I can do both... depends on what is needed, and what it takes

I really do not see myself as one or the other, because it is not about extremes... there will be many things and many instances in which you will have to go with one or the other, and sometimes neither... lol

and that, more than anything else, I learned through sports... sometimes you follow, other times you support, and there are the times in which you have to lead... I did it all and I also liked all for what they can bring to you and then, all of that translated into many aspects of life, like work...

I spent a few years working as that, as a worker, then in managements and now I run my own business

Technically more as a follower. I go my own path. If someone is already on that path, naturally I follow them the necessary duration. I'm not interested in forcing others to follow my lead, so I can't call myself a leader even when others follow my directions.

I can be both in certain aspects of life. Like I'm not taking charge of my own company or something but I think for myself, not falling into peer pressure. So overall, I'm probably considered a follower in the grand scheme of things, I guess.

I’m both depending on what’s needed. But in general I’m more a leader people look to me to make the decisions; and the one time I tried to step back with my group they fought over the right decision lol
