden's daughter, Ashley, was in out-patient rehab in Florida and occasionally relapsing in the first half of 2019, according to her recovery diary, which was later stolen and given to a right-wing news source. Ashley recently confirmed the diary was hers during a trial in which a woman who sold the diary was convicted."
www.newsweek.com/ashley-biden-diary-confirmed-what-more-do-we-now-know-1900509
"Fact-checker Snopes was quoted by right-wing outlets and personalities including Colin Rugg, Libs of TikTok, and Jack Posobiec after it changed the verdict on an article assessing the authenticity of the diary's content, stolen from President Joe Biden's daughter, from "Unproven" to "True"."
"In an update note, Snopes wrote it changed its article about the diary's content "based on testimony provided by Ashley Biden." The testimony was a letter Biden sent to Judge Laura Taylor Swain, the Chief United States District Judge of the Southern District of New York, published by The New York Times."
www.yahoo.com/.../...claim-contents-181600349.html
"A diary authored by U. S. President Joe Biden's daughter, Ashley Biden, describes showers taken with her father when she was a child as "probably not appropriate"."
Rating: TRUE ✅
Good luck trying to explain this away.
@NYCQuestions1976 haha they'll try or deflect.
@Juxtapose They'll try, and fail. All of the confirming sources (Axios, New York Times, Snopes, Yahoo) are left-leaning media outlets.
@NYCQuestions1976 Ashley’s letter to judge:
“The point of the theft, I assume, was to be able to peddle grotesque lies by distorting my stream-of-consciousness thoughts,” Biden wrote. “The reason I have decided to not attend tomorrow’s sentencing in person is because it would only increase my pain. Nonetheless, I write to ask Your Honor to sentence the defendant to time in prison.”
@OddBeMe The quote directly from Ashley Biden's diary (written decades ago, and confirmed by Axios, the New York Times, Snopes, and Yahoo):
"showers with my dad (probably not appropriate)."
The letter written to the judge earlier this year is damage control to protect her father in an election year. You're a fool if you believe otherwise.
@NYCQuestions1976 ^^^ EXACTLY!
"peddle grotesque lies by distorting my stream-of-consciousness thoughts"
Uhh so you me mentioned your dad showered with you when he didn't cus it's a random thought you wanted to write down?
Riiiight.. totally not obvious damage control 😂
@NYCQuestions1976 "Every political opinion you post is formulated from your belief in..."
Not really, they're based on facts. Unlike pretty much everything you say, where even when you're plainly factually wrong, you're pathologically incapable of admitting mistakes.
If Biden's done something wrong, impeach him. You know Republicans in the House want to, they were talking about it in Jan 2021, before he'd done a thing as president. He's got nothing to worry about without immunity, because he's a decent person who will never do anything to require it that's not 100% in the interests of the country. There's a reason everybody reads the bogus SCOTUS decision as if everywhere it says "president" it means "Trump".
Pesky facts again: "We conclude that this evidence does not establish Mr. Biden's guilt beyond a reasonable doubt." and "Unlike the evidence involving Mr. Biden... after being given multiple chances to return classified documents avoid prosecution, Mr. Trump... not only refused to return the documents for months, but he also obstructed justice by enlisting others to destroy evidence and then to lie about it. In In contrast, Mr. Biden alerted authorities, turned in classified documents to the National Archives and the Department of Justice in 2022 and 2023, consented to the search of multiple locations including his homes, permitted the seizure and review of handwritten notebooks he believed to be his personal property, and in numerous other ways cooperated with the investigation."
I don't care about Biden's "*probably* not appropriate" behaviour, just like you don't care about Trump partying with and phoning Boris "many of them are on the younger side" Epstein regularly, walking in on teenage girls in their dressing room, sexually assaulting E Jean Carroll, talking about grabbing women by the pussy... You know, Trump's actual predatory behaviour.
@OddBeMe The diary and its contents were confirmed to be true by Axios, the New York Times, Snopes, and Yahoo. All left-leaning media outlets. Choke on that.
@goaded Ha! You couldn't even manage to bring yourself to complete my quote because you're such a dumb and dangerous TDS socialist! Classic!
Of course you don't care about "decent person" Biden showering with his daughter, because you support incest, and live in a country where incest is legal. You're clearly a very sick individual, supporting a very sick individual.
