Caleb you don't even know how important this question is because everybody's going to come up against this and have to answer this question one way or the other either you're going to follow or you going to lead
I don't know what any of everybody else's thoughts are about this but it's time to be said it has to be said
Our toilet paper scare was it a hoax they wanted to see how many followers they had
Covid-19 a hoax with enough propaganda with a net Scare Tactics day in and day out he wanted to see how many followers they had it's a hoax they want all little businesses to go out of business
It's all a big hoax NATO all countries are in on this NATO what's one currency All Nations agree they make a plan
Whoever controls the currency controls the world
They all agree except for there's one big mistake
USA says we want to control the currency that was not planned
China says they want to control the currency that was not planned
Russia says they want to control the currency that was not planned
So now there's a hold up
Crypto thousands of crypto all different companies want you to buy into them they all weren't to be the currency that we use
We're in a little break right now we get to take off our masks but soon it will hit again just to see how many followers they have
When you want to have followers when you want to bring me watch somebody you have propaganda every single day news outlets that's all they say is whatever propaganda they want you to hear whether it's true or not they bombard your head with it your heart with it they use scare tactics people are dying people are in the hospital I'm going to tell you this next time we have a big scare when they're trying to scare us go to your local hospital I guarantee it will be quiet in there they're going to be people in there dying people need to wake up wake up wake up each individual has a choice
Are you going to be a leader or are you going to be a follower
Do you want to be part of the New World Order where we are all sheep and we have to follow you have no more life as you know it
To all of the followers out there your time is coming when they scare us again it shows we have to put on the mask when the news is filled with people are dying left and right wear your mask wear your mask the sky is falling the sky is falling you can follow
Or you can understand what's really going on in the world
And you can leave it and say fuck you one day it will soon be a bloody mess because three big Nations want to be the leader in the currency this is all about money I choose to speak out because time is time that has no time we are running out of time things are in place that we don't even understand or even know and we are all going to have to make that choice Sunday thank you very much for this question because watch and see what happens who you follow or will you lead
What the hell am i reading
I like to make my own decisions and I like others to make theirs.
But I see the point in teamwork and I know the feeling of both leading and following as a well-oiled machine. It's very satisfying.
Everyone is important and has their role to play. Being the leader doesn't necessarily mean you're the best, it mean you know how to utilize your team to balance everyones weaknesses and keep moving.
I think, to lead you must understand what it takes to follow. And to follow you must find your value.
I like to lead. But only if I feel confident in both my ability and have the respect of those beside me.
In any other case I'd rather just try to be useful any way I can.
I don't like both... generally I try to follow, just cause its easier for me but if they can't decide, I have no problem to come up with a plan and make decisions for everyone included, but I also don't want my friends to always relay on me for that shit, cause I'm just to lazy for that...
I dont like being the centre of attention or go with large groups so im a lone wolf
That being said im more of a cat person
Yup thats about right

I'm definitely the leader, and a "lead from the front" kind of guy. I don't follow someone unless they are extremely competent at something that I'm not, and then I'll learn from them as quickly as I can so that I don't need to follow them anymore. I'm not very comfortable in the following position - I've spent very little time there in my life.
I own my own company, so I'm the boss, and the buck stops with me. My guys know that I've done every single job and thing that I expect from them, so when I ask them to do something, I understand exactly what's involved, and they know it, so I don't get a lot of complaints. I usually take the most difficult jobs myself, so it's not like they don't see me work. And of course, they come to me when they run into a problem, and it's rare that I don't have the answer immediately. When you are competent at something, people follow you easily.
It's much the same with my relationships. Again, I don't know everything and I'm not the very best at everything, but overall, I'm highly competent at most things that I'm likely to deal with on a day-to-day basis, I'm very decisive, and I'm usually right about things because I have a very logical, problem-solving kind of brain (at the expense of that artistic/creative talent that many people have in abundance, that I have in only very limited quantity). I naturally attract submissive women because I'm just naturally the take-charge leader type.
You must be a great follower. I've heard the best leaders are the best followers. I've heard one say that the job of management is the development of its people not the managing of things. Would you agree with that definition? And would you say leadership and management are the same thing or no?
@DaySpring LOL. I started my company from literally nothing - with my own money (no loans) - and I'm slowly building it. I don't (yet) have any full-time employees, just part-timers. But I've got a growing customer base and growing revenue, and at some point, I'll be able to hire a manager. I've followed this process before with a previous business and built the best team in my area - unfortunately, my "customers" (2 big national corporations) got sued in other states and had to change their business model, and my business was gone overnight.
