As per the definitions of the U. S. Census they do. They white race inhabits all of Europe, as well as Northern Africa and Western Asia (Syria, Iran, Afghanistan...) as their ancestral lands.

Biologically, our species has no races. Anyway, for wild animals you say "subspecies", but we do not have those, either.

An example for a species with extant subspecies is the Red Eurasian Squirrel which has at least 5 of them.