Nothing Biden has done as President has been positive and/or beneficial to the United States. The new infrastructure bill/law would be the one positive, but ZERO jobs have been started under that legislation, and it's been passed for YEARS.
Ah, pesky facts you like to omit: "Biden is too old and too forgetful and too feeble to stand trial."
Unfortunately for you and your fellow TDS socialists, Trump was never on Epstein Island (but Bil Clinton was, and numerous times), and the dopey Carroll case was a civil case, not a criminal case.
Back to your crow and sour grapes whine, TDS socialist!
@NYCQuestions1976 You know what's actually illegal? Sexual assault. Fraud. Falsifying business records.
And you go on to be wrong about something new. There have been excellent numbers of jobs created every month throughout Biden's administration; unemployment hasn't been this low this long since the 1960's; inflation is back down to 2.6%.
The important part of the Hur report is the very first paragraph:
"We conclude that no criminal charges are warranted in this matter. We would
reach the same conclusion even if Department of Justice policy did not foreclose
criminal charges against a sitting president."
That's what an exonerating report looks like, see how if differs from the Mueller report?
If you're going to "quote" the hit piece part of Hur's report, at least quote the report instead of making shit up.
"We have also considered that, at trial, Mr. Biden would likely present himself
to a jury, as he did during our interview of him, as a sympathetic, well-meaning,
elderly man with a poor memory. Based on our direct interactions with and
observations of him, he is someone for whom many jurors will want to identify
reasonable doubt. It would be difficult to convince a jury that they should convict
him-by then a former president well into his eighties-of a serious felony that
requires a mental state of willfulness.
We conclude the evidence is not sufficient to convict, and we decline to
recommend prosecution of Mr. Biden for his retention of the classified Afghanistan
documents."
@NYCQuestions1976 crazy you cite fact checkers when it suits you. Again you can’t show me the diary page and I have Ashley Biden’s CURRENT thoughts on the matter. Done,
@goaded Trump never commented sexual assault. Only in your tiny TDS mind did that happen. The other things are unimportant bullshit misdemeanors.
You're out of your fucking mind. Just like every other far-left nut. All the jobs that have come back are the jobs that were lost because of the pandemic shutdown. Only now are they coming back. It's Biden's fault that it took so long for these jobs to return. Everyone in the United States was better off in 2019 than they are right now.
All of Hur's legal jargon means exactly what I posted. Biden is too feeble and too forgetful and too stupid to stand trial.
Just admit that you've got severe TDS that makes you foam at the mouth and obsess over stupid shit, your socialism make you a government-loving gullible moron, eat your crow, and drink your sour grapes whine.
@OddBeMe The diary and its contents have been authenticated and is all over the internet, Dipshit.
So you're calling Axios, the New York Times, Snopes, and Yahoo all liars? That's good to know. Never post links from any of those media outlets and attempt to pass them off as facts ever again. Checkmate.
@NYCQuestions1976 "Trump never commented sexual assault." Tell that to the jury that decided he did.
Jobs are way higher than before the pandemic.
You think this is "legal jargon"?
"We conclude that no criminal charges are warranted in this matter. We would
reach the same conclusion even if Department of Justice policy did not foreclose
criminal charges against a sitting president."
Compare and contrast with
MUELLER: 'If we had had confidence that the president clearly did not commit a crime, we would have said so'. Like Hur did with Biden.
You think I'm the one foaming at the mouth? It doesn't look like that to me!
Blah blah stupid blah blah socialism. Totally sane sounding.
@goaded Okay, Stupid. Post the date of the alleged sexual assault, post the date Carroll came forward, post the date when Trump was CRIMINALLY charged with sexual assault, post the date the CRIMINAL trial started, post the date when the CRIMINAL trial concluded, post the date when the jury handed down the guilty verdict from said CRIMINAL trial, and post the date of the CRIMINAL sentence. I'll wait. In the meantime, I'll remind everyone that you're a dangerous socialist with TDS that proudly supports incest.
Bringing Mueller's report is whataboutism, and also irrelevant, because Presidents have had immunity since the Washington administration.
@NYCQuestions1976 I can't wait to see how much these guys are going to bitch when most of these cases are completely gutted and thrown into the trash! Celebrate and rejoice! Justice will be served and those who are persecuted Donald Trump will be subject to justice themselves.