With my current business, my customers are mine directly - I don't have to count on anyone else for work. That means slower growth, but a much more secure situation. I could get a loan and grow faster, but I'm happy to grow organically. At some point in the next year or two, I'll have full-time employees and will be training a manager - without the pandemic and supply chain problems, I'd likely have been there already - so I'm perfectly fine where I am.
You can rest assured that I know what I'm doing, and I've done it before successfully. But thanks for your concern. LOL.
@MrOracle That is 100% incorrect. Sincerely sorry if it came off that way. That is not at all what was intended. Andrew Carnegie said, to the author, that the best followers make the best leaders in the book, "How To Raise Your Own Salary". He is the 5th richest man in recorded history and was quite the leader of men. In fact, you said you were a great follower in your opinion. Not word for word but you did say it. " I'll learn from them as quickly as I can so that I don't need to follow them anymore." A bad follower would not do that. The point of a leader is to develop others. The point of a follower is to develop. I am a student of Andrew Carnegie and to insult you would be directly against his definition of a pleasing/attractive personality. Reading my comment back, I can see how it sounds like sarcasm though. I was not openly questioning the soundness of your opinion and nor would I have the perspective to do so.
I think this whole misunderstanding has been a lack of tactfulness in the expressing of my words. In person that would not have happen though. I am glad it happened though, how else will I learn. Sorry you had to be the teacher.
Maybe neither naturally. I just sort of do what I want with my friends. So if I'm getting bored at a party, I'll just say, "I'm getting bored. I think I'll go to a Karaoke bar!" Then sometimes they end up following me.
I do have a leadership position in my workplace but I don't like it so much. I got promoted to it without trying to be promoted but I enjoyed it more and found my work less stressful when I didn't have to manage people.
Mostly I just like to do my own thing. If I do catch people in a dispute though, I tend to step up and resolve it like, "All right look everyone, I've heard all the sides and I think we should do this." In those cases, I tend to sort of step up and lead most naturally, but mostly just because I hate to see people quarreling.
Leadership is a responsibility to me. I don't enjoy it. I just feel like I need to take that responsibility when no one else is doing it.
I'm also a small-scale leader when I take a leading position. I'm not suited to lead a boatload of people because my leadership style is based on empathy and taking lots of time to understand each and every follower's concerns. I would never get anything done and constantly be overwhelmed if I had to lead too many people.
... so maybe more like a squad leader than a general if I have any leadership quality about me. Mostly I just like to do things on my own terms. I'm stubbornly independent so definitely not much of a follower, but also find leadership a burden and a burden I only want to accept when it's really needed.
It really depends on the type of people I'm around but I believe I am more a follower than a leader. Usually I'm more of a leading type if I'm around more introverted or younger people. I mostly hang around more outgoing people though so I usually just do whatever they want to
i used to not like to lead due to feelings of inadequacy. but when i was following, i kept getting frustrated with people who thought they knew everything, didn't care or were incompetent. so, i started to lead and felt much better about what i can do, as it is better to have me than some others.
Neither. I travel alone and I walk alone. If I'm not alone, I'm either with my daughters or with a girl that I've taken along with me to travel. But even then, I always plan a few days for myself. Like I took a trip to Atlanta a couple weeks ago. I arrived with a friend on Friday and she had to leave on Sunday to get back to work on Monday... but I stayed until Wednesday. It's the only way to live.
It depends really.
I belong to a group with a good but a bit bossy leader. Fine with me.
I am sort of a leader to another group. So I try to copy him there. Of course with some modifications. Works here too.
I am a follower and a leader at the same time, see? Got to learn from anywhere possible!🙂
I never trust a pack of people lead by some idiot or idealist. That's the beginning of misery for everyone around. Thus I'll never be part of a pack, and neither a leader. It's far too easy to manipulate a pack, and that has lead to many useless wars. No offense meant.
I prefer to do my own thing and I only like hanging around people who like the same stuff.
Also not interested in hierarchies or having followers. I prefer intelligent people who think for themselves but don't boss others around.
I can be both depending on the situation and context. Im fine with leading if noone else wants to but Im more than happy to let someone else take control as well.
Often times i just feel like a lone wolf lol
but other times yeah somewhere in between
It depends. I'm an introvert amongst extroverts and an extrovert amongst introverts. So ill take a leadership position when I'm feeling comfortable. Sometimes it feels good to lead as I feel as if im a good leader although sometimes my introverted side really hates it.
I like to take charge because I know what's best, that includes for everyone's best interest. But there's times I've let other people take that role because it aligned with me. If it doesn't I'll just simply have nothing to do with it.
