I would rather lead
I love you say first of all because that's who I am second of all depending on the situation I would not put my life in anybody else's hands besides my own

I have common sense I have knowledge about how things work and I probably already been through the situation before

Have you ever had a boss or supervisor that were handpicked because they were standing right there and if you asked him a question they don't really know the answer and they kind of get bent out of shape and get a little bit angry when you do ask a question because they don't have the answer that's a boss for you and that's the supervisor for you

And then if they do answer you they will answer you in two different ways so they don't have to make a choice they leave that up to you that way they can blame you

There's only moments in time sometimes and you have to be able to think quick not only for the here and now but 10 minutes from now 20 minutes from now 20 hours from now your decision has to be precise and you have to weigh all sides of it within matters of seconds

There's nothing in this world that I would ask somebody to do that I wouldn't do first. With brief words I'm also a teacher and a guide and like I said no matter what it is I probably been through it already before

And at the same time I'm going to listen to everybody because all it takes is one little idea to change everything and you have to understand those ideas and it's the same time just because I'm I'm the leader doesn't mean that you're not a leader and somebody else is there is not a leader because by the time that we get done going through what we're going to go through everybody's going to be the leader because we are all equal and we will all live it together in that moment

Leading requires too much responsibility and stress which is something I seriously don't like.

Following requires for me to listen and obey what others are telling me to do which I seriously don't like.

I choose leading but will be only my household, wife and kids.

I will not tolerate and deal with the mess and stress of other people.

I am definitely not a good leader. Even though i have personality and always had an opinion of my own. But i am neither. I just do my own thing. Leading isn't for mw though.

Any kind of pioneering/leading action comes with a great responsibility, and this type of challenge is not for everyone. I would pass on that.