@NYCQuestions1976 Still batting 1000. I didn't say he'd been criminally convicted, just like he hasn't been criminally convicted for the things in the Mueller report. That doesn't mean he didn't do them, does it?
"iNnoCeNT UnTIl PrOVen GUiltY" in 3, 2, 1...
@NYCQuestions1976 so Trump was found by courts to have committed sex assault. The writer of the diary literally says you’re misunderstanding her child mind. And you can’t even show me the diary entries.
You’re wrong on so many levels.
@Juxtapose Notice how @goaded failed to supply any dates as I requested. If he had, he'd have to admit:
1.) The ALLEGED sexual abuse took place way back in 1996.
2.) Carroll, 52 at the time (so very much not a scared child/victim), never filed a police report, and didn't request to have charges filed against Trump in 1996.
3.) I'm sure it's just a coincidence that Carroll said nothing about any of this crap until 2019 (only 23 years later), when Trump was already President, after he had confirmed that he was running for reelection, and was already a target of numerous far-left attacks.
4.) Trump faced ZERO criminal charges regarding this nonsensical bullshit.
I must disagree with you on one point. I actually don't want any of these assholes facing the legal justice they deserve once Trump is elected again, because it'll unfortunately feed into the far-left's false "revenge" narrative. Let's just vote for Trump, get him elected again, and hopefully he'll run the country as well as he did his first time as President. Then all of the far-left liberals, socialists, progressives, and the woke will be relegated as insignificant and useless, as they should be. Plus, it'll be more and more of our tax dollars and time being spent on investigations and trials instead of the country itself.
Bonus point and reminder: @goaded is a dangerous socialist with TDS that proudly supports incest.
@OddBeMe Next time, do your own fucking homework, Jackass.
www.slideshare.net/.../255665033
https://images.app.goo.gl/K9FUxk9wE1mydZ1Q6
@NYCQuestions1976 Well, aren't you full of shit. Yes, Trump has faced no criminal charges for this particular action, but a jury did determine that he probably did commit sexual assault, to an extent that would be called rape in other jurisdictions and common parlance.
@NYCQuestions1976 ok, given I’ll just believe a random pdf, cool fine. Again…she was a kid then and an adult now. YOU are believing her child mind over her adult mind?
@OddBeMe You can Google the diary yourself if you don't believe the links of the PDF and image I sent you. As I mentioned before, it's all over the internet.
The diary and its contents were verified and confirmed by Axios, the New York Times, Snopes, and Yahoo. They're all left-leaning media outlets, and other left-leaning media outlets also verified the authenticity of the diary. What would they have to gain by potentially making Biden look bad, especially during an election, where Trump is such a "threat"? Keep in mind the diary was verified months ago... long before Biden's debate debacle.
It's all of you liberals who have been preaching to everyone about believing children who claim that they want to transition, and that it's not a fantasy, it's not just in their imaginations, and it's wrong to make them wait until they're adults and their minds are fully matured. Why would this be different? You can't have it both ways. That quote in her diary is not something a child (or a person of any age) would just conjure up and write in a personal private journal if it didn't happen to her at least once in her life.
I'd be more likely to believe Ashley Biden now, as an adult, if - and that's a big IF - her father wasn't running for reelection. Her letter to the judge was crafted in a way to not throw her father under the bus, but also deliberately crafted so it doesn't exonerate her father either. She doesn't refer to her writings as her "imagination" or "fantasy", but as "stream-of-consciousness thoughts". Yes, she mentions "grotesque lies" in her letter to the judge, but gives no explanation or example as to what she's referring to in her diary as lies. She could've been specific and said her father was innocent. Instead she was vague on purpose.
@NYCQuestions1976 again…you refuse to believe Trump sexually offended despite being convicted. Yet this “victim” is saying her diary has been completely misconstrued from her child’s mind when writing it.
#unbelievable.
@NYCQuestions1976 I said you are full of shit, and anyone looking back can see it.
@OddBeMe Trump wasn't criminally convicted of anything. There was no criminal trial, and the 52 year old "victim" conveniently waited 23 years to say anything.
@goaded What, Dangerous Socialist? I couldn't hear you over your TDS and your documented proud support of incest.*
*Everyone reading this thread scroll up for the memorized evidence.