Honestly depends. I mainly stand on my own so whenever someone tries to follow me or catch up, they always tell me I'm moving too quickly. Yet again, when I'm the follower I have to be at the same pace as the leader which can get bothersome.
Lone wolf.
I do what I want, and if people want to accompany me they're free to.
I float between all different sorts of people. Will chat to anyone decent. Was like that in school too. I tend to avoid the pack mostly just keep moving.
I'm happy to let other people lead initially, the whole time working out a contingency plan for when they screw things up, which nearly always happens.
I like to lead most of the time because I am always given the leader position in the group. And I'm a Leo so yeah. But I don't mind following if the leader is someone responsible.
My girlfriend says I'm a leader but a follower to my family, which makes sense because I think most people are like that until their dad isn't around anymore
I have experience leading oddly enough and so I'm just more comfortable in that role also it's easier to get things done that way so yeah I prefer leadership as a tool
I prefer to be in smaller groups where everyone has a say and there is no clear leader. In larger groups I like to just follow along, occasional give my opinion and quickly accept if it is not in favour.
Leader. I'm open to following only under the basis that the person is enthusiastic about having a lead role as well as is an efficient leader.
Neither, in my life, I’m more of a lone wolf.. I go my own way.. want to survive on my own terms… Fuck all that other stuff.
I'm a follower because I got shit i'm workin' on and if it stays hidden and no one suspects anything... good. :)
I don't like to lead the pack cus it's too much responsibility, either, I don't like to follow cus it makes me feel like I'm nothing.
I am Ambivert - sometimes I am too lazy to interact with people, but if I decide for a goal, can take the lead.
I'm neither the alpha nor am I a pack animal. I'm a damn ram until the day I die. I'll but heads with anyone and scale the mountain alone. 🐏💯
I will be what is ever is needed at the time. If a leader is needed I will lead. If the pack is better served with another follower then I will follow. Progress is key and I will adapt to what best achieves it
Actually neither. Leadership involves responsibility and I'm not the type to worry about other people or what they are doing.
Following involves people who typically are weak and without a mind of their own.
I do my own thing.
I wait for the pack to turn a corner then when they can't see I run the other way 😋
I walk alone
Thats what I have been doing all my life
I’m the mostly silent, nagging voice that people listen to, but never acknowledge at the time.
Neither I avoid everyone occasionally when things go to shit people try to fallow me around but that's about it
I prefer to be a lone wolf but if I'm in a group then i guess i can do both. Depends on the situation.
I march to the beat of my own drum, but I also much more prefer to be alone usually. Not a follower, not a leader. If I was extraerted I'd definitely be a leader though
I like to do my own thing.
And people often choose to follow.
I don’t follow or lead the pack. I just do my own thing.
Depends on where the pack is headed if I choose to follow. Sometimes it's best to lead, other times to follow, and often to just get out of the way.
I'm a Leo and a military officer. I was born to lead. I can follow someone only if they are superior to me. But sorry to say, very few for that bill...
I prefer to be near the front, but not at the front. When we had to give presentations in school I volunteered to go third. I can and will lead if I must, but I prefer not to.
@Kayla45 I tend to be a follower because I prefer being a supportive teammate.
When it comes to everyday friends yeah I want to lead , but when it comes to romance with the opposite gender I prefer her to take a slight lead over me.
I am the lone wolf.
Interaction with a group is pointless and hard work.
I usually am the guy that everyone looks for when the shit hits the fan.
neither… I’m somewhere in between. I can lead if it’s necessary or I can also just go with the flow
I've always been the Vice President type. I enjoy managing, but I don't like the official title because I shy away from the limelight.
I just do what I want to do regardless of whether others do the same or not. I don't seek to lead or follow so neither.
There is a saying, don't be a follower, be a leader. I don't follow societal rules like some of the idiots I am close with. Guess which one I am.
Somewhere in between. Like the chief of staff or something
I'm the one who gets frustrated with the pack and then leaves.
I’m a follower. I’m shy and not very good at explaining things.
How could someone be neither?
Depends on the situation. I prefer my own path generally as remote in nature as possible.
I never belonged to the pack, and now I don't even want to.
I don't wish to lead or follow, I prefer walking on a more solitary path because being independent has always been my thing
Neither, I am more of a lone wolf. Awoo! \o/
I'm neither really, I am most definitely not a follower but I'm not a leader either
I'm not a pack person
I am not good at leading. I aways go wrong way when I do it. but following is good. I become a good follower
I usually just avoid the pack.
Whatever I need to be, when I need to be it.
Away from it. Invisible to it.