I'll also leave this updated information here as well:
https://www.oddschecker.com/us/politics
@NYCQuestions1976 haha man you just keep wiping the floor with them and they come back for more.
@Juxtapose You read what @OddBeMe posted. You can't believe or rely on a child's mind. That ends the abusive "transition surgery for children" argument! Score another one for critical thinking and common sense!
@NYCQuestions1976 it's amazing what they will think children can do one moment and then immediately turn around and say they can't.
@Juxtapose It's far-left woke hypocrisy at its finest.
@NYCQuestions1976 sooo link all you want to your bullshit sites. I’ve already conceded some diaries pics may be out there.
But THE FICKING AUTHOR said it was bullshit kids stuff:
“The point of the theft, I assume, was to be able to peddle grotesque lies by distorting my stream-of-consciousness thoughts,” Biden wrote.
@NYCQuestions1976 this is funny…because it remarked, y parallels Trumps “grab em by the pussy comment.”
Your opinion we take exactly what someone said…even in a child’s diary decades ago…as verbatim. And not add any context or narrative. Or even hear out the person who said it. Is that your position?
@OddBeMe Having a sexually obnoxious conversation as an adult with another adult isn't illegal, and has nothing to do with Joe Biden showering with his daughter when she was a child. So they're not even remotely comparable.
My position is that as an adult, Ashley Biden had the perfect opportunity to specifically and directly exonerate her father in her letter to the judge. Instead, she deliberately and purposely decided to be vague.
@NYCQuestions1976 wow….(pretend I’m talking to a 6 yr old)…. You don’t know wtf little Ashley was talking about. I prefer to rely on her current statements. Seeing her having a healthy relationship with her father makes me think it was just bullshit.
@Juxtapose ⬆️ It seems that @OddBeMe has been spending a lot of time hanging out on some suspicious farms. ⬆️
@OddBeMe "Yeah she’s not fueling your fire of hate with more info."
What? So Ashley Biden deliberately being vague and *not* directly exonerating her father from inappropriate behavior with her is... better?
@OddBeMe Trump was a sexual offender against whom exactly? Carroll? She was a 52 year old ADULT when she was allegedly abused, and she "just coincidentally" finally got the courage to say something about it "only" 23 years later in 2019, while Trump was President and running for reelection. Certainly no agenda there! Deflection and nonsense.
@NYCQuestions1976 So sexual abuse against adults is OK? How about ogling naked teenagers?
@goaded Oh look! Mr. Pro-Incest is back!
Go foam at the mouth with your chronic TDS somewhere else.
https://www.oddschecker.com/us/politics
@NYCQuestions1976 what are we arguing? One candidate has a conviction in sex offense…the other does not. Vote for who you want. Tells a lot about you.
@NYCQuestions1976 I'm not going to defend myself against stupid and baseless accusations. Try answering the simple questions: Is sexual abuse of adults OK? How about ogling naked teenagers?
@goaded I mean, you stated your proud support of incest earlier in this very thread. It's memorialized for everyone on GaG to see. So go be mad at yourself. I also don't answer questions from documented hypocrites.
@OddBeMe You can type "sex offense" all you want, but it doesn't change the fact that there was no criminal charges, no criminal trial, and no criminal conviction. The far-left are doing the same shit to Andrew Cuomo and Eric Adams. They're both Democrats, but they're not leftists. So they get attacked by the leftists when they don't just blindly tow the far-left liberal line.
@NYCQuestions1976 As usual, you're wrong and lying about it.
@NYCQuestions1976 “proud support of incest” and not pushing our way into people’s lives are woefully different you ignoramous. Your moral policing is worse than the gestapo
@NYCQuestions1976 Oh so now you care about criminal convictions? Let’s see…Trump was convicted of 34.
@NYCQuestions1976 There you go again, you're wrong and lying about it.
@OddBeMe 34 what? Expired state misdemeanors, that have absolutely nothing to do with anything important? You TDS people make me laugh with this far-left manufactured lawfare bullshit. I told all of you clowns years ago that if you hated Trump that much, to just ignore him, and he'll fade away. Instead you're all turning him into a living martyr. Do you happen to recognize this following sentence?
"Far-left liberals and socialists in this country are going to get Trump elected again in November 2024."
You should, because I've been posting it (or some similar variation thereof) on this site for YEARS, and none of you dumb fucks ever learn. Well good for the rest of normal reasonable humanity. You reap what you sow.
https://www.oddschecker.com/us/politics
"... not pushing our way into people’s lives..."
That means you were against any and all pandemic mandates, and against shaming anyone who rightfully questioned them, correct? Checkmate. Again.
@goaded You must be looking in a mirror and talking to yourself, since you keep typing the word "wrong". Your clear proud support for incest is literally memorialized in this thread. You must get off on being publicly humiliated.
@NYCQuestions1976 Quote me, liar.
@goaded You posted that you "proudly support" Joe Biden. You posted that Biden is "a good decent man" that's "never done anything wrong", despite Hunter's activities and his brother's activities proving otherwise. You posted that you "don't care" that Biden showered with his daughter Ashley when she was a child, despite the fact that she memorialized those events in her diary in real time (not years and decades later), and the diary and its contents was verified by numerous LEFT-leaning media outlets. Ashley herself said that the diary was hers in court, and she deliberately didn't exonerate her father, despite having the opportunity to do so. Joe Biden's treatment of Ashley Biden in her childhood is probably the reason she turned to drugs. You proudly support incest. It's legal in your country, so good for you I suppose.
@OddBeMe You're looking in the mirror and day drinking again. The entire New York case was a lawfare farce. Only morons fail to understand that.
https://www.oddschecker.com/us/politics
@Juxtapose These two nimrods really are gluttons for punishment. 😂😂😂
@NYCQuestions1976 More lies. Like I said, quote me. You're literally the only person on this ridiculously long thread to use the words "proudly support".
You're also completely wrong about the diary. As usual.
@goaded Nope on both accounts, Mr. Incest-Supporting Socialist.
1.) Up in this thread, roundabout or directly, you posted that you proudly support incest.
2.) Ashley Biden's diary and its contents were verified and confirmed by Axios, the New York Times, Snopes, and Yahoo. Check the links, and choke on that.
@NYCQuestions1976 Still lying, I see. Quote me (not you). In the mean time, try to work out why you're completely wrong about the diary. Start with when it was written.
@goaded I posted a number of quotes by you from one of your nonsensical diatribes. The quotes add up to you proudly supporting incest.
If you've got a problem with Ashley Biden's diary and its contents being verified and confirmed as true, lodge complaints with Ashley Biden, Axios, the New York Times, Snopes, Yahoo, and all the other left-leaning media outlets that also verified the authenticity of the diary.
@NYCQuestions1976 No, you're wrong and lying about it again. You keep quoting yourself lying about what I've said.
Did you work out why you were completely wrong about the diary when you said "You posted that you "don't care" that Biden showered with his daughter Ashley when she was a child, despite the fact that she memorialized those events in her diary in real time (not years and decades later), and the diary and its contents was verified by numerous LEFT-leaning media outlets."?
Of course, you won't admit you were wrong in any detail because you appear to be pathologically incapable of admitting error.
@goaded You crying and denying everything means nothing. You literally praised Joe Biden with everything I mentioned. It's all memorialized in one of your dumb diatribes on this thread.
Again, if you've got a problem with the diary being authenticated, take it up with Ashley Biden and all of the left-leaning media outlets that verified it and its contents.
@NYCQuestions1976 You're still lying about this? You can't even understand simple English.
@NYCQuestions1976 When was the diary written?
@NYCQuestions1976 they will do anything to distort reality.
@Juxtapose It's over for Joe Biden. Even Kamala Harris has lower risk betting odds now than Biden:

@NYCQuestions1976 I didn't say anything about the authenticity of the diary, I asked you when it was written.
@goaded It's a diary, not a planned biography or a published book. She wrote in it over time, apparently while in rehab (which would completely nullify @OddBeMe 's "a child's mind" argument), and that window of time is irrelevant anyway.
"The Pages Contain a Line That Says, ‘Was I Molested. I Think So’ & Mentions ‘Showers W/ My Dad'"
"The pages published by the National File contain this line, “Was I molested. I think so – I can’t remember specifics but I do remember trauma.” The person the writer is accusing of molestation, if they even remembered it, is not mentioned in the pages."
“Hyper-sexualized @ a young age,” the page reads. “What is this due to? Was I molested. I think so – I can’t remember specifics but I do remember trauma – I remember not liking the (last name’s) house; I remember somewhat being sexualized with (another female); I remember having sex with friends @ a young age; showers w/ my DAD (probably not appropriate); being turned on when I wasn’t suppose to be.”
"The page also refers to “overhearing parents having sex” and claims, “my mother not emotionally available. My father was – message – I could get love from men.”
"It also refers to “being wiped until too late in the game,” and “blanket being taken away,” and “not letting myself go to bathroom.”
"The writer discusses family in the diary, writing, “I think what keeps coming up for me is my brothers. How I don’t have them in my life anymore.”
"The writer also wrote, “I am grateful for my father” and talks in great detail about her efforts at self betterment and sobriety and moving on from a painful personal relationship."
Another page discusses “Hunter’s birthday” and “Beau’s birthday,” the names of Biden’s two sons; Beau is deceased." ⬇️
@NYCQuestions1976 Ah, finally, a partially honest response. "She wrote in it over time, apparently while in rehab". Not "she memorialized those events in her diary in real time (not years and decades later)".
These cannot both be true, they're both things you've stated with absolute conviction.
Were. You. Wrong?
@goaded ⬆️ "In March 2019, the page says, “So… we are running. Announcement will be in April or early May. It is all super anxiety producing but I just have to take it one day at a time and relax.” Another passage says, “My dad cried on the phone saying he has a debate in a week and ‘now has to worry about you.’ And he cried.”
"Under a column titled RESENTFUL and why, the writer wrote, “DAD, $, control” and under a column titled “HURT,” after DAD it says, “hurting self, lying.”
"The National File claimed that the diary started “while the author was in a drug rehabilitation facility in Florida,” and contains intensely personal information, including about drug addiction. The National File wrote that it “obtained this document from a whistleblower who was concerned the media organization that employs him would not publish the materials in the final days before the presidential election.”
"The National File wrote that it “has a recording of Ashley Biden admitting the diary is hers, and employed a handwriting expert who verified the pages were all written by Ashley.”
The report came as controversy swirled about the New York Post’s stories on Biden’s son Hunter’s laptop, which the media largely ignored before the presidential election."
"Other than Ashley Biden verifying that the diary is hers, the Bidens have not commented on the diary claims."
No comments from the addict-leaden Biden crime family. No shock or surprise there!
@NYCQuestions1976 Pathological. You cannot admit that you might possibly be wrong, even when confronted with two contradictory things you've said.
"She wrote in it over time, apparently while in rehab". Not "she memorialized those events in her diary in real time (not years and decades later)".
Which time were you right, and which time wrong?
@goaded Again, take it up with left-leaning media outlets. Now also the right-leaning media outlets as well, who were the ones that mentioned the diary was written while Ashley Biden was in rehab. Somewhere in print, there was the line/partial line "... from her childhood diary..." in one of these links and on one of these sites on this fucking thread. I'm certain it was from one of the sites on the left, but I'm not playing hide-and-seek with a sentence. It's also still irrelevant, because what she wrote was still verified by her and media platforms on both sides.
This is a prime example as to why I laugh at people who read from or watch ANY news platforms and claim "source, source, source", with no independent critical thinking of their own. Fuck "sources".
@NYCQuestions1976 I don't know whether to laugh or cry at your total inability to admit that you were wrong, even when confronted with two things you said that are obviously contradictory.
When were you wrong, when you said "She wrote in it over time, apparently while in rehab" or when you said "she memorialized those events in her diary in real time (not years and decades later)"?
You're making up "quotes" again. The phrase "from her childhood diary..." does not appear in this thread.
@NYCQuestions1976 Your inability to admit being wrong is not "irrelevant", it speaks to your utter lack of character.
Were you wrong, when you said "She wrote in it over time, apparently while in rehab" or when you said "she memorialized those events in her diary in real time (not years and decades later)"?
It can't be both.
And a search for "ashleigh biden "from her childhood diary"" turns up zero hits.
@goaded No, you just want to deflect from the fact the you posted on this thread that you proudly support incest. It's literally memorialized in your post when you said that you "proudly support" Joe Biden, falsely claimed that Biden "is a good and decent man" and he has "never done anything wrong", and that you "don't care" that Biden showered with his daughter. Any logical person with common sense and critical thinking skills can see how straightforward this is.
@NYCQuestions1976 You just can't stop lying about that, can you? You're the only person to use those words except when I'm quoting your lie.
I think any person who can think that a "probably inappropriate" shower, written from memory decades after the event by an recovering adict, is anything like an adjudicated sexual offender who's on tape boasting about doing so on multiple occasions, who hung out and flew with Epstein and said he knew he was a predator, is a dickhead.
And you can't find the character to admit you were wrong about a damn thing, can you?
Were you wrong when you said "She wrote in it over time, apparently while in rehab" or when you said "she memorialized those events in her diary in real time (not years and decades later)"? I don't care why you were wrong, even if it's because you were misinformed (by somebody you wouldn't believe in a million years), you were wrong in at least one of those statements, admit it.
You can't, can you? It's pathalogical.
@goaded There's nothing for me to admit, and you owe me an apology. It was @OddBeMe who originally claimed that it was Ashley Biden's "childhood" diary. Try to keep up with what's going on. I made the mistake of taking his word before seeing and posting the other links. Go argue with him over this shit. This is what I get for taking a liberal at their word.
@NYCQuestions1976 No, I don't. Why didn't you simply say you were wrong about it being a childhood diary. That's what people who aren't pathologically incapable of admitting mistakes would do. Same as the asbestos in a vacuum thing.
There's no shame in admitting mistakes, it shows you can learn.
@NYCQuestions1976 You've obviously lied in most of your recent posts, been wrong in almost all of the rest, and you're pathologically incapable of admitting when you're wrong. You took @OddBeMe's words to be true; were you wrong to?
Please, do repeat your insult to me and everyone's intelligence again.
@NYCQuestions1976 it’s actually worse for you she wrote it later in life in a rehab facility. Sorry I assumed a diary entry about a childhood was a childhood diary…but whatevs.
This is a nothing argument. Ashely says it’s misconstrued, and has never said it was abuse. Meanwhile Trump has said multiple times he wants to fuck his daughter. Tie that with rumors he kept walking into Teen USA changing rooms…ick.
@NYCQuestions1976 so apparently you can have a daughter that writes about your supposed abuse of her in a rehab facility and it's a big nothing burger. You'll get off Scot free and you surely won't have police after you if your name isn't Joe Biden xD
@Juxtapose Except you're lying Joe Biden, of course. "Probably inappropriate" is a long way from sexual abuse.
@NYCQuestions1976 See how easy it is to admit a mistake? "Sorry I assumed a diary entry about a childhood was a childhood diary…but whatevs". Maybe you should try it some day.
I’m don’t arguing this point. We’ve gone a thousand replies saying the same things. Ashely herself said wasn’t abuse. There are plenty of avenues for her to go down if she thinks it’s abuse. IF it even happened. We arguing over a rehab diary written by a girl getting off drugs and stolen by inscrupulous cocksuckers who went to prison and sued by Ashely herself
Abuse victims frequently cover for their abusers, especially if it would cause them to relive their memories or get embarrassed. I personally know a nearly decade-long abuse victim (yes she was raped for almost 10 years by pedophiles) who even forgives her sexual abusers and has no desire to get them thrown in prison.
@OddBeMe Ashley Biden never exonerated her father, despite having the direct opportunity to specifically do so in her letter to the judge. Instead she was deliberately vague. So no, she never said that her father didn't abuse her as a child. You also can't pivot your argument from "an adult's mind is better than a child's mind" to "rehab doesn't count". If anything, rehab might count even more, because part of rehab is the mental and emotional therapeutic process to recover suppressed memories to get to the cause of the addiction and the drug/alcohol abuse. That's why they're asked to keep diaries.
@goaded I wasn't wrong. I was correct when I stated that I didn't bring it up first. I stated that I read that it was a "childhood" diary somewhere, and that somewhere was here.
@Juxtapose The reason @goaded proudly covers for Joe Biden is because @goaded supports incest. I guess because incest is legal in @goaded 's country.
@NYCQuestions1976 So when you said "she memorialized those events in her diary in real time (not years and decades later)" you were right or wrong?
@NYCQuestions1976 I never said you made it up, I said you were wrong when you wrote "she memorialized those events in her diary in real time (not years and decades later)". Weren't you? You now know that it's not true, so surely you were wrong.
Even if, even though, it wasn't your fault, you were wrong, and you cannot bring yourself to admit it.
If Haitai could get their justice
